Description of the Related Art When a retractable screen door is opened, the entire screen section except for a part thereof is stored in a screen storage case when the door is opened. There are advantages such as excellent feeling of openness, and there is little storage space in the screen door part, and the space can be used effectively, and in connection with the westernization of lifestyle,
In recent years, it has tended to be adopted in many houses and offices. However, since the opening / closing operation of the wind-up screen is performed at one of the left and right ends of the screen, the opening / closing, that is, the winding up and down of the screen, is repeated, and a height is generated between the left and right sides of the screen. It is easy to be in a non-horizontal state. This is a major drawback of the wind-up screen door, and in order to prevent this, at the factory, fine adjustments such as the left and right height and the tightening force of the net holding roll that winds and holds the screen door are carefully shipped. You. [0004] On the other hand, due to the structure of the screen at the place where the screen is installed, for example, a screen that is opened and closed on the left side is not suitable, and a screen that is opened and closed on the right side may be required. in this case,
At the screen door installation site, it has been frequently performed to partially disassemble the screen door that is opened and closed on the left side and reassemble it into a screen door that is opened and closed on the right side. As a result, the fine adjustment in the factory became meaningless, and the screen doors tended to be hard to open and close in a horizontal state with good left and right sides. [0005] In order to prevent this, it has been attempted to separately manufacture a left opening and closing operation type and a right opening and closing operation type at a factory. However, this is not only expensive but also requires a change from the orderer at the screen door installation site. There were drawbacks that could not be met immediately. Further, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-159292, a bracket incorporating a winding operation mechanism is detachably connected to both the left and right sides of a holding case for accommodating a screen door. Roll-up screen doors have also been devised. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above situation, the present invention can easily be changed to a left-right opening / closing operation type at the installation site, and does not adversely affect fine adjustment in a factory, and further reduces costs. The present invention also provides a rewind type screen door which can be manufactured relatively economically. That is, according to the present invention, at a position where a predetermined width enters into the inside from both ends of the cylindrical body, respectively,
A mesh holding roll for winding and holding the screen door portion is rotatably fixed to the cylindrical body partition plate, and both ends of the cylindrical body are covered with covers, and the cylindrical body partition plate. A wind-up screen door in which a wind-up operation mechanism is incorporated in a space chamber between the covers, wherein the screen holding roll includes a screen holding roll main body and a screen holding roll side end member fitted to both ends thereof. The net holding roll side end member is configured to have a shape in which a small cylindrical body is erected on both sides of a disc shape, and the net holding roll main body is inserted into the inner cylindrical body. The outer tubular body is fixedly supported by a fixed shaft receiver at the center of the partition in the tubular body, and the reel joint of the winding operation mechanism is directly and detachably inserted into the outer tubular body. This is a roll-up screen door characterized by the following. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a typical embodiment of the present invention. There is a tubular body 3 in which a net holding roll 2 for winding and holding the net door portion 1 is stored, and a winding operation mechanism 5 and a cover 6 connected to the end of the net holding roll. The most important feature of the present invention is that the mesh holding roll 2 which winds and holds the mesh door portion 1 and is fixed so as to be rotatable at a position where the cylindrical body 3 enters into the inside from both ends by a predetermined width, respectively. A winding operation mechanism 5 is incorporated into at least one of the predetermined width winding operation mechanism incorporating space chambers 4 formed at both ends of the roll, and the winding operation mechanism 5 is connected via a reel joint 11 to a net holding roll. 2 is directly or indirectly removably connected to the end. The mesh holding roll 2 is fixed by a partition plate 7 in the cylindrical body so as to be rotatable at a position where it enters a predetermined width from both ends of the cylindrical body 3. The winding operation mechanism 5 may be incorporated in only one of the winding operation mechanism incorporating space chambers 4 or may be incorporated in both. The winding operation mechanism 5 is detachably connected to the net holding roll 2 via the reel joint 11, and both ends of the net holding roll 2 are fixed to the tubular body 3 by the tubular body partition plates 7. Thus, even when changing the left opening / closing operation type to the right opening / closing operation type or vice versa, there is no need to remove the net holding roll 2 from the tubular body 3, and the winding operation mechanism 5 is simply connected to the tubular body 3. It is only necessary to remove one of the winding operation mechanisms from the space room 4 for incorporating the winding operation mechanism and to incorporate the other into the space room 4 for incorporating the winding operation mechanism. When the winding operation mechanism 5 is incorporated in both of the winding operation mechanism incorporating space chambers 4 of the net holding roll 2, the winding operation force transmitting cord 12 is wound on one of the cylindrical bodies 3. What is necessary is just to remove from the winding operation mechanism 5 incorporated in the space room 4 for incorporating the operation mechanism, and to attach it to the winding operation mechanism 5 incorporated in the space room 4 for incorporating the operation mechanism.
Therefore, there is no adverse effect on the fine adjustment of the attachment of the net holding rolls 2 performed in the factory to prevent the non-horizontal state from occurring between the left and right sides of the screen door portion 1 when opening and closing. . That is, the state in which both ends of the net holding roll 2 are finely adjusted in the factory and fixed to the tubular body 3 so that the roll can rotate can be obtained after shipment from the factory.
Even when the mode of the opening and closing operation is changed from left to right or vice versa at the screen door installation site, the fine adjustment state is maintained as it is because the screen holding roll 2 is not removed from the tubular body 3. Later, there is no trouble between the left and right sides of the screen part 1 and a non-horizontal state. The conventional wind-up screen door is incorporated in a holding case in a state in which the wind-up operation mechanism is connected and fixed in a manner integrated with the net holding roll, and the mounting position of the wind-up operation mechanism is changed. In order to reverse the right and left, these must be disassembled and reassembled, and the fine adjustment of the installation of the net holding roll must be redone, and the fine adjustment at the installation site is compared with the advanced fine adjustment at the factory do it,
This is a big difference compared to the actual situation, which was extremely inferior and easily caused trouble after installing the screen door. In the present invention, the winding operation mechanism 5 does not include the winding operation force transmitting string 12 for operating the winding screen door. The winding operation mechanism 5 includes the winding operation force transmitting cord 1
2. Operated by, for example, a chain, and the output as the operation result is taken out from the reel joint 11.
Therefore, the output of the winding operation is transmitted to the net holding roll 2 by directly or indirectly connecting the reel joint 11 and the net holding roll 2. Here, “directly” means, for example, that a locking projection is provided at the end of the net holding roll 2, while a fitting hole is provided on the reel joint 11 of the winding operation mechanism 5 corresponding to the projection, and A mode in which the projection is fitted into the hole, or conversely, a projection for locking is provided on the reel joint 11 of the winding operation mechanism 5, while a fitting hole is provided at the end of the net holding roll 2 corresponding to the projection. And the above-mentioned projection is fitted into the fitting hole. The indirect connection is achieved by, for example, fitting a rotation transmitting pin in the form of a prism into fitting holes provided at the end of the reel joint 11 of the winding operation mechanism 5 and the end of the net holding roll 2, respectively. A mode in which a pin is interposed and connected in the middle, or the like can be given. After the reel joint 11 of the winding operation mechanism 5 and the net holding roll 2 in the cylindrical body 3 are connected directly or indirectly, generally, the winding operation mechanism 5 is connected to the net holding roll 2 by, for example, a screw. It is preferable that the fixing device is detachably fixed by means. FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of the winding operation mechanism of FIG. One end of the screen door 1 is fixed to the screen holding roll 2, and the screen door 1 is wound up or down by rotation of the screen holding roll 2. The mesh holding roll 2 includes a substantially cylindrical mesh holding roll body 2-1 and a net holding roll side end member 2-2.
It is composed of Although the net holding roll main body 2-1 and the net holding roll side end member 2-2 may be formed integrally, they are usually formed separately for ease of forming. The mesh holding roll side end member 2-2 is used to connect the mesh holding roll 2 to the partition plate 7 in the cylindrical body.
And the reel joint 1 of the winding operation mechanism 5
1 has a function of receiving the output transmission. As a typical mode of the net holding roll side end member 2-2, as shown in the drawing, a slightly smaller cylindrical body is provided upright on both sides of the disk, and the inner cylindrical body is formed. The net holding roll main body 2-1 is fixed in a state of being extrapolated to the outer cylindrical body, and the outer cylindrical body is axially supported by a fixed shaft receiver 8 at the center of the cylindrical body partition 7 and the inner cylindrical body is fixed inside the outer cylindrical body. The reel joint 11 is inserted and provided with the various functions described above. The cylindrical partition plate 7 is usually fixed to the main body of the cylindrical body with screws or the like to form the cylindrical body 3. In this embodiment, the winding operation mechanism 5 includes a fixed shaft receiver 8, a winding spring 9, and a reel joint 1.
1 and a take-up pulley 10, all of which are combined with the same central axis. In this figure, the fixed shaft receiver 8 is formed integrally with the central part of the partition plate 7 in the tubular body. Next, the mechanism will be specifically described. First, the reel spring 9 and the take-up pulley 10 are externally fitted to the cylindrical fixed shaft receiver 8, and the rotation transmission fitting projection of the reel joint 11 is further fitted inside the fixed shaft receiver 8. The reel joint 11 and the fixed shaft receiver 8 are tightly connected by the winding spring 9. In the binding connection, when the reel joint 11 is rotated, the winding spring 9 is tightened or loosened due to frictional resistance between the reel joint 11 and the winding spring 9. The direction of the winding spring 9 is such that when the reel joint 11 rotates in a direction in which the screen door 1 is closed, the winding spring 9 is tightened due to frictional resistance between the winding spring 9 and the reel joint 11. It is arranged in a direction to increase the degree. When the screen door 1 is lowered by its own weight or wind pressure to close the door unnecessarily by disposing the winding spring 9 in this manner, the reel joint 11 attempts to rotate via the screen holding roll 2. By a slight rotation of the reel joint 11, the winding spring 9 is tensioned and the degree of binding increases,
The winding spring 9 tightly connects the reel joint 11 and the fixed shaft receiver 8 to each other.
Is prevented from rotating any further, and acts as a brake when the screen door 1 is lowered and closed. When it is desired to lower the screen door unit 1 to close the door, the winding pulley 10 is rotated in a predetermined direction by operating the winding operation force transmitting cord 12 so that the winding pulley 10 is rotated. The provided helical spring locking projection engages with a part of the spring for binding the fixed shaft receiver 8 of the helical spring 9, for example, a bent portion of the spring end, thereby relaxing the helical spring 9. The degree of tightness of the fixed shaft receiver 8 is reduced, and the braking action of the reel joint 11 is released. In this state, the locking projection of the take-up pulley 10 and the reel joint 1
1 and the reel joint 11 can be easily rotated to close the screen door 1. When it is desired to wind up and open the screen door unit 1, the reel joint 11 is wound by operating the winding operation force transmitting cord 12 and rotating the winding pulley 10 in the opposite direction. The winding spring 9 is rotated in the same direction as the pulley 10, whereby the winding spring 9 is relaxed, and the degree of tightness of the reel joint 11 of the winding spring 9 is reduced. It can be rolled up and placed in an open state. The above-described winding operation mechanism 5 and the net holding roll 2 are incorporated into the cylindrical body 3 in a form of being directly or indirectly connected via the reel joint 11 as described above, and are wound up. It is configured as a screen door. Here, in the present invention, the winding operation mechanism 5 is incorporated into the winding operation mechanism incorporating space chamber 4 so that it can be detachably attached to both left and right ends of the net holding roll 2. The take-up operation mechanism 5 is detachably fixed to the reel joint 11 by means of fixing the reel joint 11 to the net holding roll 2 with screws or other arbitrary means. Accordingly, of the components of the winding operation mechanism 5, the winding spring 9, the reel joint 11, and the winding pulley 10 are removed from one of the winding operation mechanism incorporating space chambers 4,
It can be easily changed to the left or right open / close operation type simply by attaching it to the other winding operation mechanism built-in space room 4. Further, when the winding operation mechanism 5 is incorporated in the winding operation mechanism incorporating space chamber 4 at both ends of the net holding roll 2, only the winding operation force transmitting cord 12 is used for incorporating one winding operation mechanism. It is only necessary to transfer from the winding operation mechanism of the space chamber 4 to the winding operation mechanism of the space chamber 4 for incorporating the other winding operation mechanism. As described above, the wind-up type screen door of the present invention can be easily changed to the left and right open / close operation type at the installation site, and does not adversely affect the fine adjustment in the factory. It can be manufactured relatively economically in terms of cost, and is practically used and has great utility. The present invention is not limited to a so-called narrow screen door, but can be applied to a wind-up screen door, for example, a wind-up curtain. The term "winding type curtain" refers to such a type that is similar to a winding type screen door to which the principle of the present invention can be used, such as a winding type curtain.
