のとなり、成形品(伸び3%程度の非常に脆い材料)の
ゲート切断、オーバーフロー部切断、バリ取り等の後加
工が不要な、クラックの無いプレス加工が可能となり、
加工時間も短く、製品精度も安定した製造コストが低減
された量産性に適したものとなった。好ましくは、振動
打ち抜きを行うことにより、グラインダ仕上げ等の仕上
げ加工を行う必要が無くなったため加工時間が短く、さ
らに非常にクリーンな雰囲気とするものとなった。
