アーの流れが下向きになる様にする。この範囲よりはず
れて設定した場合、カス搬出の効果がなくなる。又、穴
数が1個の場合において効果が十分でない場合には、図
3(b)に示す様に、全周に均等に、2・3・4個の穴
を設置することにより、十分な効果を出すことができ
る。又、より大きな効果とするために、逃げ穴に1°〜
2°のテパー加工をすることにより効果は増大する。こ
れにより、型内には、抜きカスが存在しなく、確実に型
外に搬出されることからトラブルがなくなる。特にこの
方法が、効果的なものは、φ1mm以下の細穴形状にお
いて有効であり、又、高速プレス加工においても十分な

全周に均等に配置されているので、打抜きカスに対して
方々からエアーを均等に噴射することができ、打抜きカ
スが金型内の特定位置に滞留することがなくなる。これ
により、前述の相乗作用によって、打抜きカスを確実に
型外へ搬送することができ、抜きカスの浮き・つまり等
によるトラブルが回避されるので、金型の破損を防止で
きる。したがって、高速で安定したプレス抜き加工が実
