SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION As described above, the sole 1
In the shoes 100 and 100 ′ made of synthetic resin No. 03 with synthetic resin, the center of the bottom surface of the upper 101, which is in contact with the front upper surface of the injection-formed shoe sole 103, is surrounded by the hanging part 101 a. It is formed so as to be recessed by the thickness of the insertion portion 101a. Accordingly, the sole 103 formed in contact with the bottom surface of the upper 101 has a particularly thick central portion corresponding to the recess, which results in an increase in weight and a decrease in flexibility. .

Therefore, conventionally, a filling member having substantially the same thickness as that of the hanging portion 101a is attached to the center of the bottom of the upper 101 to correct the bottom of the upper 101 to a substantially flat shape. By injection molding the sole 103, the sole 1
03 was prevented from becoming unnecessarily thick (not shown). As a matter of course, as described above, the addition of the repairing step using the filling member causes an increase in manufacturing labor and an increase in cost. Further, if the bottom surface of the upper 101 is flattened to make the shoe sole 103 uniform in thickness as described above, the resilience of the stepped portion is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a streak portion that functions in the same manner as the shank. However, in order to additionally form the streak portion 107 on the lower surface of the shoe sole 103 as described above, it is necessary to perform a new process on a molding die used for molding the shoe sole 103. New cost increase.

As described above, the shoe of the present invention is formed by press-forming a fastening recess along the outer peripheral portion of the bottom of the insole, and hanging the shoe sole-side peripheral portion of the upper into the recess. Therefore, in the state in which the suspension of the suspended portion has been completed, the step of the suspended portion can be eliminated and the upper surface of the upper can be flattened. At the same time, a shank forming recess is press-formed in the skirt portion of the bottom surface of the middle bottom. Therefore, when the shoe sole made of synthetic resin is injection-molded on the bottom surface of the upper, the thickness of the shoe sole is made substantially constant by flattening the shoe sole, and at the same time the shoe sole is formed in the molding recess. An integral shank can be formed. Further, according to the shoe of the present invention, it is not necessary to fix the step of the suspended portion by attaching the padding member to the upper surface of the upper as in the related art, and the shank is formed in a mold for forming the shoe sole. Since there is no need to perform a new process for molding, the labor and cost during manufacturing can be greatly reduced.
