る。When the waterdrop catching tool according to the first embodiment is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the central rod projecting from the umbrella K, the umbrella is closed when the umbrella is wet with rain and the umbrella is erected as shown in FIG. Water droplets adhering to the cloth are transmitted through the umbrella cloth because the umbrella cloth has been subjected to waterproof processing, and are dropped into the annular protruding edge portion 4 located below. Water drop introduction hole 5 provided near the peripheral wall surface of part 4
It is led to. And it is accommodated in the container 1 via a water droplet introducing pipe 6 which is inclined obliquely downward from the water droplet introducing hole 5 and protrudes to near the center of the spherical container 1. In order to open the umbrella for the next use after storing the water droplets, even if the umbrella is turned sideways, inclined, or turned up, the tip of the water droplet introducing pipe 6 is inclined and the inside of the spherical container 1 is opened. Since it protrudes almost to the vicinity of the center and is located above the storage water level (normally, it is rare that water droplets are completely stored in the storage container 1 by one use). It is unlikely that the water droplets will be accidentally leaked to the outside.
If the umbrella is to be opened vertically with the umbrella facing upward with the umbrella at hand in a state in which the water drops are completely contained in the storage container 1, the tip of the water drop introduction pipe 6 is set at the storage water level. Some of the water droplets will be leaked to the outside until it is located above the umbrella, but once the umbrella wet with the rain is opened, it will suddenly be turned upright with a stone foot up at hand. This is rarely the case, and the umbrella is usually opened sideways or in an inclined state, so that the above-mentioned inconvenience is extremely rare. And if you open the umbrella and insert it, even if water leaks, the presence of the umbrella cloth will not wet your hands. Container 1
When discharging the water droplets trapped and stored inside, the umbrella K
The threaded fitting of the mounting neck 2 is removed from the center rod, and the container 1 is turned upside down to discharge water droplets from the opening of the mounting neck 2.

In this case, the outer surface of the upper portion of the container 1 surrounded by the annular projecting edge portion 4 has an annular outer surface. Along the inner peripheral surface of the edge 4, it is gradually and gradually inclined downward from one side to the other side opposite to the edge 4,
The water drop introduction hole 5 is formed on the outer surface of the upper portion of the container 1 corresponding to the lowermost position of the inclination. This is the same even if the upper outer surface of the storage container 1 is formed with such an inclined surface, and a projecting edge having such an inclined surface is formed below the inner peripheral surface of the annular projecting edge portion 4. is there.

In this case, the means for forming the annular projecting edge portion 14 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the other structure is the same as that of the first embodiment. The annular protruding edge portion 14 is disposed on the outer surface of the upper portion of the container 1 so as to be inclined with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the container 1 in a state of surrounding the mounting neck portion 2 and eccentric to the mounting neck portion 2 and expanding the peripheral wall surface upward and outward. Have been. That is,
It is inclined downward from the peripheral surface side closer to the mounting neck 2 to the peripheral surface farther away from the opposite side, so that the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the storage container 1 corresponding to the lowermost position of the inclined surface is formed. Water droplets smoothly flow down and are introduced into the formed water droplet introduction holes 5. In this case as well, a drain port 8 and an opening / closing plug 9 may be provided as shown in FIG. 6, or the storage container 1 may be divided into an upper container 1a and a lower container 1b so as to be freely joinable as shown in FIG.

If the umbrella wet in the rain is closed and the stone butt is set up, the water droplets that travel down the umbrella cloth will drop at the annular projecting edge where the peripheral wall provided on the upper outer surface of the container expands upward and outward. While being surrounded, the container is securely received naturally and smoothly guided to the water drop introduction hole provided near the peripheral wall surface of the annular protruding edge portion, connected thereto, and via a water drop introduction pipe inclined obliquely downward. Is captured and housed within. Therefore, it has a simple, compact, and stable structure that is extremely good at capturing water droplets attached to the umbrella, and eliminates the inconvenience of attaching and detaching a cover such as a plastic bag, eliminating the inconvenience of wet hands. It is possible to reliably prevent the attached water drops from falling and scattering around.
