た。即ち、滑り止め材の強度試験は、パレット30の上
面に重さ20kgの文胴31を25個載せた。パレット
の先端面を壁33に当接させて水平にしたフォーク32
をパレット30のフォーク挿入孔に差し込み、地面から
の持ち上げ高さH3が50mmの高さまで持ち上げる。
そのままフォークリフトを低速で前進させフォークの先
端をグロメットに突き当てる。このようにしてフォーク
の前進、後退を繰り返してフォークの先端を10回突き
当てる。10回の突き当てても全く破損しなかった場合
を破損無しとし、その10回のフォークの突き当て中に
破損した場合を破損有りとした。この突き当てによる強
度試験を左側のフォーク挿入孔と右側フォーク挿入孔に
おいてそれぞれ3個ずつの滑り止め材について行った。

の突出寸法T1が0.5〜2.5mm、好ましくは1.

前記フランジ状係止部の突出寸法を調整する突出部をグ
ロメット型滑り止め材の取付孔を形成する形成部下部に
形成するとともに、前記突出部の底面に傾斜面あるいは
湾曲面による段差ボカシを設けたから、フォークによる
グロメット型滑り止め材の破損や引き抜きを防止するこ
とができる。また、グロメットは、実際に突出する部分
を少なくすることができるものの、デッキボード下面か
らの高さは十分であるからフォークとの滑り止め効果を
減ずることはない。さらに、フォーク挿入孔に面する側
のフランジ状係止部の厚さを比較的薄い1〜5mmとし
たから、リサイクルの際には滑り止め材を容易に引き抜
くことができる。また、グロメットを効率的に配するこ
とができ、パレット全体として安価に提供することがで
