However, in such a conventional method of attaching a protective cover using a cover inserter, the work of covering the high-voltage insulated wire requires a safe separation distance from the high-voltage insulated wire. Since it was a direct hot-line operation that could not be taken, not only did various protection measures for ensuring the safety of workers become necessary, but also the workability was poor.

That is, since the direct hot-line operation is an operation in which an operator directly touches the electric wire, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the operation. Therefore, it is necessary to take protective measures around the electric wire and the electric pole near the work place. In addition, workers are required to wear protective equipment such as high-pressure insulating rubber gloves, rubber boots, and insulating clothing. Therefore, not only time is required for indirect work such as protective measures and wearing of protective equipment as described above, but also work is impaired when rubber gloves or the like are worn, resulting in poor workability. In particular, when the protective cover 1 is hardened by the temperature, such as in winter when the temperature drops, it becomes difficult to perform the work of inserting the protective cover 1 into the cover inserter 2 and the subsequent shifting work, and the above-mentioned covering work becomes more difficult. The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and solves the above-mentioned problem by securing a sufficiently safe distance between a high-voltage insulated wire and a protective cover. It is intended to be.

Next, the operation will be described. When setting the protective cover 1 to this mounting tool, first, FIG. 4 (a),
As shown in (b), the outer end of the protective cover 1 is inserted into the locking hole 11 of the cover fixing plate 10, and the outer end is locked by the lock plate 65 of the lock mechanism. This locking operation is performed by inserting the outer end of the protective cover 1 into the locking hole 11 and then inserting
The operation can be performed by rotating the operation rod 54 by turning the grip 51. That is, when the operation rod 54 is rotated,
Since the operation rod 54 is restricted from moving in the axial direction by the lock pin 60 and can only rotate,
The rotation of the screw portion 58 of the operation rod 54 causes the cap 63 to relatively move in the axial direction. As a result, the lock plate 65 fixed to the cap 63 moves forward integrally, and the cover fixing plate 1
Lock the outer end of the protective cover 1 between 0 and 0.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the operating lever 33 is raised to the position "b" if the protective cover 1 is small and to the position "c" if the protective cover 1 is large according to the size of the protective cover 1, and the cover is opened. The plate 16 is retracted. Then, the retreating movement of the center pin 21 causes the protective cover 1 to be spread in a plane as shown in FIG. In this case, the operation lever 33 is locked at the position b or c by the fixing screw 41. Thereafter, holding the insulating tube 48, the opening surface of the protective cover 1 is made to face the exposed conductor of the high-voltage insulated wire. Next, the operation lever 33 is further raised to the d position, and the center pin 21 is moved in a direction away from the fixing portion of the protective cover 1 to release the engagement of the protective cover 1. Thereby, the inner end of the protective cover 1 is
As a result, the inner end is wound around the exposed conductor due to its own restoring force due to the material of the protective cover 1.

As described above, the present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects. A cover fixing plate, etc., that allows the protective cover to be detachably fixed, is provided at the tip of the insulating tube, and the protective cover can be spread out and removed by hand work on the insulating tube. Can be attached to the exposed portion of the conductor, and an indirect hot-line operation safe for the operator can be realized. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate indirect work such as protective measures for electric wires and the like in the vicinity of the work place and wearing of protective equipment for workers, which were required in the conventional work,
The work of covering the protective cover can be performed safely and reliably in a short time, and the workability of this kind of construction can be greatly improved. In addition, since the work of disengaging the protective cover by spreading it can be performed mechanically, the burden on the worker is increased even when the protective cover is hardened due to temperature, such as in winter when the temperature decreases. Therefore, the covering operation with the protective cover can be easily performed.
