Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、電圧線を開閉する主
極と中性線を開閉する中性極とを備え、主として3相4
線式回路に使用される多極形回路遮断器に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】上記多極形回路遮断器として、本出願人
が先に実用新案登録出願したものがある(実公昭64−
3162号公報参照)。図4にこの出願に係る多極形回
路遮断器の中性極における縦断面図を示す。図4におい
て、図示しない主極に対して早入り遅切りされる中性極
の可動接触子1は、主極と共通の開閉軸2に固着された
リンクホルダ3に連結されたリンク部材4及び5により
開閉駆動されるようになっている。 【0003】図5は上記開閉軸部分を拡大して示すもの
で、(A)は正面図、(B)はそのリンクホルダの側面
図である。図5において、絶縁物からなる角形断面の開
閉軸2には、3相の主極の図示しない可動接触子を保持
するホルダ6及びリンクホルダ3が固着されている。ホ
ルダ6及びリンクホルダ3はいずれも鋼板により二股状
に形成され、やはり鋼板からなるかしめ金具7を介して
開閉軸2に固着されている。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上に示した従来構成に
おいて、ホルダ6及びリンクホルダ3は開閉軸2と別途
に製作され、かしめ金具7を介して開閉軸2に固着され
ているが、このような構成は部品点数が多く、またかし
め加工が面倒であるため、組立に時間がかかるという問
題があった。また、従来は中性極品用の開閉軸は主極の
みの標準品用と別部品となり、開閉軸を2種類必要とす
る問題があった。そこで、この発明は、部品点数を減ら
して組立時間の短縮を図るとともに、標準品用の開閉軸
を中性極品用にも使用できるようにした多極回路遮断器
を提供することを目的とするものである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は、電圧線を開
閉する主極と中性線を開閉する中性極とを備え、前記主
極の可動接触子はホルダに保持されて開閉軸により開閉
駆動されるとともに、前記中性極の可動接触子は前記開
閉軸に固着されたリンクホルダに連結されたリンク部材
を介して前記主極に対して早入り遅切り駆動される多極
形回路遮断器において、前記主極の可動接触子を保持す
るホルダと開閉軸とをモールド樹脂により一体的に形成
するとともに、前記開閉軸と同軸の取付軸を有する中性
極のリンクホルダをモールド樹脂により形成し、このリ
ンクホルダを前記取付軸を介して前記開閉軸に着脱可能
に連結するようにするものとする。 【0006】 【作用】従来は別部品であった主極の可動接触子ホルダ
と開閉軸とをモールド樹脂により一体的に形成すること
によりこれらが1部品になるとともに、この開閉軸を
準品用とし、これにモールド樹脂により別途に形成した
リンクホルダを取付軸を介して着脱可能に連結すること
により、標準品用の開閉軸のみ用意し、これにリンクホ
ルダを連結すれば中性極品用の開閉軸を構成することが
できる。 【0007】 【実施例】図1はこの発明の実施例を示す開閉軸部分の
斜視図、図2は図1の開閉軸部分の分解正面図、図3は
図1の開閉軸部分を組み込んだ多極回路遮断器の中性極
部分の縦断面図である。なお、従来例と対応する部分に
は同一の符号を用いるものとする。図1及び図2におい
て、3相の主極の可動接触子を保持するホルダ6と開閉
軸2とはモールド樹脂により一体的に形成され、標準品
用の開閉軸部分が構成されている。そして、この標準品
用の開閉軸部分と別個に、開閉軸2と同軸の取付軸8を
有するリンクホルダ3がモールド樹脂により形成されて
いる。しかして、中性極品の開閉軸部分は標準品用のも
のにリンクホルダ3を着脱可能に連結して構成するよう
になっている。 【0008】ここで、図2において、開閉軸2の端面に
は、中心にねじ穴2aが設けられ、またその両側に一対
の円形凹部2bが設けられる一方、取付軸8の中心には
段付の貫通穴8aが設けられ、また端面に円形凹部2b
に対応して一対の円形突起8bが設けられている。そこ
で、開閉軸2にリンクホルダ3を連結するには、円形凹
部2bに円形突起8bを嵌合させ、貫通穴8aを通して
ねじ9をねじ穴2aにねじ込む。ねじ9の頭部は段付の
ねじ穴2aの大径部に収まる。リンクホルダ3が連結さ
れた開閉軸部分は図3に示すように回路遮断器本体に組
み込まれ、従来構成と同様に機能する。このような構成
によれば、従来は4種類、8点を要した開閉軸部分の部
品が3種類、3点で済むとともに、リンクホルダ3とね
じ9を用意しておけば、必要に応じて中性極品用の開閉
軸部分を製作できる。 【0009】 【発明の効果】この発明によれば、中性極を駆動するリ
ンクホルダを有する開閉軸部分が1部品に一体化される
ので組立時間が著しく短縮されるとともに、標準品用の
開閉軸を中性極品用にも使用できるので、部品在庫費用
