成形すれば車体の軽量化が図られる。また請求項4のよ
うに、前部フレームに、スキッドシートを一体に設けれ
ば、部品点数が削減され簡素な構成となる。そして請求
項5のように、長繊維マットと熱可塑性樹脂を積層した
積層シートから流動成形法にて成形すれば、等重量当た
りの強度を向上させることが出来るとともに、成形サイ
クルを短くすることが出来る。
