Conventionally, for example, in order to obtain a patterned flocking cloth, one side of a flat cloth is brushed into a predetermined pattern, or after raising the cloth surface, the pattern is embossed by embossing. In addition, such as those which are further planted on the raised portion, the operation steps are complicated, and only relatively simple pattern patterns can be formed. However, it has been difficult to obtain a fuzzy, high-density decorative pattern cloth with high density. In addition, since the flocking is performed electrically, short fibers are usually planted at right angles to the bonding surface, and the processed surface is uniform and there is little change in the processed surface, which limits the use of the product. Although secondary processing for further processing is performed, there is a disadvantage that the number of manufacturing steps is increased and the cost is increased.

For example, in a seal type using a relatively long pile having an appearance resembling that of a seal improved for clothing, a direction is given to the pile, and the effect of gloss and external feeling is achieved. In order to obtain different gloss of nylon, diversification is achieved by using yarns having different gloss. As described above, in regard to the flocking process for clothing, in recent years, there has been proposed a method of changing the appearance by performing a secondary process on the flocking to create a flocking product that does not look like a flocking process. It is a disadvantage that it becomes higher. In this way, for example, even with regard to a flocking cloth for clothing, it is desired to obtain a flocking cloth giving an unusual feeling to a desired processed cloth, and to obtain the same in an industrially advantageous manner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The configuration of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a flocking cloth according to the present invention. A flocking cloth main body 1 has a fiber base cloth layer 2 and a flocking adhesive layer 3 on the surface of which an adhesive such as an acrylic copolymer resin is applied.
And a flocking processing laminate 5 in which the flocking pile 4 is transplanted by electrostatic flocking or the like. In FIG.
The flocking pile 4 is dyed and colored in advance into a light-colored or pale-colored light-colored phase 8, and then the flocking processing laminate 5 is dyed with a different color and a rich color by post-dyeing to form a flocking adhesive layer 3.
Is dyed and colored into a different-colored and deeply colored phase 9, while the flocking pile 4 is simultaneously dyed and colored again with a protective color in the same color tone as the differently-colored and deeply colored phase 9 at the same time as the fiber base fabric layer 2. Since the processing oil or the like attached to the cut top surface 6 and the longitudinal side wall 7 is removed by the dyeing process, the transparency is improved and the surface gloss or the see-through property is obtained. In this way, the surface of the fiber base fabric layer 2 is dyed and colored with the flocking adhesive layer 3 which has been dyed and dyed with the different-color and dark-colored phase 9 in post-dyeing, and the light-colored or dilute-colored light-colored phase 8 in advance. Further, two layers of the flocking pile 4 which is covered with the protective color by the different-colored and deeply colored phase 9 in post-dyeing and which is provided with a dyeing color are laid on the surface of the fiber base cloth layer 2 having non-transparency and hiding power. It is the configuration that was done.

In the present invention, as a flocking pile to be used, monofilaments obtained by cutting synthetic fibers or natural fibers such as polyamide, rayon, cotton or the like into strips are used. Direct flocking by electrodeposition or electric flocking.
Further, the pile length is usually appropriate in the range of about 0.2 to 3 mm. If the pile length is too long, the abrasion fastness of the obtained flocking body is liable to decrease, and if it is too short, the texture is poor. Either case is not preferred. Further, in the present invention, the dye or pigment for dyeing and coloring the flocking pile is not particularly limited as long as the material used can be dyed and colored particularly lightly. Is dyed and colored in a desired color. In the dyeing and coloring, it is appropriate that the flocking pile is dyed and colored in a relatively pale or pale color as a whole. If necessary, ordinary dye fixing agents, penetrating wetting agents, dyeing agents and the like can also be added.

In the present invention, the flocked adhesive layer is provided with transparency to the non-transparent or opaque fiber base fabric layer, that is, the adherend, and is preferably dyed and colored in a translucent state. Is desirably applied. Also, for the light or pale color of the flocking pile, the flocking adhesive layer is desirably a different color and a dark color, for example, red, blue and yellow are each optionally selected from a combination of two colors selected from three colors, The flocking pile is pre-dyed to any color, and the combination can be performed based on the hue of the flocking pile. Thereby, in the present invention, the decoration is markedly different from the conventional decoration or the like by simply combining shades of light and shade. Without giving
It works to exhibit a transparent decorative gloss in which different colors and shades of light accompanied by diffuse reflection are mixed depending on the viewing angle.

In the present invention, the flocking pile is dyed and colored in a desired color using a dye or pigment previously selected from reactive dyes and the like, and the flocking pile as a whole becomes relatively pale or dilute. It is dyed and colored. Here, the relatively light-colored or pale-colored coloring means a visually and sensually light hue, and the flocking-processed laminate, which is planted with respect to the hue of the previously-blown pile, is dyed and colored by post-dyeing. It is determined to mean a light color or a dilute color compared to a dark color. Further, in the present invention, the flocking processing laminate is subjected to post-dyeing in a different color from the flocking pile and to a darker color. In the post-dying of the flocking adhesive layer, a flocking adhesive such as an acrylic copolymer resin is used. It is presumed that the fiber base fabric layer and the flocking pile are stained and colored while the layer is dyed dark. Then, the flocking pile is again covered with a common so-called protective color of the same color system as the flocking adhesive layer by post-dyeing,
In addition, the flocking adhesive layer laid on the surface of the non-transparent and concealing fiber base material layer can raise a deeply dyed and colored hue, and also has a light-colored color on the side wall of the flocking pile. After pre-dying, it works so as to obtain an effect with a dyed and stained color which is contaminated with a different color and a darker color.

In the present invention, the different color system in post-dyeing is
For example, it is desirable to be selected from at least one of three colors of red, blue and yellow, and to be dyed and colored in a deep color. In this way, two layers of a flocked pile layer which is pre-dyed and stained again by post-dyeing, and a flocked adhesive layer which is adjacent to this and which is dyed in a different color and a darker color are formed. In addition, these two layers are laid on the surface of a fiber base fabric layer having a hiding power. Thus, in the configuration according to the present invention, even though the flocking pile is flocculated in a substantially right angle or upright shape, the dark hue of the flocking adhesive layer, which is adjacent to a different color and is colored in a darker color, is magnified. The dark color of the flocked adhesive layer adjacent to the flocked pile having surface gloss and transparency is stained and colored, and the stained colored protective color of the side wall of the flocked pile depending on the viewing angle. Is visually recognized, and irregular colors and shades of light and shade are combined in a diffusely reflective manner, and by virtue of these synergistic effects, a flocked cloth having a peculiar see-through decorative luster can be obtained.

As described above, in the present invention, it is desirable that the flocking pile, which is subjected to the post-dying after the first-dying, has a see-through property with respect to the different-colored and dark-colored flocking adhesive layers which are connected side by side. That is, the flocking adhesive layer is laid on the surface of the fiber base fabric layer having a hiding power, and the flocking pile removes oils and the like adhered to the surface by the post-dyeing treatment, thereby improving surface gloss and transmittance. Presumed. In this case, the total light transmittance is 35% or more, and the diffuse light transmittance is 30%.
% Or more, and a parallel light transmittance of 5% or more, and is preferably in a semi-transparent state.

Accordingly, the surface of the fiber base fabric layer having non-transparency and hiding power looks darker than the flocking planting pile which has a protective color by post-dyeing and has a see-through power. The layers appear relatively dark and bright, and there is a difference in the tone of these brightnesses, so that the layers appear as a see-through pattern. For this reason, the flocked laminated body according to the present invention has a substantially vertical pile length, not a configuration like a velor-like long and short pile, regardless of a flocked pile of a substantially right angle or an upright form which is conventionally considered to lack decorativeness. Even in the case of an even flocking pile, the dark hue of the flocking adhesive layer appears to rise in appearance, and the different colors and shading differences due to the difference in the transparency and brightness of the flocking adhesive and the flocking pile. It is assumed that the composite transparent gloss is visible.
