Description of the Related Art As a liquid ejection container, a container body whose mouth and neck are erected from a cylindrical body, a suction part which is inserted and fixed in the container body and is opened, and an operation ejection part which is exposed to the outside of the container body. And a pump having the following. In these pumps, a liquid suction pipe constituting a lower end portion of a suction portion is suspended so that a lower end thereof is opened to a lower end of a container body. The internal pump mechanism is operated to suck up the liquid in the body of the container from the lower end of the pipe and to discharge the liquid from a discharge nozzle or the like of the operation discharge part. In the above-mentioned conventional container, the pipe is vertically suspended from the central portion of the inside of the container body, or the length of the pipe is longer than the length reaching the central upper surface of the bottom wall of the container, and the pump is mounted. The pipe inserted at this time is forcibly bent so that its tip is located at the lower end corner of the container. [0005] In many cases, the above-mentioned conventional containers are held by hand to dispense the liquid. In such a case, if the lower end of the pipe is a short pipe that hangs down to the center of the container, the container is stored. When the amount of the liquid decreases, there is an inconvenience that the liquid cannot be poured out. [0006] On the other hand, in the case of the latter long pipe, even if the container is tilted and the liquid is poured out, all the liquid can be poured out. May be hooked on the central portion of the upper surface of the bottom wall of the container body and do not move toward the corner, and as a result, the pipe may be attached in a state where the lower end of the pipe is hooked and bent. In particular, when the container body 2 is formed by blow molding as shown in FIG. 4 and a concave groove 23 called a pinch-off crosses the center of the upper surface of the bottom wall, the tendency is remarkable. In such a case, inconvenience may occur in the case of the short pipe described above, and inconvenience may occur in that the lower end opening of the pipe is partially closed by the bottom wall of the container and suction of the liquid becomes worse. . The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and is economical because the liquid can be poured out to the end while the container is tilted while holding the container, even if the amount of the stored liquid is low. An object of the present invention is to propose an excellent container which does not cause inconvenience such as the tip of a pipe being caught on the bottom surface of a container body unlike a conventional product when a pump is mounted. In addition, the present invention proposes a container which can be formed easily and inexpensively because it can be formed by changing a part of the structure of the conventional container. In addition, even if the amount of the stored liquid is low, the liquid can be poured out to the end while holding the container and tilted, and the same pump can be applied to at least one other container having a different size. It is an object to propose a combined container. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the container according to the first aspect of the present invention is formed by fitting a container body 2 having an upright cervical portion 5 from a body portion 4 to the outer periphery of the cervical portion. A suction unit 7 which is detachably fixed to the container body by means of the mounting cylinder 6 and which is inserted into and fixed in the container body, and which is opened, and an operation pouring unit 8 which is vertically urged and exposed to the outside of the container body in an upwardly biased state. In the liquid ejection container comprising the pump 3 provided, a pipe 10 for sucking up liquid constituting the lower end portion of the suction section 7 is hung at a predetermined interval from the upper surface of the bottom wall of the container body, and the pipe 10 A suction port member 19 formed by extending a second cylindrical portion 21 extending obliquely outward from a lower end edge of the vertically fitted first cylindrical portion 20 obliquely outward and opening the lower end to the lower end corner of the container. Provided,
The lengths of the first cylindrical portion 20 and the second cylindrical portion 21 of the member 19 are respectively set to predetermined different lengths, and the second cylindrical portion 21 is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the lower end of the pipe 10 to obtain other dimensions. The liquid ejection container is characterized in that the liquid ejection container is configured to be applicable to the container body. The liquid in the container is sucked up from the lower end of the pipe 10 by the operation of the operation pouring section 8, and is discharged to the outside. At this time, since the lower end of the pipe is open at the lower end corner of the inside of the container, almost all of the liquid can be discharged by operating the pump while holding the container and tilting the pipe in the opening direction. When the pump 3 is mounted, the suction unit 7 is
After being inserted into the inside, the mounting cylinder 6 is screwed around the outer periphery of the mouth and neck 5 to open the tip of the pipe 10 to the lower end corner of the predetermined container 2.
At this time, since the suction port member 19 is bent into a predetermined shape,
For example, even if the pipe 10 is inserted while being rotated in the vertical direction from a state in which the pipe 10 is slightly inclined in the predetermined direction, and then the mounting cylinder 6 is screwed, the lower end of the suction port member 19 is less likely to contact the bottom wall of the container. , Opening to the lower corner. Moreover, if the opening direction of the suction port member 19 is oriented toward the opening direction of the nozzle 13, the opening of the suction port member 19 is always in the nozzle 13 opening direction after the pump is mounted. Also, in the case of a free-cap type pump in which the mounting cylinder is rotatably mounted on the suction section 7, similarly, the pump is hardly in contact with the bottom wall of the container body and opens to the lower end corner. The first of the suction port members 19 used is
Since the lengths of the cylindrical portion 20 and the second cylindrical portion 21 are formed to be different from each other by a predetermined length, when the cylindrical portion 20 and the second cylindrical portion 21 are fitted upside down and fixed to the pipe 10, the projecting width from the center thereof is different. Applicable to the body. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a liquid ejection container. The container 1 includes a container 2 and a pump 3. The container 2 which can be used in the present invention is made of a synthetic resin or the like, and has a mouth and neck 5 standing upright from the upper end of a cylindrical body 4 having a bottom. In addition to those having a general cylindrical body, those having any cylindrical body such as an elliptical cylindrical body and a rectangular cylindrical body can be preferably used. A pinch-off groove which crosses the portion can be used without any inconvenience, and it can be preferably used whether it is transparent or opaque. The pump 3 is made of a synthetic resin or the like. The pump 3 is detachably fixed to the container 2 by a mounting cylinder 6 fitted to the outer periphery of the mouth and neck 5 and inserted and fixed in the container 2. A suction portion 7 that is opened and an operation pouring portion 8 that is exposed to the outside of the container body 2 so as to be vertically movable in an upwardly biased state, and by actuating the operation pouring portion 8, the liquid in the container body 2 is suctioned. A pump having a well-known pump mechanism configured so as to be sucked up from the pump 7 and discharged from the operation pouring section 8 can be adopted. As the suction portion 7, various structures can be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a cylinder 9 having a well-known suction valve mechanism and the like, and an upper end portion fitted and fixed to the lower end of the cylinder 9 are fixed. And a pipe 10 for drawing up the liquid which hangs downward. The conventional structure of the suction part of this kind of container can be adopted. The operation pouring section 8 can also have various structures. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, an annular piston (not shown) which slides up and down on the inner periphery of the cylinder 9 has a lower end. A coil spring (not shown), which comprises a stem 12 provided with a discharge valve 11 at the upper end thereof, a press-down head 14 with a nozzle 13 fixed to the upper end of the stem 12, and the like, is disposed below the piston. ), It is possible to always urge it upward and to be able to move up and down and rotate. The pump 3 connects the mounting cylinder 6 to the suction unit 7.
(Fixed cap type), or one that is attached to the suction unit 7 so as to be rotatable and unable to come out (called a free cap type) without moving integrally with the suction unit 7. Either can be used. As an example of the former, for example, as shown in FIG.
An inward flange-like top wall 15 is extended from an upper end edge of the mounting cylinder 6 screwed to the outer periphery of the container body neck and neck 5, and an upper end edge of the cylinder 9 is fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral edge of the top wall 15. No.
In the present embodiment, a double cylindrical portion 16 having a lower end surface opened at the center of the top wall 15 is provided, and the cylinder 9 is disposed between the inner and outer cylindrical walls of the cylindrical portion 16.
The upper end is fitted and fixed. Therefore, the pump 3 of the fixed cap type is configured such that the suction part 7 also rotates together when the mounting cylinder 6 is screwed onto the outer periphery of the mouth and neck part 5, and thus the whole pump 3 also rotates together. As an example of the latter, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, a mounting cylinder 6 having an inward flange-like top wall 15 extending from the upper end edge is formed separately, while the outer peripheral upper end of the cylinder 9 is formed. An auxiliary cap 17 is fitted to the cylinder, and a flange 18 is provided so as to project from an upper portion of the outer periphery of the cylinder 9 below the auxiliary cap 17. The mounting cylinder 6 is provided between the upper surface of the flange 18 and the lower end edge of the outer cylindrical portion 17a of the auxiliary cap 17. In which the inner peripheral edge of the top wall 15 is rotatably held so as not to come out. In the case of the free cap type pump 3, the pump 3 is inserted into the container body in a predetermined direction, and is fixed by rotating only the mounting cylinder 6. Further, the pump 3 may be configured so as to be able to be locked to the suction unit 7 in a state where the operation pouring unit 8 is pushed downward against the upward urging force. As such an example, as shown in FIG. 2, the pushing-down head 1 is placed on the inner surface of the inner cylindrical portion 17 b of the auxiliary cap 17 in a state where the operation pouring portion 8 is pushed down.
An example in which the lower part of the outer periphery of 4 is configured to be screwable. In any case, the pump 3 that can be used in the present invention is not limited to the above, and any pump can be used as long as it is used in a conventional container of this kind. According to the first aspect of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a liquid suction pipe constituting a lower end portion of the suction part 7 is provided.
The pipe 10 is suspended at a predetermined interval from the upper surface of the bottom wall of the container body, and a suction port member 19 having a special configuration is fitted and fixed to the lower end of the outer periphery of the pipe 10. The suction port member 19 according to the present invention is made of synthetic resin or the like, and is inclined downward and obliquely outward from the lower end of the vertical first cylindrical portion 20 fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral lower end of the pipe 10. A second cylindrical portion 21 whose lower end is opened at the lower end corner of the container.
Is configured to extend. Further, the first cylindrical portion 20 and the second cylindrical portion 21 are configured to have different lengths, respectively, and the second cylindrical portion
21 is fixed to the outer periphery of the lower end of the pipe 10 so as to be applicable to containers of other dimensions. That is, for example, the second cylindrical portion 21 of the suction port member 19 whose projection width from the center in the container of FIG. As a matter of course, the first cylindrical portions 20 having different lengths have different lateral protruding widths. However, if the container body 2A corresponding to the protruding width L2 from the center is provided, as shown in FIG. The lower end of one cylindrical portion 20 opens at the lower end corner in the container 2A. In the container of the present invention, the pipe 10 to which the suction port member 19 is fitted is inserted from the container body neck portion 5 and the mounting cylinder 6 is screwed around the mouth neck portion 5 (snap-fit type fitting may be used). ) So that the pump 3 is mounted on the container. In the figure, reference numeral 22 denotes a packing. As described above, the container according to the present invention is economical because the liquid can be poured out to the end while the container is tilted while holding the container, even if the amount of the stored liquid is low, and the pump is mounted. The pump can be mounted on the container by opening the lower end of the pipe easily to the lower corner of the container without causing inconvenience such as the tip of the pipe being caught on the upper surface of the bottom wall of the container, as in conventional products. Further, since the container can be formed by changing a part of the structure of the conventional container, it is excellent in that it is easy to manufacture and can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, since the pump can be applied to at least one other type of container having a different size by fitting the suction port member to the pipe in reverse, the production efficiency is advantageously increased.
