る乗用田植機の予備苗載台取付装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、乗用田植機で、本機の前部両横側
方に複数の予備苗載台を装備することは周知であり、ま
た、実開平1−112609号公報に見られるように、
各予備苗台を支持する支持枠体をガイドレールに沿って
前後方向に移動および係止自在にすることも知られてい

補給しなければならないので、予備苗を補給する作業に

た、足をすべらしたりして危険な作業でもある、といっ

具合を解決し、人手を要せずに予備苗載台を機体前部の
両横外側方に有効に取付け可能とするものであり、その
ため、後方に植付部を連結した本機の前部両横側部には
機体の前後方向に水平に延長する支持レール体をそれぞ
れ架設し、該両支持レール体には該両支持レール体に沿
ってそれぞれ前後動できるとともに固定させることがで
きる垂立した両移動レール体をそれぞれ連設し、該両移
動レール体には、両移動レール体に沿ってそれぞれ上下
動できるとともに固定させることができて、機体の前後
方向に水平に延出する支持板を架着した支持部をそれぞ
れ架設し、複数の予備苗載台を上下に有する予備苗支持
枠台の下方に前記支持板を挿入して持上げながら両予備
苗支持枠台を機体前部の両横外側方に架設できるよう構
成したものである。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】図1および図2は乗用田植機を示
し、両前輪7、両後輪8、ハンドル9、シート10等を
装備した本機Aの後方にはリンク機構11を介して植付
部Bを連結し、従来形構造同様に構成するが、本機Aの
前部の両横側方となるフロントステップ12、12の横
外側方には機体の前後方向に水平に延長する支持レール
体1、1をそれぞれ架設して構成する。 【0006】前記両支持レール体1、1には該両支持レ
ール体1、1の外側方に沿ってそれぞれ前後動できると
ともに固定させることができる垂立した両移動レール体
2、2をそれぞれ連設するが、両移動レール体2、2の
上部に設けた転輪13、13が支持レール体1、1のガ
イド溝14に沿って転動できるように、図示省略の例え
ばモータ等の駆動装置によって駆動自在にするととも
に、図示省略の例えばストッパー等の係止装置により移
動レール体2、2を支持レール体1、1に係止させて固

れるようにセットできることになり、また、前記の逆操
作により、空になった予備苗支持枠台6を畔D上に戻す

箱Fを紙製にしたものであり、そのまま植付部Bの苗載
台に載置しておくと、植付爪が箱もろとも掻き取って植
付けることができることになる。 【0013】 【発明の効果】このように本発明は、支持レール体1に
対し移動レール体2を、また、移動レール体2に対し支
持部4をそれぞれ移動させるとともに固定することによ
って、複数の予備苗を装填した予備苗支持枠台6を支持
板3により畔側から持ち上げて機体の前部の両横外側方
に自動的にセットすることができることになり、従来の
ように人手と労力を要したり危険な作業をなすことな
く、本機Aの前部両横側方に複数の予備苗を有効に搭載
できることになり、好適に実施できる特長を有する。
