リール部(6)を複数の誘導加熱調理器構成部品を組み
合わせて、例えば誘導加熱コイル(7)の上側の保護枠
底部(3)と下側のコイルベース(5)とで挟持して構
成し、このリール部(6)内の中心側に電線(15)を
密に巻き取り誘導加熱コイル(7)の内周部(7−1)
形成し、リール部(6)の中央部この内周部(7−
1)の外側に複数に分割した円弧板状のスペーサー(8
−1)、(8−2)、(8−3)を介在させ誘導加熱コ
イル(7)の中央粗部を形成し、リール部(6)の外周
側この複数のスペーサー(8−1)、(8−2)、(8
−3)の外側に電線(15)を密に巻き取り誘導加熱コ
イル(7)の外周部(7−2)を形成することにより加
熱部ユニット(17)を構成し、この加熱部ユニット
