Description of the Related Art In general, a tubular container for containing a liquid such as shampoo has a substantially elliptical shape with shoulder portions projecting to the left and right, and a container body having a cylindrical neck standing upright on the shoulder portion. A substantially elliptical cap extending left and right is provided, and the cap is attached to the neck of the container body. In some of such containers, a positioning mechanism is provided so that the cap is placed on the shoulder of the container body in the closed state. As a container with a cap of this kind, a container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-43712 is disclosed. This container has, for example, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a male screw 32 a provided on the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion 32 of the container body 31, and the male screw 32 a
A pair of left and right locking projections 33 are formed on the lower end of the cap 34 so as to protrude outward, and a skirt wall 35 hanging down from the periphery of a top wall 34a of the cap 34, and a cylindrical wall hanging down from the center of the top wall 34a ( A female screw 36a screwed with the male screw 32a is provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical wall.
A pair of left and right hanging pieces 37 that engage with the locking projections 33 are provided, and the hanging pieces 37 are formed in a U-shaped cross-sectional shape including a short side 37a, a connecting side 37b, and a long side 37c. When the lid is closed, the female screw 36a of the cylindrical wall 36 of the cap 34 is screwed into the male screw 32a of the mouth and neck portion 32 of the container body 31, and then tightened. As a result, at the end of the tightening, the U-shaped short side 37a of the hanging piece 37 rides over the locking protrusion 33, and the locking protrusion 33 engages within the U shape of the hanging piece 37, and the cap 34 The rotation stops, and the cap 34 is positioned at a specific position.

Action), and the thickness cannot be increased too much. Therefore, the strength of the long side 37c cannot be increased so much. If a large load is applied to the long side 37c by erroneously rotating the cap 34 in the reverse direction at the time of opening the lid, for example, The side 37c is damaged. In addition, since the hanging piece 37 is formed in a U-shape, and an appropriate gap must be provided between the tip of the U-shaped short side 37a of the hanging piece 37 and the outer periphery of the cylindrical wall 36, High dimensional accuracy is required for a mold for molding the cap 34.

The screw is provided on the left and right sides of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body (the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body is provided with a screw portion that engages with the screw portion).
In each case, a set of stopper part and elastic body part are formed so as to protrude.
I have. Further, each of the stopper portions is vertically provided below the lower end of the tubular body, and each of the elastic body portions is attached to the outer periphery of the tubular body.
Vertical ridges that protrude from the surface, and the inner surface is shaped like an arc
And the central part of this arc-shaped part is connected to the ridge.
It consists of a substantially semicircular part, and this substantially semicircular part
It extends downward beyond the lower end. Further, the circumferential distance between the elastic body portion and the stopper portion in each of the sets is made to substantially match the dimension of each of the engaging projections. When the lid is to be closed, a screw portion of the cylindrical body of the cap is screw-fitted to a screw portion of the neck of the container body, and then the container body is rotated in the closing direction. Thereby, at the end of the cap closing rotation, the inner peripheral surface of the free end portion at the lower end of each elastic body portion
While the free ends are in contact with the engaging projections.
Outwardly so as to elastically deform over the above engaging projections, the lower end of each stopper portion is fastened around and in contact with the respective engaging projections. On the other hand, when opening the lid, the cap in the closed state is rotated in the opening direction. Thereby, the inner peripheral surface of the free end portion at the lower end of each of the elastic portions is brought into contact with each of the engaging protrusions while the aforesaid
Each free end portion rides over the respective engaging projections so as to elastically deform outward, disengaged the above engagement, to open lid continues to be rotated as it is. As described above, in the container with a cap of the present invention, each stopper portion only comes into contact with each engagement projection to prevent rotation, and does not act as a spring.
The thickness can be increased. Therefore, it is possible to have a sufficient strength to each
stopper, place a heavy load on the respective scan
topper unit and the like to rotate the cap in the opposite direction by mistake opened cover or the like case also, the stopper
over portion is not damaged. In addition, in the container with a cap of the present invention, each elastic body portion and each stopper portion are formed separately, and each is simply suspended from the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical body. No high dimensional accuracy is required for the mold, and the mold is inexpensive.

That is, when the cap 2 is rotated in the lid closing direction after this contact, the lower end portion 10c is elastically deformed outward so that the lower end portion 10c can get over the engaging projection 5. The distance between the stopper portion 9 and the elastic portion 10 is set to be slightly shorter than the circumferential length of the engaging projection 5 of the neck portion 4. The engagement projection 5 can be engaged between the stopper 9 and the elastic body 10 while the engagement projection 5 is pressed by the side surface. In FIG. 9, 6a

で開蓋される。In the above configuration, when the lid is closed, the screw portion a of the inner cylinder 8 of the cap 2 is engaged with the screw portion 4a of the neck portion 4 of the container body 1, and the cap 2 is rotated in the lid closing direction. Is performed. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, at the end of the closing rotation of the cap 2, the lower end portion 10 c of the elastic body portion 10 of the cap 2 is connected to the neck portion 4 of the container body 1.
As shown in FIGS. 14 to 16, the lower end 10c is elastically deformed and gets over the engaging projection 5 as shown in FIGS. At about the same time when the vehicle gets over, the lower end portion 9a of the stopper portion 9 comes into contact with the engaging projection 5 and is prevented from rotating. On the other hand, when opening the cover, the cap 2 in the closed state is rotated in the opening direction. Thereby, the lid is opened in a procedure reverse to the above operation.

For this reason, even when the cap 2 is erroneously rotated in the reverse direction, such as when the lid is opened, and a large load is applied to the stopper portion 9,
No damage. In addition, since the elastic body 10 and the stopper 9 are formed separately and are each integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 8, the dimensional accuracy of the elastic body 10 and the stopper 9 is improved. Is not required to be high, and a high dimensional accuracy is not required for the mold for molding the cap 2. In addition, since the stopper portion 9 and the elastic body portion 10 are formed from the upper end edge to the lower end edge 8b of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 8, the area of a part integrally formed with the inner cylinder 8 is large, and The lower end 9a of the elastic body 10
Even if a considerably large load is applied to 10c or the like, they will not be damaged.

The thickness can be increased. Therefore, sufficient strength to each stopper portion can have a, even when applying a large load to each stopper portion and the like to rotate the cap in the opposite direction by mistake opened cover or the like, each
The stopper will not be damaged. In addition, in the container with a cap of the present invention, each elastic body portion and each stopper portion are formed separately, and each is simply suspended from the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical body. No high dimensional accuracy is required for the mold, and the mold is inexpensive.
