Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a walking stick used for, for example, supporting a physically handicapped person or an elderly person when walking. In particular, the present invention relates to a device provided with a rollover prevention device when leaning against a wall or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art For example, a walking stick may be used to support a physically handicapped person or an elderly person when walking. For example, FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a grip portion 100 for grasping by hand, and a cane body 101 positioned below the grip portion 100 and supporting a body
And a cap-shaped non-slip portion 102 attached to an end of the cane body 101 opposite to the grip portion 100.
It is composed of [0003] On the other hand, as in the case of sitting on a seat,
When the user removes his / her hand without using the walking stick, the walking stick is usually leaned against a nearby standing wall or the like. [0004] However, in the configuration of the walking stick described above, when it is leaned against a wall or the like, one point of the non-slip portion 102 of the main body 101 comes into contact with the floor and the grip. Since the center of gravity of the walking cane is located at the upper side in relation to the part 100, there is a possibility that the walking cane slips and rolls on the floor surface due to slight vibration, contact or the like. The possibility of such a walking stick rolling over becomes remarkable in places where the wall surface and floor surface are slippery such as marble. In this case, it is not easy for a physically handicapped person or an elderly person to pick up the walking cane that has leaned over the waist or the like, and it is painful if this operation is repeated many times. On the other hand, a stick-shaped rollover prevention device, which protrudes obliquely with respect to the cane body, is attached to the walking cane, and is grounded to the floor at two points, the canebody and the rollover prevention device.
It is conceivable to increase the stability of the walking stick against the wall, but if the anti-rollover device always protrudes obliquely with respect to the cane body, the anti-rollover device will interfere This makes it difficult to walk. Accordingly, the present invention improves the stability of a walking stick by supporting the walking stick at two or more points by a rollover prevention device when the walking stick is leaned against a wall surface, and improves the stability of the walking stick during normal walking. An object of the present invention is to provide a walking stick capable of changing the rollover prevention device to a form that does not hinder walking. [0007] Means for Solving the Problems] However, walking cane according to the present invention, together with at least composed of a wand body for supporting the grip and the body for gripping by hand, one end
Is a slide member connected to the wand body via an elastic body
At the opposite end of the slide member from the elastic body.
A ground member connected to the slide member by a rotating shaft;
At the center of the grounding member, the grounding member is
Connected and supported by a rotating shaft on the cane body
A supporting member, and a frame on a side of the cane body.
A rotating shaft formed and pivotally supporting a ground member on the slide member.
Is inserted through the inside of this frame, and by changing the force applied to the grounding direction of the wand body away from the wand body with respect to the grounding member, the grounding side end of the grounding member is inclined. opening with a ground-side end device for preventing rollover of closing the wand the main body of the ground member restoring force is generated when opening the force applied to the ground direction wand body, the wand present
When the body is pivotally supported by a lever member on the wand body
In both cases, one end is pivotally supported on a slide member by a rotating shaft.
An actuating device configured to apply a force applied to the slide member of the rollover prevention device in the ground contact direction of the cane body, and an opposite side of the cane body to the rollover prevention device.
The slide member is connected along the wand body.
Rotate the lever member in the direction of sliding to the ground side
By holding the lever member when the, has assumed that a braking device for regulating the movable of the actuating device and rollover prevention apparatus in a state in which force is applied to the ground direction of the wand body (according Item 1). Among these, the rollover prevention device has a slide member, one end of which is connected to the wand body via an elastic body, at a longitudinal side portion of the branch body, and a slide member at an end of the slide member opposite to the elastic body. A grounding member pivotally supported on the slide member by a rotation shaft; and a support member pivotally supported on the rotation member at the center of the grounding member and supported on the wand body by the rotation shaft. At the same time, a frame is formed on a side portion of the cane main body, and the slide member is at least constituted by inserting a rotating shaft for supporting a grounding member inside the frame. Further, the operating device inserts the lever member into a through hole penetrating between the longitudinal sides of the cane main body, supports the lever member to the wand main body by a rotating shaft in this through hole, and connects one end thereof. It is configured by pivotally supporting the slide member by a rotating shaft. The braking device is provided on the side of the longitudinal direction of the cane body opposite to the rollover prevention device, and when the lever member is rotated in a direction to slide the slide member along the cane body. In this case, a catch device is used, for example. According to the walking stick of this configuration, by rotating the lever member, the slide member connected to the lever member slides to the ground side, and the elastic body connected to the slide member expands. While the grounding member connected to the member also slides toward the grounding surface as a whole,
The support member is pushed by the grounding member, and the support member rotates in a direction away from the wand body with the rotation shaft for pivotally supporting the wand body as a fulcrum, but the rotation shaft pivotally supports the ground member on the slide member. Only slides along the inner edge of the frame, so that only the grounding side of the grounding member is lifted at a desired angle, and the grounding side of the grounding member is opened in a state of projecting obliquely. Since the lever member is held by the catch device when it is rotated to an appropriate position, even if the hand is released from the lever member, the slide member connected to the lever member resists the contraction force of the elongated elastic body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the grounding member from being restored from the open state to the closed state along the wand body. On the other hand, when the lever member is detached from the catch device, a force for contracting the elastic body connected to the slide member to the original state acts, and the slide member slides in the anti-ground direction. At the same time, the ground member connected to the slide member also has a rotating shaft that supports the ground member on the slide member slides along the inner edge of the frame body.
Since the support member also slides in the direction approaching the wand body side while approaching the wand body and the support member also rotates in a direction approaching the wand body side, the ground member returns from the state where the ground side is opened to the closed state along the wand body. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 show an embodiment of a walking stick 1 according to the present invention. The walking stick 1 includes, for example, a grip portion 2 and a grip. A straight cane body 3 extending from part 2 and a cane body 3
And a non-slip portion 4 made of, for example, a rubber cap-like member fitted to the end opposite to the grip portion 2. However, the materials of the grip portion 2 and the cane main body 3 are not particularly limited, and any material such as wood, iron, and aluminum can be used. Further, the shape of the grip portion 2 is not limited to that shown in FIG.
Any shape suitable for being held by hand may be used. In this walking stick 1, an annular cord 6 is attached via a metal fitting 5. [0013] Then, the part <br/> position in the longitudinal direction of the side portion of the wand body 3, rollover prevention device 7 is provided. The anti-rollover device 7 includes a slide member 9 having one end connected to the wand body 3 via a coil spring 8, and a slide member 9.

The actuating device 25 has a through-hole 26 formed so as to open at a desired position near the end of the slide member 9 in the radial direction of the cane main body 3, and the handle 28 and the operating rod 29 are formed in the through-hole 26. The operating rod 29 is pivotally supported by a rotary shaft 30 at a position approximately at the center of the through hole 26. Through hole 2
The radial width of 6 (the width in the longitudinal direction of the cane body 3) has such a size that the lever member 27 can be rotated at a predetermined angle about the rotation shaft 30 as a fulcrum. And the operating rod 29
Is formed with an arc-shaped notch 31 at the tip of the rotating shaft 3.
2 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the slide member 9 and the notch 31 is fitted to the rotary shaft 32, so that the rotation of the lever member 27 can be transmitted to the slide member 9 via the rotary shaft 32. Since the slide member 9 is lifted by the coil spring 8, the lever member 27 is normally in a state where the handle 28 side is lower than the distal end side as shown in FIG. As a braking member for the operating member 25, a catch device 33 is provided on the side of the cane body 3 in the longitudinal direction opposite to the rollover prevention device 7. Although the catch device 33 has a known configuration and will not be described in detail, the two holding members 34, 34 are pressed by the operating rod 29 to open and then close the holding members 34, 34 to clamp the operating rod 29. By doing so, the configuration is such that the lever member 27 is held. According to the above configuration, the rotation of the lever member 27 is transmitted to the slide member 9 by rotating the lever member 27 toward the grip portion 2, and the slide member 9 slides to the ground side and slides. The coil spring 8 connected to the member 9 expands, and the ground member 11 connected to the slide member 9 also slides to the ground surface side as a whole. Then, the supporting member 14 is pushed by the grounding member 11, and the supporting member 14 is
The rotating shaft 10 that supports the ground member 11 on the slide member 9 is
Since only the sliding along the inner edge is performed, only the grounding side of the grounding member 11 is lifted at a desired angle, and the grounding side of the grounding member 11 is opened. Further, when the lever member 27 is rotated to a position where it comes into contact with the upper edge of the through hole 26, the catch device 3 is rotated.
3, the sliding member 9 connected to the lever member 27 resists the contracting force of the extended coil spring 8 even if the hand is released from the lever member 27.
It is possible to avoid restoring from the state where the grounding side is opened to the state where it is closed along the wand body 3. Therefore, if the grounding side of the grounding member 11 is opened when leaning against the wall surface, as shown in FIG. 5, the walking stick 1 is moved by the non-slip portion 4 and the grounding member 11 at two points. It can be supported against the ground plane. Then, the lever member 27 is moved to the catch device 3.
3, the slide member 9 slides toward the grip portion 2 due to the restoring force of the coil spring 8 connected to the slide member 9, and the ground member 11 connected to the slide member 9 also rotates. Since the shaft 10 slides along the inner edge of the rod portion 15 a of the frame 15, the shaft 10 slides toward the grip portion 2 while approaching the wand body 3, and the support member 14 also rotates in a direction approaching the wand body 3. The grounding member 11 returns from the state where the grounding side is open to the state where it is closed along the wand body 3, and the support member 14 is accommodated in the grounding member 11. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the grounding member 11 from hindering walking and making it difficult to walk. As described above, according to the walking cane according to the present invention, when leaning against a wall or the like, the grounding side of the grounding member of the rollover prevention device should be open to the cane body. The walking cane can be supported not only by the tip of the cane body but also by the grounding member, so the fulcrum becomes two and the stability of the walking cane is increased. Rolling of the cane can be suppressed. Further, according to the walking stick of the present invention, if the grounding side of the grounding member of the rollover prevention device is closed with respect to the walking stick body during walking, the grounding member may hinder walking. Can be prevented.
