The microphone is used with a wind shield (also referred to as a wind noise breaker) on the outer periphery in order to reduce unpleasant wind noise and make sound quality clear and easy to hear. However, when it is used on a rainy or snowy day or in a hot spring field, there is a problem that water and steam gradually permeate the windshield and get wet and wet, so that the sound guided from the microphone is small and it is difficult to hear.

The windshield of the microphone according to the present invention is made of a urethane foam material having a three-dimensional shape, and uses a fluorine-based water repellent, and is about 60 to 7
The treatment is performed by spraying the water-repellent agent heated to 0 ° C. in a mist form onto a urethane material forming a microphone. The windshield of the microphone is made of a three-dimensional urethane foam material into which the microphone is inserted, but since the urethane material is treated with a fluorine-based water repellent, the tissue is water-repellent in the event of rain or the like. It can repel water and suppress the penetration of water into the interior. In addition, since the treatment was performed by spraying the water repellent into a mist (fog) into a microphone, it is necessary to remove impurities from the water repellent in advance in the case of immersion treatment, but in particular, There is an advantage that it is not necessary to remove impurities. Further, a water repellent may be added to the water repellent. By doing so, the texture is generally slightly impaired by the water repellent enhancer, but instead the water repellency is enhanced and the water is repelled, so that the sound collecting effect at the time of rainfall and the like is further improved as compared with the conventional case.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the windshield 1 of the microphone of this embodiment is treated with a fluorine-based water repellent. First, a method for manufacturing the microphone windshield will be described. As the main body of the windscreen 1 of the microphone, a urethane foam material formed in a three-dimensional shape into which the microphone 2 is inserted is formed. Using a fluorine-based water repellent, the water-repellent heated to 60 to 70 ° C. is formed into a mist (mist) and sprayed onto the urethane material forming the microphone 2 to perform the treatment. The water-repellent material penetrates the entire surface of the urethane material and adheres to the whole. Since the water repellent is treated in a mist state, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to remove impurities in advance. In addition, as a processing method, you may perform immersion processing other than the above-mentioned mist processing. Also, since the fluorine-based water repellent is treated by heating to 60 to 70 ° C,
There is an advantage that the microphone 2 has good adhesion to the urethane material structure and is excellent in durability. Next, the use state of the windshield of the microphone of this embodiment will be described. The windshield 1 of the microphone is made of a three-dimensional urethane foam material into which a microphone is inserted. Since the urethane material is treated with a fluorine-based water repellent, its structure is water repellent in the event of rain or the like. And repels water to prevent water from permeating into the interior. Therefore, there is an advantage that voice can be heard more easily than before in the case of rain or the like. In addition, a water repellent is added to the water repellent, and the texture tends to be slightly impaired by the water repellent in general, but instead the water repellency is strengthened and moisture is repelled more. There is an advantage that the sound collecting effect of the microphone 2 at the time of rain or the like is further improved. Using the waterproof microphone 2, a test of the sound collecting effect when wet with water was performed between the conventional wind shield of the microphone and the wind shield 1 of the microphone of this embodiment by spraying the shower water. Then, in the case where the windshield of the conventional microphone was used, when the shower water was splashed, the sound was immediately muffled and the sound was hardly heard.
In the case of using the sound, the sound collected from the microphone 2 was sufficiently heard even after 30 minutes from the start of the shower watering.

点がある。The present invention is configured as described above and has the following effects. Since it is possible to prevent water from penetrating into the inside, it is possible to provide a windshield for a microphone that makes it easier to hear sound than before in the event of rain or the like. In addition, since the water repellent is treated in a mist state, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to remove impurities in advance. Furthermore, the fluorine-based water repellent is about 60-
Since the treatment is performed by heating to 70 ° C., there is an advantage that the microphone has good adhesion to the urethane material structure and has excellent durability.
