っている。しかしこの公知の装置においても混練羽根の
付着物を十分に掻き取ることができないものであった。
要するに2本の回転軸の回転比整数(N)を小さくすれ
ば混練羽根同志の接近度合が大きく(悪く)なり、逆に
回転比整数(N)を大きくすれば混練羽根の接近度合が
小さく(良く)なり掻き取る度合が増えるがそれには限
度があった。すなわち回転比整数(N)を7にすると位
相がわずかずつずれてゆきいずれかの時点で混練羽根同
志がぶつかり合ってしまうことがわかった。本発明は上
記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、二軸混練装置の混練
羽根のセルフクリ−ニング効果を高めるために2本の回
転軸の回転比整数値を高くすると共に混練羽根同志がぶ
つかり合わないようにした二軸混練装置を提供すること
を目的とする。
