ロッド部材とからなり、前記ハンドルを操作して、前記
上ロッド部材の上端部と前記下ロッド部材の下端部とを
前記扉の縁部から外方へ延出させて前記固定枠に係合さ
せると施錠することができ、前記上ロッド部材の上端部
と前記下ロッド部材の下端部とを前記固定枠から離脱さ
せて前記扉の内方へ退却させると解錠することができる
ように構成されており、 前記保持装置が、前記施錠装置に対する係合部材と、前
記係合部材に作用する付勢手段とによって構成されてお
り、前記係合部材は、前記扉の背面側に位置していて水
平方向へ往復運動可能であり、前記水平方向の一端部が
前記扉の縁部から外方へ延出する一方、前記一端部の反
対側端部が前記縁部の内側で前記施錠装置の前記上ロッ
ド部材と前記下ロッド部材とのいずれか一方に係脱可能
に構成されており、前記上ロッド部材と前記下ロッド部材とのいずれか一方
がその周面から径方向外方へ延びるピン部材を有し、前
記係合部材の反対側端部に横J字型を呈する湾曲部位が
形成され、前記湾曲部位の頂面が前記ピン部材に対して
係脱可能であり、 前記係合部材は、前記扉が開いているときに、前記付勢
手段作用下に前記一端部の延出方向へ移動することによ
り、前記反対端部の湾曲部位の頂面が前記固定枠から離
脱している前記ロッド部材のピン部材に係合し、前記ロ
ッド部材の前記固定枠に係合する方向と前記固定枠から
離脱する方向とへの移動を阻止し、前記扉が閉じると、
該扉から延出している前記一端部が該一端部近傍に位置
する器物に当接して該係合部材が前記付勢に抗して移動
することにより、前記ロッド部材のピン部材に対する前
記反対端部の湾曲部位の頂面の係合が解け、前記ロッド
部 材の前記固定枠に係合する方向への移動が可能となる
