Description of the Related Art In order to prevent glare caused by headlights of oncoming vehicles at night, anti-glare plates are provided at appropriate intervals along a median strip such as a highway. This anti-glare plate is generally provided with an insertion hole b in the longitudinal direction of a substantially square anti-glare plate main body a as shown in FIG. 4, and a support leg c is inserted into the insertion hole b. The lower portion of c is attached directly to a guard rail, a support, or the like of the median strip, or via a mounting bracket. The cross-sectional shape of the support leg c may be a mere flat plate shape, but the bending strength is weak unless the thickness is considerably increased.
Are formed in a U-shape in which both sides are bent to form leg pieces e. [0003] In recent years, in order to reduce the construction cost and reduce the unit price of the anti-glare plate, the width of the anti-glare plate main body is increased, so that the pitch of the anti-glare plate is increased. It is requested that the number of antiglare plates be reduced as much as possible. However, if the width of the anti-glare plate body is increased, naturally the weight of the anti-glare plate body itself increases, and the wind load also increases, so of course, in order to cope with this, it is necessary to reduce the weight of the anti-glare plate body, It is necessary to increase the strength of the support legs that support the anti-glare plate body. [0004] However, the conventional supporting legs are generally U-shaped as described above, and in order to increase the strength of the supporting legs, the thickness, width, and height of the leg pieces are simply increased. It is sufficient to increase the dimensions, but if the wall thickness and width are increased, the weight of the support legs themselves becomes heavy and the workability deteriorates, and there are problems such as high material costs. If the height of the anti-glare plate is increased, the cross-section of the anti-glare plate main body becomes larger than that of the conventional anti-glare plate body. There is a demand for a support leg that has increased strength without increasing the wall thickness and width and the height of the leg pieces to increase the weight instead of the letter-shaped support leg. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide an anti-glare plate having supporting legs with increased strength without increasing the weight. [0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following arrangement. That is, the anti-glare plate according to the present invention is provided with an insertion hole having a substantially quadrangular inner shape in the longitudinal direction of the anti-glare plate main body, and a support leg is inserted into the insertion hole. Both sides of the flat mounting piece that is in contact with one of the inner walls are bent inward to form a bent piece, and the end of the bent piece is folded back to the side and inserted. A contact piece that is in contact with the other inner wall of the hole is formed, and an end of the contact piece is bent outward to form a leg piece. is there. Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a main part of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a support leg used in FIG. In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an antiglare plate main body, which is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, thermosetting synthetic resin,
It is made of an appropriate material such as a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and its front shape is usually a square plate, and two insertion holes 11 having a substantially square inner shape are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction. Road signs, caution signs, guide signs, and the like may be provided on the surface of the anti-glare plate body 1, and the ridges 12 are provided so as not to be easily damaged by gusts or the like in the peripheral portion or the longitudinal direction, so that they are not damaged. It may be made as follows. Reference numeral 2 denotes a support leg, the upper part of which is inserted into the insertion hole 11 of the anti-glare plate body 1 respectively. The support leg 2 is generally formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate, and has a cross-sectional shape which is such that the above-described inner shape is inserted into the substantially square insertion hole 11 and Both sides of a flat mounting piece 21 that is in contact with one inner wall 13 are bent inwardly in an inclined manner to form a bent piece 22, and the end of the bent piece 22 is placed on the side. A flat contact piece 23 is formed to be bent toward the other and to be in contact with the other opposite inner wall 14 of the insertion hole 11, and the end of the contact piece 23 is vertically bent outward. Thus, the leg piece 24 is formed. The support leg 2 and the anti-glare plate main body 1 are attached by inserting bolts 3 into mounting holes formed in the mounting piece 21 of the support leg 2 and the anti-glare plate main body 1 and tightening the bolts. Thus, the support leg 2 is firmly integrated with the anti-glare plate main body 1, but is formed integrally by molding the anti-glare plate main body 1 with the support leg 2 inserted. It may be. The support leg 2 is located below the support leg 2.
Bolt holes 25 for attaching
Is drilled in the mounting piece portion 21 and a bolt is inserted through the bolt hole 25 to be mounted via a mounting bracket (not shown). In particular, this mounting method is not limited. Absent. Further, in this embodiment, two insertion holes 11 are provided in the antiglare plate body 1, and the support legs 2 are inserted into the respective insertion holes 11, that is, the two support legs 2 are inserted. However, one insertion hole 11 may be provided along the center of the antiglare plate main body 1, and only one support leg 2 may be inserted into the insertion hole 11. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the support leg 2 is such that both sides of a flat mounting piece 21 are bent inwardly in an inclined manner to form a bent piece 22. 22 may be formed by bending inward vertically from both sides of the mounting piece 21. One of the reasons for forming the bent piece portion 22 is that the flat mounting piece portion 2 that is inserted into the insertion hole 11 of the anti-glare plate body 1 and abuts on one inner wall 13 of the insertion hole 11.
1 to form a contact piece 23 which is in contact with the other inner wall 14 of the insertion hole 11. The contact piece 23 is particularly used for the width dimension and the height dimension of the leg piece. The inner wall 1 of the insertion hole 11 is different from the conventional U-shaped support leg having the same shape.
The contact area between the mounting piece 21 and the contact piece 23 is in contact with the inner walls 13 and 14 of the insertion hole 11 facing each other. The leg 2 can be firmly and stably attached. The contact piece 23 is preferably flat to increase the contact area as much as possible, but if the contact piece 23 contacts the inner wall 14 of the insertion hole 11,
In particular, the shape is not limited, and may be rounded. Another reason for forming the bent piece 22 is that the bent piece 22 and the leg piece 2 are provided on both sides of the mounting piece 21.
By forming the bent piece portion 22 and the leg piece portion 24 in this manner, the conventional U-shaped support leg can reduce bending stress due to wind pressure or the like to one flat leg. In the present embodiment, the support is provided by both the bent portion 22 and the leg portion 24, whereas the support is provided by only one portion. Therefore, the bending strength is increased without increasing the wall thickness and the circumference and increasing the weight. be able to. According to the present invention, the support leg inserted into the insertion hole of the anti-glare plate main body and the mounting piece and the contact piece respectively contacting the inner walls opposed to the insertion hole. Since the contact area with the insertion hole is increased, the support leg can be firmly and stably attached to the anti-glare plate body,
In addition, since bending stress due to wind pressure or the like is supported by both the bent piece and the leg piece, the bending strength can be increased without increasing the wall thickness or the like and increasing the weight.
