Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as means for connecting a blood vessel and an artificial blood vessel, first, a method of suturing the blood vessel and the artificial blood vessel (see FIG. 1), and And tying it with a thread or wire from above (see FIG. 2). However, in either method, it is necessary to peel around the blood vessel to be sutured or tied to the artificial blood vessel. Vessels are fragile or inflamed
In the case of infection, the blood vessel wall cannot be successfully detached, and suturing and bundling often become difficult.

There is no particular limitation on the rigid cylindrical member connected to the end, and any cylindrical member currently used can be used. The balloon is an important member of the present invention, when the filler is injected by an injector into the balloon, the balloon is inflated by the filler,
It acts to press the inner wall of the blood vessel so that the blood does not leak and the blood vessel is not damaged. It is preferable that the rigid cylindrical member side of the balloon is fixed by any means. For example, they can be bonded with a suitable adhesive. As a constituent material of the balloon, any material can be used as long as the balloon can sufficiently withstand the above-mentioned expansion. For example, natural or synthetic rubber can be used. Examples of the synthetic rubber include a polymer or copolymer of a diene monomer such as butadiene and isoprene, a copolymer of the diene monomer such as SBR and an olefin monomer such as styrene, silicone rubber, polyurethane, and fluorine of these. Atomic rubbers and the like can be mentioned.
Particularly, those materials which do not cause blood coagulation when they come into contact with these materials are preferred. The filler is not particularly limited as long as it is liquid at the time of injection and does not exhibit toxicity even in the event of contact with blood. For example, it may be liquid at the time of injection or use, or may be liquid at the time of injection or gel or solid at the time of use. In this case, it is important to select one that does not decrease in volume when it is in a gel or solid state than when it is in a liquid state. As a liquid which is liquid at the time of injection but solidified by a reaction, there is a two-liquid type composed of liquid A and liquid B. Specific examples include fibrin glue (trade name, Beriplast, Tiseal, etc.), water-glass-based solution-type injectables (trade name, Adeloc 1, Sankopol US, Sekisui LG-3, MG Rock 1, etc.), Cement, water glass type semi-suspension type injection agent (trade name, SGR-7, Iwamizu 3, Suncorpor L, MS-1, etc.), cement type suspension type injection agent (trade name, MC-1) , Stop cleats, Denka ES, etc.), curable synthetic resins and their curing agents (epoxy resins and their curing agents), and the like. With respect to each of the above two-pack fillers, if the solidifying agent is injected in a small amount, the filler in the balloon does not solidify and remains in a liquid or gel state for a long time.

層強固なものとすることができる。The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.
Shows a state in which an internally fixed artificial blood vessel showing one example of the present invention is fixed in a blood vessel having an aneurysm portion. 1 is an artificial blood vessel main body, 2 is a rigid cylindrical member, 3 is a balloon, 4
Is a blood vessel wall, and 5 is an aneurysm portion of a blood vessel. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of filling the filler in the balloon. The end of the internally fixed type artificial blood vessel of the present invention is inserted into the end of the blood vessel wall 4, and the measuring section of the pressure gauge 7 is provided between the balloon 3 provided on the peripheral surface of the rigid cylindrical member 2 and the blood vessel wall 4. Is inserted into the balloon 3 using two injectors 6 while paying attention to the scale of the pressure gauge. FIG. 5 shows another type of the invention comprising a rigid cylindrical member 2 and a balloon 3 at each end of a branched artificial blood vessel 1, respectively. When the abdominal aortic aneurysm extends to the left and right common iliac arteries, such a Y-shaped artificial blood vessel is effective.
FIG. 6 shows a specific example of the second present invention, which is an internally fixed artificial blood vessel having a number of rigid cylindrical members 2 with balloons 3 in addition to both ends of the artificial blood vessel main body. Ascending aortic aneurysm,
In the case of an aneurysm of a large and short range such as a descending aortic aneurysm, safer surgery is possible by supplementing and fixing balloons at both ends from outside the blood vessel so that the artificial blood vessel is difficult to move after the operation. FIG. 7 shows another use mode of the present invention.
The blood vessel 4 and the portion of the rigid cylindrical member 2 with the balloon 3 of the internally fixed artificial blood vessel can be lightly tightened with a thread or a wire, so that the binding between the two can be further strengthened.
