The plate 35 side faces the side opposite to the tip of the flange 2 of the channel steel 1, the first pressing plate 33 overlaps with the lower edge plate 6a of the main girder 6 of the rack body 5 in contact with each other, and the upper substrate 32 is Place it so that it overlaps with the upper surface of the flange 2. Then, the lower metal fitting 41 is brought into contact with the front end portions of the pair of upper plates 46, 47 on the front end of the flange 2 and the lower surface of the edge plate 6a,
With the upper end of the second side plate 48 in contact with the inclined lower surface side of the flange 2, the square root bolt 50 is a bolt corresponding to the flange width of the channel steel 1 among the bolt holes 36 to 39 of the upper fitting 31. The square root bolt 50 is passed through a hole (bolt hole 37 in this example), and the tip of the square root bolt 50 is located closer to the center of the rack body 5 out of the two bolt holes 43 and 44 of the lower board 42 of the lower metal fitting 41. (In this example, the bolt hole 44), and the nut 52 is screwed to the tip of the square root bolt 50 passing through the bolt hole 44 via the washer 51. The nut 52 is configured so that it does not loosen.

Further, the regulation plate 35 of the upper metal fitting 31 is in contact with the end surface of the channel steel 1 opposite to the tip end of the flange 2, and the tip ends of the upper plates 46 and 47 of the lower metal fitting 41 are in contact with the tip portion of the flange 2. Therefore,
Movement and rotation of the upper bracket 31 and the lower bracket 41 in the length direction of the rack body 5 are restricted, and the thickness of the flange 2 of the channel steel 1 becomes smaller toward the tip even if vibration or impact is applied. Does not cause rattling, and the upper metal fitting 31 and the lower metal fitting 42 do not loosen the sandwiching.

The rack body steady rest of (1) is formed in a ladder shape with a pair of parallel parent girders and a plurality of child girders connecting the parent girders.
The movement of the rack body, which is supported so as to cross over the shaped steel in a state where the edge plate provided at the lower edge of the parent girder is in contact with the upper surface of the shaped steel flange, with respect to the shaped steel In a rack body steady rest that restricts by clamping a bolt between the upper metal fitting and the lower metal fitting while sandwiching the intersection of the edge plate and the flange with the lower metal fitting, the upper metal fitting is a flange of the shaped steel. A strip-shaped upper substrate longer than the width,
A pressing plate extending from at least one side edge of the upper substrate so as to be higher than one surface side of the upper substrate, and a regulation plate bent from one end side of the upper substrate to the other surface side of the upper substrate. A bolt hole provided in the upper substrate so as to insert the bolt at a position apart from the flange width of the shaped steel in the length direction of the upper substrate from the one end side of the upper substrate, The upper substrate intersects the other surface side in a state of being in contact with the upper surface of the flange of the shaped steel, and the pressing plate is overlapped in a state of being in contact with the edge plate of the lower edge of the rack body,
The lower surface side of the flange of the shaped steel through the bolt inserted into the bolt hole in a state where the restriction plate is placed so as to abut on the end surface on the side opposite to the tip of the shaped steel flange. Is connected to the lower metal fitting, and the edge plate of the rack body and the flange of the shaped steel are sandwiched between the lower metal fitting and the lower metal fitting by tightening the bolt.

体振れ止め具。1. An edge plate, which is formed in a ladder shape and comprises a pair of parent girders facing each other in parallel and a plurality of child girders connecting the parent girders, the edge plate being provided at the lower edge of the parent girder. The movement of the rack body, which is supported so as to intersect with the shaped steel in a state of being in contact with the upper surface of the flange, with respect to the shaped steel, is such that the upper metal fitting and the lower metal fitting sandwich the intersection of the edge plate and the flange. In a rack body steady rest that is regulated by tightening a bolt between the upper metal fitting and the lower metal fitting, the upper metal fitting is a strip-shaped upper board longer than the flange width of the shaped steel, and at least one of the upper board. A pressing plate extending from a side edge so as to be higher than one surface side of the upper substrate, a regulation plate bent from one end side of the upper substrate to the other surface side of the upper substrate, and the one end of the upper substrate. From the side of the flange width of the shaped steel in the length direction of the upper substrate And a bolt hole provided in the upper substrate so that the bolt can be inserted at a predetermined position, and the upper substrate intersects with the flange while the other surface side is in contact with the upper surface of the flange of the shaped steel. Then, the pressing plate was placed so as to overlap the edge plate of the lower edge of the rack body in a state of being in contact therewith, and the regulating plate was placed so as to abut on the end surface on the side opposite to the tip end of the flange of the shaped steel. In this state, it is connected to the lower metal fitting on the lower surface side of the flange of the shaped steel through the bolt inserted in the bolt hole, and the edge of the rack body is connected to the lower metal fitting by tightening the bolt. A rack body steady rest, wherein a plate and the shaped steel flange are sandwiched.
