【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、船舶における電線の配
線方法に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】図3、4は、従来の船舶における電線の
配線方法を示し、図中、1は船舶の船首部から居住区画
4に延びる配管、2は配管1内に挿通された電線、3は
配管1の途中位置に設けられ該配管1と連通するケーブ
ルプルボックス、4は上甲板6に設けられた居住区画、
5は配管1内に挿通された電線2を引き入れるために居
住区画4内に設けられた電線導入室である。
【0003】船舶の上甲板6に設置する居住区画4にお
いては、該居住区画4内に設けられた動力、照明、通
信、無線等の多数の電力消費機器4aに電線2を夫々配
線する必要があるため、配線工事の際には、内部に電線
導入室5を有する居住区画4を上甲板6上に設置し、船
首部から延びる配管1を前記居住区画4に接続して電線
導入室5内に前記配管1内を挿通させた電線2を引き込
み、該電線2を居住区画4内の電力消費機器4aに配線
するようにしていた。
【0004】しかし、居住区画4の設置工事や電線2の
配線工事を進めて行くうちに、夫々の工事の進捗状況が
異なり、前記電線2の配線工事の進捗が居住区画4の設
置工事の進捗に比べて早くなる場合があり、この場合に
は、前記配管1内を挿通させた電線2を居住区画4内に
引き込み、電力消費機器4aに配線することができなか
った。
【0005】そこで、このような場合に対処するため、
前記配管1の電線導入室5近傍位置にケーブルプルボッ
クス3を設けておいて、配管1内を挿通させた電線2の
先端側を前記ケーブルプルボックス3から一旦引き出し
ておき(図3、4中のaで示す)、前記居住区画4を設
置した後、居住区画4に配管1を接続し、前記ケーブル
プルボックス3から引き出されている状態aの電線2を
前記ケーブルプルボックス3を通して該ケーブルプルボ
ックス3と居住区画4との間に設けてある配管1内に戻
し、前記居住区画4内の電線導入室5に前記電線2を引
き込んで居住区画4内の電力消費機器4aに配線するよ
うにしている(図3、4中のbで示す)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、配管1
内を挿通させた電線2の先端側をケーブルプルボックス
3から一旦引き出しておいた後、前記ケーブルプルボッ
クス3を通して配管1内に戻して居住区画4に引き込む
ようにすると、該居住区画4が完成する間に、電線2の
配管1外に引き出されている部分が損傷する虞れがある
と共に配線工事に手間がかかり、又配線工事を居住区画
4の配設工事の進捗状況に合わせる必要があるため、配
線工事が長期化するという問題を有していた。
【0007】本発明は、上述の実情に鑑み、電線の損傷
を防ぎ、居住区画の設置工事の進捗状況に関係なく配線
工事を容易且つ迅速に行なうことを目的として成したも
のである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の船舶における電
線の配線方法は、船舶の上甲板に設置する居住区画内に
電線を引き込む船舶における電線の配線方法であって、
前記居住区画を設置する前に、前記居住区画を設置する
予定の場所に設ける電線導入室と、電線導入室の外部近
傍に位置する接続箱と、船首部より延びて電線導入室の
内部と連通する配管と、前記配管内より電線導入室内に
引き込んで接続箱に接続される電線とを備え、前記居住
区画を設置して電線導入室及び接続箱を居住区画内に位
置させた際には、居住区画内の電力消費機器と接続箱と
を配線により接続し、居住区画の設置工事の進捗状況に
係わらず配線工事を行い得ると共に、居住区画の設置工
事により配線の損傷を防ぐものである。

【作用】本発明の船舶における電線の配線方法において
は、上甲板に居住区画を配設する前に電線導入室、接続
箱、配管、配線を備え、居住区画を設置した際には、電
力消費機器と接続箱とを接続するので、前記居住区画の
設置工事の進捗状況に関係なく前記電線導入室までの配
線工事を行ない、結果的に該配線工事を容易且つ迅速に
行なうことができ、又、居住区画の設置工事に関係な
く、前記電線を電線導入室内に引き込み得るので、電線
の損傷を防ぐことができる。

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例を図面を参照しつつ説明
する。
【0011】図1及び図2は本発明の一実施例を示して
おり、図中、図3、4に示すものと同一のものには同一
の符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。
【0012】本実施例における電線導入室7は、単独に
設けることができ、船尾側外壁には電線2,9を接続す
るための接続箱8を備えている。
【0013】本実施例の配線方法においては、居住区画
4を設置する前に、前記電線導入室7を居住区画4の設
置場所に単独に設け、船首から延びる配管1を電線導入
室7の内部と連通するよう接続し、配管1内に電線2を
挿通して前記電線導入室7内に引き込んだ上、接続箱8
に接続する。そして、前記接続箱8までの配線工事を完
了させた後、前記電線導入室7が居住区画4内に位置す
るよう該居住区画4を設置し、接続箱8に電線9を接続
して該電線9を前記接続箱8から居住区画4内の電力消
費機器4aに接続すれば、配線工事が完了する。
【0014】従って、居住区画4の設置前に、上甲板6
に電線導入室7を単独に設け、該電線導入室7内に配管
1内を挿通させた電線2を引き込んだ上、該電線2を接
続箱8に接続することができるので、前記居住区画4の
設置工事の進捗状況に関係なく、船首部の電源(図示せ
ず)側から前記電線導入室7までの配線工事を行なうこ
とができ、従って、該配線工事を容易且つ迅速に行なう
ことができる。又、前記居住区画4の設置工事の進捗状
況に関係なく、前記電線2を電線導入室内に引き込むこ
とができるので、電線2の損傷を防ぐことができる。更
に、前記接続箱8から居住区画4内の電力消費機器4a
までの配線工事は、前記居住区画4の設置後に行なえば
良いため、電線9を損傷させることなく、該配線工事を
容易且つ迅速に行なうことができる。
【0015】なお、本発明の前記実施例においては、接
続箱8を電線導入室7の船尾側外壁に備えるようにした
が、居住区画4内に位置する外壁であれば設置可能なこ
と等、その他、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々
変更を加え得ることは勿論である。

【発明の効果】本発明の船舶における電線の配線方法に
おいては、上甲板に居住区画を配設する前に電線導入
室、接続箱、配管、配線を備え、居住区画を設置した際
には、電力消費機器と接続箱とを接続するので、前記居
住区画の設置工事の進捗状況に関係なく前記電線導入室
までの配線工事を行ない、結果的に該配線工事を容易且
つ迅速に行なうことができ、又、居住区画の設置工事に
関係なく、前記電線を電線導入室内に引き込み得るの
で、電線の損傷を防ぐことができるという種々の優れた
