[0003] Further, with the spread of writing implements in which a fluorescent color ink is loaded in a main body, a user desires a pen tip capable of drawing a wide line. With the appearance of a nib in the so-called shape, the user can make a selection according to the application, and the work has become comfortable.

However, since the pen tip surface is usually exposed and the side surface of the pen tip is also an ink leaching surface, when a line is drawn using a ruler, the contact surface of the ruler with the pen tip becomes dirty. Was always there. In addition, if the same work is repeated with writing instruments of different ink colors in such a state, the pen tip side surfaces will also be soiled, and in order to avoid such inconvenience, remove the ink attached to the ruler for each work. The inconvenience of having to do so.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention eliminates the adhesion of ink to the ruler during the drawing operation using a ruler and does not stain the pen tip of the marking pen used for the drawing. It is another object of the present invention to provide a nib in which the film thickness of the covering member and the diameter of the substrate portion are within a range that can be effectively used as a marking pen.

The polyester synthetic fiber used in the present invention has a fiber diameter of 1 to 10 denier, preferably 2 to 5 denier. When the fiber diameter is less than 1 denier, the space between the fibers when the fibers are bundled becomes dense, so that the flow of ink becomes worse. When the fiber diameter exceeds 10 denier, the fibers become less dense when bundled. Since the space generated between the fibers becomes sparse, it is difficult to control the flow of the ink, which is not preferable. In addition, it is preferable that the synthetic fiber is bundled, dried and solidified, and the substrate portion is formed by cutting the tip into a knife-cut shape, and has a diameter of 4 to 800 times, preferably 4 to 100 times the film thickness of the covering member. is there.

[0009] The thickness of the covering member used in the present invention, which is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacetal, vinyl chloride or elastomer rubber, is 0.01 to 2.00 mm, preferably 0.1 to 2.00 mm. 04 to 1.00 mm is good. If the thickness of the covering member made of a synthetic resin is less than 0.01 mm, a part that is not covered partially occurs, and when a line is drawn using a ruler, the covering member of the synthetic resin is broken, and its function is lost. When the synthetic resin-coated member is no longer formed and the thickness exceeds 2.00 mm, not only molding is difficult, but also errors occur due to the thickness of the coated member, and a line is drawn using a ruler. At this time, it is difficult to draw a line at the position desired by the user,
Not preferred. If the covering member is thinner than 0.01 mm and the substrate portion is smaller than four times the covering member, the strength as a writing member cannot be maintained together with the covering member, and the covering member is thicker than 2.00 mm. If the diameter of the substrate portion exceeds 800 times that of the covering member, it cannot be used as a member for writing or the like.

In order to prevent quality deterioration due to microorganisms during use and / or preservation, a marking tip for a marking pen having the substrate portion covered with a synthetic resin covering member is provided. There is no special restriction on the material as long as it gives the resin antibacterial properties,
Preferably a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent carrying silver ions on various inorganic substances, for example, an antibacterial agent carrying ammine silver between layers of an inorganic layered compound such as montmorillonite, an antibacterial agent carrying silver ions on magnesium aluminosilicate An antibacterial agent in which silver ions are supported on zirconium phosphate by ion exchange, an antibacterial agent in which silver ions are supported on poorly soluble phosphate or condensed phosphate, and calcination after adsorbing and holding silver ions on hydroxyapatite The antibacterial agent and the like obtained as described above can be suitably used.

[0012] This is because, when a user draws with a ruler in a normal use mode, the pen tip of the marking pen is oriented in the long axis direction of the writing surface of the pen tip with respect to the drawing direction, or A line is drawn in the short axis direction, and the writable writing line width that can be selected is two, but it is used by giving one or more marks at any appropriate position on the surface of the covering member If the user uses the mark given to the ruler at the time of drawing as a guide of the ruler, it becomes easy to select the width of the writing line written at the time of drawing as much as possible.

[0013] In the pen tip for marking pen, a film-shaped covering member made of synthetic resin, which covers the substrate portion integrally and also covers the pen tip portion formed in a knife-cut shape, is transparent or transparent. By using the same color as the marking pen, the color of the marking pen can be easily and reliably determined to prevent misuse. In addition, only the tip of the pen tip at the tip of the substrate portion To
In addition , the synthetic resin coating member that covers the substrate part integrally and also covers the pen tip is desirably flush with the drawing, but in a range that does not reduce the strength of the tip to enable writing,
By slightly protruding the substrate portion by 2.0 mm or less, it is possible to prevent the hardness of the substrate portion, particularly the pen tip portion, which is caused when the pen tip portion is largely protruded, and to give an appropriate hardness. And smooth writing over a long period of time.

Further, the above-mentioned pen nib for a marking pen (1)
In the above, the substrate portion (2) is integrally coated, and is formed into a knife-cut shape to cover the pen tip portion (2a).
For example, by making the covering member (3) made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene colorless and transparent or colored in the same color as the marking pen, the color possessed by the marking pen can be easily and reliably made by the user. is intended to be able to determine, on which can prevent misuse of the marking pen in use, the pen tip apex of the pen tip portion of the distal end of the substrate portion (2) (2a)
Only on the part (7) side, the substrate part (2) is integrally covered, and is about 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm thicker than the covering member (3) made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene. It is desirable and this to slightly protrude, nib portion (2a) greatly protruded substrate portion caused when allowed (2), with in particular to prevent a reduction in hardness of the nib portion (2a), providing a suitable hardness This allows the user to write smoothly over a long period of time.

As described above, the nib for the marking pen is covered with the above-mentioned thermoplastic synthetic resin covering member such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacetal, vinyl chloride or elastomeric rubber, and the substrate portion and the covering member are covered with each other. By limiting the ratio of diameter and film thickness, it is possible to effectively limit the ink leaching surface at the pen tip, so even if you draw a line using a ruler, the contact surface of the ruler with the pen tip is not stained, In each case, the inconvenience of removing the ink attached to the ruler can be avoided, and in particular, the range of the ratio of the diameter of the substrate portion to the film thickness of the covering member is limited, thereby clarifying the range of use as a marking pen. It has excellent effects that can be achieved.
