装置に係わり、特に、いわゆるミニ・ディスクやフロッ
ピーディスク、カセットテープ等の挿入口を覆う防塵ド
アの開閉機構に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】記録媒体記録再生装置の記録媒体挿入口
を覆う防塵ドアの開閉機構は従来図10に示すように、
フロントパネル2に防塵ドア1が記録媒体挿入方向のみ
に回動するものがあった。この開閉機構によると、ミニ
・ディスク等の記録媒体を挿入口から手で挿入すると、
防塵ドア1は記録媒体により矢印の方向に回動される。
記録媒体が排出されるときは、防塵ドア1は記録媒体排
出方向には回動できないので記録媒体が排出される直前
に防塵ドア1を矢印の方向に回動させなければならな
い。そのために防塵ドア1の駆動機構が必要であり製造
コストが高くなるという問題があった。 【0003】図11に示すように防塵ドア1が記録媒体
挿入および排出の双方向に回動できるようにフロントパ
ネル2で支持された開閉機構もあったが、この開閉機構
によると、記録媒体が挿入口から突出されるまで排出さ
れた後、そのまま内部に手で押し込む場合防塵ドア1が
邪魔になって記録媒体をローディング機構が引き込む位
置まで押し込むことが困難であった。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は上記した点
に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところ
は、製造コストが安く、しかも記録媒体が挿入口から突
出されるまで排出された後、そのまま記録媒体をローデ
ィング機構が引き込む位置まで容易に押し込むことがで
きる防塵ドアの開閉機構を提供することにある。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】この発明の防塵ドアの開
閉機構は、フロントパネルの記録媒体挿入口を覆う防塵
ドアの両側面に軸を立設し、フロントパネルと一体に設
けられ前記軸を挿通させる軸受け穴の少なくとも一方を
記録媒体挿入方向に延びる長穴とし、該長穴に挿通する
前記軸の近傍に防塵ドアが垂直となる閉位置で略垂直の
ばね受け面を設け、該ばね受け面にねじりコイルばねを
圧接させて防塵ドアを記録媒体排出方向に付勢したもの
である。 【0006】このような機構において、防塵ドアが閉じ
られているときには、防塵ドアはねじりコイルばねに押
されて長穴の前端にあり、また、ばね受け面がねじりコ
イルばねに押されているので回動位置も安定する。防塵
ドアは記録媒体の挿入および排出時に記録媒体に押され
て回動されるので、防塵ドアを駆動させる機構は必要な
い。 【0007】また、記録媒体が挿入口から突出されるま
で排出された後、そのまま記録媒体を押し込む場合は防
塵ドアはねじりコイルばねの弾力に抗して記録媒体と共
にフロントパネルの内側へ向けて押し込まれるので記録
媒体をローディング機構が引き込む位置まで容易に押し
込むことができる。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】この発明の実施例である防塵ドア
開閉機構を図面に基づいて説明する。この例では本発明
が光磁気ディスクいわゆるミニ・ディスクの記録再生装
置に適用されている。図4にミニ・ディスク記録再生装
置のフロントパネル2を示す。フロントパネル2には操
作用つまみや表示装置が配置され、さらに、中央部にミ
ニ・ディスク挿入口が配置されている。ミニ・ディスク
挿入口は防塵ドア1で覆われている。 【0009】防塵ドア1の詳細形状を図3に示す。図に
示す防塵ドア1の表面には突起1d、1dが設けられ裏
面には突起1cが設けられている。防塵ドア1の両側面
には対称形状となるように円筒形状の軸1a、1aが形
成されている。軸1a、1aの基端部裏面側には平坦な
ばね受け面1bが形成されている。 【0010】図1および図2に防塵ドア1の取付け状態
を示す。図に示すようにフロントパネル2の裏面に形成
されたボスに長穴2aが設けられている。長穴2aは防
塵ドア1の軸受け穴となっている。なお、右側の軸受け
穴は図示していないが円形の穴となっている。このよう
な軸受け穴に防塵ドア1の軸1a、1aが挿通される。
防塵ドア1は樹脂製であり、変形させることにより左右
の軸受け穴に挿通させることができる。 【0011】防塵ドア1の左側の軸1aの近傍にねじり
コイルばね3が取付けられ防塵ドア1の軸受け面1bを
前方に押している。防塵ドア1は図2に示す位置から軸
1a回りに両方向に回動可能であるが、通常はねじりコ
イルばね3の押圧力により図2に示す位置すなわちミニ
・ディスクの挿入口を閉じる位置で安定している。 【0012】図5にミニ・ディスク5が挿入口から挿入
される状態を示す。このとき防塵ドア1はミニ・ディス
ク5に押され反時計方向に回動しミニ・ディスク5の進
入を妨げない。なお、防塵ドア1の突起1d、1dがミ
ニ・ディスク5の上面と接触し防塵ドア1の表面全体が
ミニ・ディスク5と接触しないので摩擦による音が発生
しにくい。 【0013】図6にミニ・ディスク5が挿入口から排出
される状態を示す。このとき防塵ドア1はミニ・ディス
ク5に押され時計方向に回動しミニ・ディスク5の排出
を妨げない。なお、防塵ドア1の突起1cがミニ・ディ
スク5の上面と接触し防塵ドア1の表面全体がミニ・デ
ィスク5と接触しないので摩擦による音が発生しにく
い。 【0014】図7はミニ・ディスク5が排出されて挿入
口から突出した状態でミニ・ディスク5を指で押し込む
ときの様子を示している。このとき防塵ドア1の左側の
部分はねじりコイルばね3の弾力に抗して指で内部に押
し込まれるので、ミニ・ディスク5をローディング機構
4が引き込む位置まで容易に押し込むことができる。 【0015】ミニ・ディスク5がローディング機構4に
より再生位置にローディングされると防塵ドア1はねじ
りコイルばね3により前方に押され図2に示す位置に戻
される。 【0016】図8にこの発明の他の実施例を示す。図8
(a)はフロントパネル2に設けられた長穴2bの部分
を示す側面図、図8(b)は同部分を示す平面図であ
る。図8(c)および図8(d)はフロントパネル2に
設けられた長穴でない方の軸受け穴を示す側面図であ
る。図8(c)または図8(d)のいずれかの軸受け穴
が用いられる。このように軸受け穴の一部を解放するこ
とにより防塵ドア1を変形することなくフロントパネル
2に取り付けることができる。 【0017】図9にこの発明のさらに他の実施例を示
す。この例では防塵ドア1のばね受け面1bは円筒形状
の一部を切り欠いた平面で形成されている。このような
ばね受け面1bを用いるとねじりコイルばねで押圧され
ながら回動する防塵ドア1の動きがスムーズになる。 【0018】実施例は以上のように構成されているが発
明はこれに限られず、例えば、防塵ドア1の右側の部分
