Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an injection molding method of a molded product having a thick portion such as a reinforcing rib, a gas is formed so that a gas passage is formed in a molten resin in the thick portion extending from a gate portion. Injection and pressurization are performed to prevent the occurrence of defects such as surface sink due to contraction when the molten resin in the thick portion is cooled and solidified. Also, in the injection molding method of a molded product that locally becomes a thick part such as a boss portion, a leg portion or a partial rib of the molded product, a sink mark occurs on the surface of the molded product by the PFP (partial frame process) molding method. To prevent it. The latter method is essentially several kg / cm 2 to several tens of kg inside the locally thick wall where the resin is in a molten state.
It is intended to prevent sink marks by injecting gas (air bubbles) with a pressure of / cm 2 to generate void nuclei and expanding the void nuclei to press them to the outside of the resin (toward the cavity side) [mold Technology, Vol.8, No.4 (Temporary Special Issue, March 1993), pp. 99-101 [Piece Molding Technology by PFP (Partial Frame Process) Method]. This method does not require large-scale high-pressure equipment such as the above-mentioned gas injection injection molding method, and a compressor having a capacity of at most about 20 kg / cm 2 is sufficient, and the PFP does not form a gas channel, so It has a feature that it is possible to optionally treat only a portion of a plurality of existing thick portions where it is desired to prevent sink marks.

提供することを目的とするものである。However, the conventional PFP molding method has a problem that a mark of a void pin installation portion used for forming a void nucleus in a thick portion remains on the surface of the molded product. If this part is a part that the user can see, it will deteriorate the appearance. Further, even when it occurs in a portion that is not visible to the user, there is a problem that, for example, if a recessed portion of a void pin installation mark is formed on the back surface of the leg portion of the table, the floor is damaged. Under such circumstances, the present invention is an excellent molding in which there is no defect such as a sink mark on the surface of a molded product having a locally thick portion such as a columnar portion such as a boss portion or a leg portion, and a void pin installation mark does not remain. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an injection-molded product having a product surface and a manufacturing apparatus therefor.

It is similar to the molding method. For example, the injection of the resin into the mold cavity is performed through a gate portion independent of the means for forming void nuclei. Also,
As the raw material resin, for general injection molding products, polyolefin such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, A
BS, polyphenylene ether, thermoplastic elastomer resin, etc. can be used. The bubble injecting cylinder for injecting bubbles that become void nuclei into the locally thick portion of the molded product used in the present invention corresponds to what is called a void pin in the PFP method. In this bubble injection cylinder, an extrusion rod is slidably fitted into the bubble injection cylinder so as to allow injection of the air bubbles which will be the void nuclei. Further, the bubble injection cylinder is arranged so as to advance and retract between the inside of the cavity corresponding to the locally thick portion of the molded product and the cavity surface portion together with the pushing rod. This forward / backward movement is operated by, for example, a control mechanism provided in the first fluid cylinder and the second fluid cylinder arranged in series.

The push rod is fixed to the second piston through the first cylinder, and each piston is caused to perform a predetermined movement by a mechanism such as a pump for injecting / exhausting fluid into / from each cylinder. In the present invention, first, the bubble injection cylinder is made to enter and be held in the cavity corresponding to the locally thick portion of the molded product, and in this state, the molten resin is injected from the gate into the mold cavity, and then the inside of the cylinder The extruding rod is advanced toward the tip of the cylinder, and the air retained in the cylinder is extruded and injected into the molten resin. After the void nuclei are formed in the locally thick portion by the action of the pushing rod, the bubble injection cylinder retracts to the cavity surface together with the pushing rod inside the void nuclei. The operation of the bubble injection cylinder and the pushing rod can be easily and surely performed by, for example, the above-mentioned control mechanism. The growth of void nuclei, which are the injected bubbles, prevents the occurrence of sink marks on the surface of the thick part of the molded product.Furthermore, the trace of the bubble injection cylinder is also filled with molten resin, and it enters the surface of the molded product after molding. No traces remain. Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a molded product having no appearance defect. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be applied to the production of a molded product having a locally thick portion such as a boss portion, a leg portion, and a rib for partially reinforcing.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the resin 14 is injected into the cavity in which the bubble injection cylinder is held, and FIG. 5 operates the drive source 13 to advance the second piston of the second fluid cylinder and push it out. The rod 7 is operated toward the tip of the bubble injection cylinder 6 to extrude and inject the air existing in the space into the molten resin. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, after the bubble injection, the bubble injection cylinder 6 is retracted together with the extrusion rod, and its tip is held by the cavity surface 15. The void nuclei 4 formed by the injected bubbles are heated from the surrounding molten resin to grow (expand), and the hollow portion 4
Becomes As the voids grow, the molten resin 9 is pressed from the inside toward the mold surface, so that no sink mark is generated in the locally thick portion, and as the bubble injection cylinder retreats, the entry mark is also filled with resin. Therefore, it does not remain as a recess on the surface of the molded product. After the molding is completed, the mold is opened, the molded product is taken out from the mold cavity, the state shown in FIG. 3 is restored again, and the above operation is repeated. As another example, a heater may be combined with a bubble injection cylinder to improve the flow of resin.

It does not require large-scale equipment such as the law, and can be easily handled by improving the mold. Also,
Unlike the conventional PFP method, since there are no traces of the installation of void pins used to form void nuclei in the thick portion,
It is possible to obtain a molded product having a particularly excellent appearance without requiring secondary processing for caring for it. Further, according to the present invention, the entry stroke into the cavity of the bubble injecting cylinder can be easily adjusted, and the injection of void nuclei and the formation of the hollow portion that are optimal for the shape of the locally thick portion of the molded product can be easily performed. be able to.
