がかかる欠点があり、薄紙を操作するため、繊維質のは
こりを嫌うクリーンルームには適さないし、なによりも
危険度の高い液体が対象のときは、薄紙の交換時に取り
扱い者が余程注意しないと思わぬ災害に遭遇することに
なる。そこで、漏液の光屈折率に近い光屈折率を有する
透明(半透明)材であるとともに、非浸水時に照射光を
反射する反射面を有する反射媒体と、この反射媒体に照
射する発光手段と、この発光手段からの情報に基づいて
漏液を検知する検知手段とによって構成され、反射面の
浸水時に反射光の光量変化によって漏液検知を行い得る
ようにした漏液検知装置が提案されている(平成1年実
用新案登録願第97626号)が、例えば、漏液検知装
置を載置した床面等(以下「載置面」と略称する。)と
漏液検知装置の距離(載置面と平行に漏液検知装置を設
置せず、漏液検知装置が傾いて載置された場合に生じ
る。)や載置面の材質により載置面の反射光が受光部に
影響し、漏液検知装置の誤作動を惹起する原因ともな
り、また、漏液が載置面と漏液検知装置の間に浸透しに
くい場合(漏液の粘度が高いとき)漏液を検知できない

ている。前記反射部(4)は、筒体下部に複数箇所設け
るもので、筒体側壁から筒体底壁端のやや中央寄りに及
ぶ部分をプリズム形状に形成し、該プリズム形状部分を
底外面(7)を除き、プリズム形状部分の内面(5)及
び外面(6)を滑面に形成したものである。そして、ケ
ーシング(1)の載置物と前記反射部(4)との間に表
面を滑面に形成した反射物(8)を嵌挿する。このよう
