2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, an electric wire maker winds a paper tape (gaitle) around an electric wire bundle or binds it with a string to ship the electric wire, and a user removes a paper tape or the like of the purchased electric wire bundle at a work site, and removes the electric wire bundle. Grab the winding start end from the center hole, pull out the wire by a predetermined length, cut it and extend the twist, then use it for wiring inside the house and wiring for the TV antenna, and on the circumference of the wire bundle before changing the work site A plurality of locations are bound by a string and transported so that the wire bundle does not collapse.
However, in that case, you must untie the ties before using the wires at each work site, and tie them with the strings after the work is completed.
Not only the work is troublesome, but also every time the work of binding and unwinding is repeated, the wire bundle is inevitably collapsed, and eventually it becomes easy to get tangled and impossible to take out the wire.
This is extremely expensive. In addition, when the wire is drawn out and cut for a relatively long time, such as 10 m or 20 m, there is a disadvantage that the work of untwisting requires skill and the wire is easily damaged.

FIG. 1B is an exploded perspective view of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1B shows an electric wire bundle 1 (an example of a coil bundle) which is purchased from an electric wire maker and used for binding paper tape. Or, a state in which the string is removed is shown, and the wire end 1a (winding start end) is slightly pulled out from the center hole 2 in a substantially donut shape. (C) is a circular lower plate 3 on which the wire bundle 1 is placed.
Which is substantially the same diameter as the wire bundle 1 and has a thickness of 5 mm, for example.
Although it may be made of a wood board (such as a veneer board) or cardboard, and may be a 1.5 mm thick vinyl chloride board, a wood board or cardboard is preferred from the viewpoint of preventing pollution during post-processing and cost. At the left and right edges of the lower plate 3, rubber cords 5 having hooking rings 4 passing through the center are fixed at positions on both ends 5a of the lower plate 3 at positions substantially equal to the peripheral edge of the lower plate 3. As a fixing method, it is possible to use a hole formed in the edge of the lower plate from above to provide a retaining knot at the end of the string, or to use a screw or an adhesive. In (C), the hooking ring 4 is hung on the edge of the lower plate 3 so that the string 5 does not get in the way when the wire bundle 1 is placed. The hook ring 4 may be omitted, and a notch 13 for hooking the rubber string 5 through a finger may be provided at the left and right ends of the lower plate 3. The lower plate 3 is provided with a circular knockout portion 3a defined by a perforation 6 at the center, and a knockout hole 7 (slightly smaller than the hole 2 of (B)) formed by punching this portion.
Can be passed through the center drum 9 of the jig 8 of FIG. 3 from above. In FIG. 1A, reference numeral 10 denotes a ring made of, for example, a wood plate, which integrally has hooks 11 on the right and left outer peripheral edges, and both the outer diameter and the diameter of the central hole 12 are slightly larger than the hole 2 of the electric wire bundle 1. This ring 10 may be stamped from an iron plate or made of resin.

A wire bundle 1 is concentrically placed on a lower plate 3 of FIG.
The ring 10 is concentrically placed thereon, and for example, while holding the ring 10 with the left hand, first grasp the right hooking ring 4 with the right hand and pull it up. When the ring 10 is held down with the right hand and the left hook ring 4 is grasped and pulled up with the left hand and the rubber string 5 is stretched, the hook ring 4 is hung on the left hook 11 to bind the wire bundle 1. Is completed, and the bundle of bundled electric wires 1b is in the standby state shown in FIG.

At a manufacturing site of a house, a bundle of bundled electric wires 1b tied as shown in FIG. 2 is placed on the floor, an electric wire terminal 1a is pulled out from the hole 2, and the electric wire is cut at a place where the required length is drawn out. It is used for wiring indoors and antennas by removing the twists by means such as lifting up the wires. When the work site is changed, the remaining bundle of bundled electric wires 1b is transported to the next work site without re-binding (with another paper table or the like).

A jig 8 shown in FIG. 3 is a turntable 15 (both made of wood) having the above-mentioned center drum 9 integrally and on the center upper surface.
And a base 16 made of a cross-shaped wood rod for rotatably supporting the lower surface of the turntable 15, and a vertical hole 17 formed in the center of the turntable 15 and the center drum 9 from the center of the base 16 integrally. An upright arbor 18 (mandrel) is fitted to hold the turntable 15 rotatably. An electric wire bundle slip stopper 19 made of a plurality of rubber plates is fixed to the upper surface of the turntable 15 by means such as bonding. This prevents the wire bundle 1 from slipping when the wire bundle 1 shown in FIG. 1B is directly put on the turntable 15 and prevents the lower plate 3 from slipping when the bundled wire bundle 1b shown in FIG. Perform the function. The height of the upper end of the center drum 9 is set so that when the wire bundle 1 and the ring 10a are mounted on the turntable 15 as shown in FIG. Is set.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 21 denotes a container made of, for example, a wooden square bar, and a rectangular lower frame 2 integrally connected to the base 16.
2 and an upper frame 23 having substantially the same shape as the lower frame 22;
The container 21 is provided with a vertical column 24 connecting the four corners thereof, and the height of the container 21 is set as low as possible within a range in which the center drum 9 does not protrude upward from the space surrounded by the upper frame 23. This reduces the space required for stacking containers 21 containing coil bundles (wire bundles 1 etc.) of various sizes and types of wires in several stages, drawing out necessary wires and using them, and reducing the whole space. And workability is improved. In the rotary table 15 shown in FIG. 3, the roots of one rubber cord 25 are fixed at four equally spaced locations on the outer peripheral edge, and each rubber cord 25 has a hook-shaped hook 26 at its tip.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a ring 10a which is formed by removing the hook 11 from the ring 10 of FIG. 1 (A), and engaging the upper part of the height of the hole 12a of the tapered ring 10a which expands as the inner hole 12 goes downward. Since it is formed so as not to protrude downward from the wire, damage to the wire coating on the upper end of the wire bundle is prevented. In FIG. 3, the wire bundle 1 is placed directly on the turntable 15.

The present invention can be similarly applied to the handling of bundles of various cables, wires and the like in addition to the wire bundle 1. The rubber string 25 (FIG. 3) may have a base end fixed to the ring 10 a and a hook at the end fixed to an outward flange (not shown) provided on the upper half of the outer peripheral surface of the turntable 15. . According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is no need to untie or tie a coil bundle when using a wire such as an electric wire and after use. There is no danger of falling apart, workability is improved, and electric wires and the like can be used up to the end, which is economical. Since the structure is simple, it can be manufactured at low cost.Especially if the wire manufacturer etc. uses it instead of the conventional binding material such as paper tape or string, it will be effective for the wire manufacturer etc.
User convenience also improves.
