FIG. 11 shows an example of this. Here, the terminal lugs 54a and 54b cover the ends of the flat braided tinsel wire 2 extending over the tongue-shaped convex portions formed on the outer periphery of the conductive damper 1.
The terminal lugs 54a, 54b and the ends of the flat braided tinsel wire 2 are soldered. The method of connecting and wiring the input lead wire 6 to the terminal lugs 54a and 54b is the same as the method shown in FIG.
This is a method in which 2a and 62b are inserted into terminal lugs 54a and 54b to connect and wire.

The operation of inserting the Faston terminal at the time is usually performed manually.

Generally, in order to prevent erroneous wiring of terminal insertion, a wide and narrow difference is provided between the plus side faston terminal and the minus side faston terminal. In particular, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. This phenomenon becomes remarkable when the faston terminal 62b on the side is inserted.

Therefore, the weight per unit in the contact area of the fingertip is increased, and the fingertip of the operator tends to be painful.

The operation of inserting the faston terminal as described above increases, and the sustainability of the operation in this connection wiring becomes more difficult.

It is conceivable that the frictional resistance at the time of insertion of the terminal lugs 54a, 62b is reduced by reducing the frictional resistance at the time of insertion of the terminal lugs 54a, 62b.
Since the frictional force between the faston terminals 54a and the faston terminals 62a and 62b is weak, the faston terminals 62a and 62b
a, 54b. For this reason, after the wiring work, for example, the Faston terminal may fall off from the terminal lug during transportation of the speaker system, and a market complaint may occur.

Therefore, at present, there is only a means for workers to wear gloves and put a rubber sack or the like on the fingertips to reduce the load on the fingertips. As a result, the accuracy of the work is extremely lost, so that a mastery of the work is required.

The conductive damper 1 is basically the same as the conductive damper that has been conventionally used. A conductive damper 1 is prepared by immersing a cotton cloth for a damper in a solution in which the ratio of phenol and methanol is diluted at a ratio of about 1: 4.5. A cotton cloth was impregnated with a phenol resin, and the solvent was further evaporated to remove the tackiness of the resin.

The terminal ring mounting portion 32 is inserted into the insertion portion 43 so as to be inserted. At this time, a cutout portion is provided on the lower surface side of the square hole 44 in which the connector lug 42 is disposed, so that the distal end portion (contact portion) of the connector lug 42 is exposed. Two connector lugs 42
8 comes in contact with the two flat braided tinsel wires 2 extending to the outermost portion of the conductive damper 1 as shown in FIG. 8, and when the housing H with a lead wire is further pushed in, the contact portion of the connector lug 42 is formed. When it deforms from the tip and first rides on the tapered portion of the ring terminal 3 and then pushes the housing H with the lead wire to a predetermined final position, the contact portion of the connector lug 42 is placed on the recess 34 provided in the terminal ring 3. The contact portion is returned to the original shape by springback and pressed against the flat knitting silk wire 2 in a shape along the concave portion 34 of the tongue-shaped convex portion 31 together with the flat knitting yarn wire 2 as shown in the figure. Connection wiring is completed.

When the housing H with the lead wire is pushed into the final position, the engaging claw of the holding portion 45 is engaged with the square hole 33 formed in the mounting portion 32 of the terminal ring 3 as shown in the sectional view of FIG. On the holding portion 4
Unless an external force equal to or more than the predetermined force of 5 is applied, it does not move from the mounting position. Further, the holding portion 45 can easily release the lock by pushing the tip of the hook piece by releasing the engaging claw from the square hole 33, and pull out the housing H with the lead wire from the mounting portion 32 of the terminal ring 3. It is possible.

Since there is no need to attach the 54b (see FIG. 10) , the number of steps for manufacturing the assembly ring R is greatly reduced, and as a result, there is an advantage that the number of steps for assembling the speaker is significantly reduced. Further, the terminal mounting step in assembling the speaker is a very difficult step in automating speaker production. However, since there is virtually no terminal mounting step, it is extremely advantageous for automating all steps of speaker production. Since the terminal ring 3 is made of resin, a complicated shape can be obtained very easily by injection molding or the like, and the holding portion 35 for fixing the housing can be added using a resin material. .
