【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、携帯用小型電子機
器等小型電子機器に於いて電池と配線基板とを接続する
小型電子機器の端子構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】携帯用呼出受信機等小型電子機器には電
源としてコイン型電池が用いられており、該電池は容易
に着脱が可能であって、該電池と前記小型電子機器内部
の配線基板とは端子を介して接続されている。
【0003】図4に於いて、従来の小型電子機器の端子
構造について説明する。
【0004】図中1は端子を示し、2は配線基板を示
す。該配線基板2にはコイン型状の電池3が装填される
為の欠切部4が形成され、該欠切部4に前記電池3が装
填された場合に該電池3と前記配線基板2の所要の回路
(図示せず)とは前記端子1を介して接続される。
【0005】該端子1は金属板等導電性を有する短冊形
状の板材から成り、該端子1は前記配線基板2に半田付
けされる固定部5と、該固定部5から直角に曲折し前記
欠切部4に向かって延出し、先端部が僅かに屈曲された
短冊形状の電池接触部6とを有している。前記固定部5
が前記配線基板2に半田付けされた状態で、前記欠切部
4に前記電池3が装填されると前記電池接触部6は前記
電池3の側面に弾性力により接触する様になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】然し乍ら上記した従来
の小型電子機器の端子構造では、端子1を配線基板2に
半田付けしている為作業工程が多くなると共に作業が煩
雑であり、コストが蒿む等の不具合があった。
【0007】本発明は上記実情に鑑みなしたものであっ
て、作業工程を減少し、コストの低減を図るものであ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、携帯用呼出受
信機等小型電子機器の筐体に、対峙する少なくとも2つ
の保持片を形成し、該保持片間に配線基板と接触する基
板接触部、電池と接触する電池接触部を有する端子を圧
入し固定した小型電子機器の端子構造に係り、前記端子
は前記端子保持片により筐体側に固定され、前記端子と
前記配線基板、前記端子と前記電池とは弾性力により接
触する。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て図面を参照して説明する。
【0010】図1〜図3で示す小型電子機器の筐体は箱
型のフロントケース10、箱型のリアケース11から成
り、該リアケース11に端子保持部12を形成し、該端
子保持部12に端子13を取付ける。
【0011】前記端子13は帯状で金属板等導電性を有
する板材から成り、該端子13は略中央でU字状に折曲
げられ、折曲げられた一方の片の一端側は先端部近傍が
僅かにV字状に屈曲されて電池接触部14となってお
り、他片は略中央が外側へ向かって直角に曲折し、この
直角曲折部は第1固定部15となっており、更に先端部
は矢尻状に屈曲し、第2固定部16となっている。前記
端子13の前記第1固定部15側の片のU字屈曲部か
ら、短冊形状の基板接触部17が、前記リアケース11
に取付けた場合に該リアケース11の底面と略平行に、
更に前記第1固定部15、前記第2固定部16と同方向
に延出し、該基板接触部17の先端部は僅かにV字状に
屈曲している。
【0012】前記端子保持部12は前記リアケース11
の底面に突設された2つの短冊形状の保持片18,19
から成り、一方の保持片18は略中央が直角に折曲して
おり、一端は前記リアケース11の周壁内側面と接合
し、他端は前記第2固定部16と係合可能となる様に先
細となっている。前記他方の保持片19は前記保持片1
8から前記端子13の板厚分だけ離れた位置に端子保持
溝20を形成する様に設けられ、前記保持片18と同様
に中央部は直角に屈曲し、前記端子保持溝20には前記
端子13が圧入可能となっている。

片18,19間に圧入すると共に前記第2固定部16を
前記保持片18の先端部と係合させ、前記端子13を固
定する。
【0014】前記リアケース11に配線基板21を組込
むと、前記基板接触部17が前記配線基板21に押圧さ
れ、該配線基板21の電力供給パターン(図示せず)と
前記基板接触部17とが接触する。コイン型状の電池2
2を装填すると前記電池接触部14が弾性力により前記
電池22の側面と接触する。

筐体に形成された保持片間に圧入して固定し、前記端子
の基板接触部が配線基板、電池接触部が電池とそれぞれ
弾性力により接触している為、半田付けする必要がな
く、煩雑な半田付け作業が省略でき、作業工程が減少
