品加熱に応用した一般に電子レンジと呼ばれる高周波加
熱装置の食品を載せて回転させる回転載置台の形状に関
するもので特に加熱室の後方に高周波電磁波の開口を設
け、開口を低損失誘電体で覆う構成の高周波加熱装置に
関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】加熱室内で肉などの解凍を上手に均一に
行う方法として、加熱室後壁に高周波電磁波の開口部を
設け、開口部の導波管側に高周波電磁波を攪拌するスタ
ラーを設け、加熱室の底部に回転載置台を設けることは
よく知られている。又開口部には低損失誘電体で作られ
た開口カバーが設けられ、加熱室の熱気が導波管を通っ
て高周波発振器に伝わらないようになっている。開口カ
バーはスタラーの回転状態が確認できるように耐熱性の
硝子で作られている。さらに回転載置台も同様に被加熱
物の底面中央部の加熱を周囲と同程度に均一に加熱でき
るように硝子などの低損失誘電体で作られている。回転

面に円形の断面山形のリッジを設け、このリッジの外側

室後壁を構成している金属板や、開口カバーと、加熱室
後壁の間に設けられたシリコンゴムなどの耐熱低損失の
緩衝材のために回転載置台も割れることなく安全であ
る。さらに開口カバーも加熱室後壁の下側に設けられる
ため、後方からの高周波電磁波の放射が上下均等になる
ので、牛乳や酒のカンなどの背の高い被加熱物について
も、上下の加熱が均一になる。 【0006】 【実施例】本発明を家庭用電子レンジに応用した一実施
例に基づき説明する。 【0007】図1は本発明の一実施例の断面図である。
本体内の加熱室1の前面には食品などの被加熱物(図示
せず)を出し入れするドア2が設けられている。一方高
周波発振器(図示せず)は導波管3の手前側(第1図紙
面の手前側)に設けられ、高周波発振器からの高周波電
磁波は導波管3を通り、加熱室1を構成する後壁4に設
けられた開口5から加熱室1内に放射される。開口5に
は、加熱室1の熱気が高周波発振器にいかないようにガ
ラスなどの低損失誘電体で作られた開口カバー6が設け
られ、シリコンゴムなどの耐熱性低損失誘電体で作られ
た緩衝材7で固定されている。開口5の導波管3内には
高周波電磁波を攪拌するスタラー8が配置され、スタラ
ーモーター9により回転する。 【0008】又、加熱室底部には被加熱物を載せるガラ
スなどの低損失誘電体で作られた回転載置台が配置さ
れ、回転テーブル11の上に乗るようになっている。回
転テーブル11は加熱室1の下に設けたターンテーブル
モーター12により回転する。したがって被加熱物はス
タラー8と回転載置台10の回転により均一に加熱さ
れ、さしみなどの解凍なども上手にできるようになって

なり、再度回転テーブル11に嵌合させる時誤って加熱

り開口カバー6や回転載置台が破損し、使用者が傷つく

7や後壁4に当たるだけなので回転載置台10や開口カ
バー6が割れることがないので安全である。回転載置台
10がずれた図は2点鎖線で示す。同時に開口5の下端
は加熱室1の後壁4の下方に配置できる。嵌合部14の
外側には平面部15を設けているのでリッジ13がほぼ
水平にずれるので加熱室1の底部に回転載置台がカタン
と落ちることはない。 【0011】図4は本発明の高周波加熱装置にヒーター
16を配置して加熱室1内でオーブンなどのヒーター加
熱も出来るようにした他の実施例である。ヒーター加熱
を行う場合は回転載置台の代わりに金属製オーブン皿1
7を回転テーブルの上に載せることになるが回転テーブ
ル11の平面部15にオーブン皿17の脚部18を載せ
ることが出来るのでオーブン皿17が安定して嵌合する
ことが出来る。19はヒーター16の断熱材である。 【0012】 【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明では次の効果
が得られる。 【0013】1)回転載置台を回転テーブルの上に載せ
る時誤って回転載置台を加熱室の奥にすべり込ませても
回転載置台の奥の外周部が上にはね上がらないので開口
カバー6に当たらないので安全である。 【0014】2)開口の下端を下方に配置できるので、
牛乳や酒のカンの温めのような背の高い被加熱物におい
