Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an insulator used to stretch a cable (generally as a high-voltage line) between utility poles by separating the insulator from the utility pole. The present invention relates to an arm post mounting band in which a cable is disposed (separated from a power pole). 2. Description of the Related Art Each of a pair of a first band piece and a second band piece is overlapped with each other in a radial direction of a utility pole at a tail end side, and a connecting bolt and a second bolt piece are connected to each other. The second band piece is connected to each other by a threaded connection nut, and an arm is assembled between the base ends of the second band piece. There is a structure in which the nuts are tightened to each other with a tightened nut (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-32918). [0003] When a cable (electric wire) is stretched between utility poles by using an insulator supported on an arm attached to a utility pole using a pole band, a typhoon or the like is attached to the cable. There are times when wind pressure acts under strong winds. And
If the long span portion and the short span portion between the utility poles are adjacent to each other, the wind pressure applied to the cable portion between the span portions is affected by the wind pressure, and the cable portion on the long span portion side is strongly affected by the wind pressure, and Rotational force around the utility pole acts on the pole band supporting the cable portion. At this time, the conventional example employs a configuration in which the inner peripheral surface of each of the four band pieces is in contact with the peripheral surface of the telephone pole, so that a large contact resistance acts to withstand the rotational force and appears. As a result, the load generated by the rotational force may concentrate on the cable or the base of the arm, and the portion may be damaged. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and has been made with the object of providing a mounting band for a cable tensioner which can follow the wind pressure. Means for Solving the Problems Each of the first and second band pieces is composed of a pair of a first band piece and a second band piece, and is connected by superposing the first and second band pieces on the tail end side in the radial direction of a utility pole. A bolt and a connection nut screwed to the bolt are connected to each other, and an arm is assembled between the base ends of the second band pieces. Is a structure which is fastened to each other by a tightening bolt and a tightening nut screwed to the tightening bolt, and an inner peripheral surface along a peripheral surface of the electric pole on the side of the tightening receiving piece of the first band piece, in a height direction of the electric pole Along with forming a protruding edge in contact with the peripheral surface, an insulator is supported by the arm, and a cable is stretched between utility poles using the insulator. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an arm post band band according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway plan view, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional front view, and FIG. 4 is a schematic explanatory view. The banding band A according to the present invention comprises a combination of a pair of first band pieces 1, 1 and second band pieces 2, 2 provided with clamping pieces 6 on the base end side. The tail end sides of the piece 1 and the second band piece 2 are overlapped in the radial direction of the utility pole D, the connection bolt 3 is passed through from the first band piece 1 side present inside, and the connection bolt protruding from the second band piece 2 A pair of two band pieces 1 and 2 are connected to each other by screwing a connection nut 3 ′ to the end of 3 to make two sets face each other,
A tightening bolt 5 is passed through opposing tightening receiving pieces 4, 4 of the first band pieces 1, 1, and a tightening nut 5 ′ is screwed onto a tip of the tightening bolt 5 protruding from one of the receiving pieces 4. The base of the arm 7 is arranged between opposing holding pieces 6, 6 provided on the base end side of the two band pieces 2, 2, and an assembling bolt 8 is made to penetrate them, and protrudes from one holding piece 6. The arm nut 7 is mounted so that an assembly nut 8 ′ is screwed into a tip of the assembly bolt 8 and fastened. The arm 7 is provided with an insulator (not shown) separated from the electric pole D (accordingly, the electric pole D).
A through-hole 10 is provided on the base side so as to coincide with the through-hole 9 provided in the holding piece 6, and the assembling is performed through the through-hole 9 in the through-hole 10. The bolt 8 is penetrated, and the holding pieces 6 and 6, that is, the mounting band A, are assembled and mounted on each other by the mounting nut 8 ′ which is screwed and fastened to the bolt 8. The holding piece 6 is constituted by the center piece of a U-shaped holding frame 6A composed of a center piece and upper and lower pieces 6a and 6b provided vertically above and below the center piece. An example is
An annular base portion 2a formed by the second band piece 2 is interposed between the upper and lower pieces 6a, 6b of the holding frame 6A provided with the holding piece 6, and the upper and lower portions are formed through the base end 2a. A connection bolt 11 is inserted through the pieces 6a and 6b, and a connection nut 11 'is screwed into a tip of the connection bolt 11 protruding from the lower piece 6b to provide a holding piece 6 on a base end side of the second band piece 2. However, a configuration in which the annular base end portion 2a is omitted and a holding piece is integrally provided at the base end of the second band piece can be used. The connection between the first band piece 1 and the second band piece 2 using the connection bolts 3 and the connection nuts 3 'screwed to the connection bolts 3 is performed by adjusting holes 12, arranged in each of the band pieces 1, 2,. The connection bolts 3 are combined with appropriate ones that match each other. The first band piece 1 is provided with a protruding edge 18 provided on the inner peripheral surface along the peripheral surface of the telephone pole D on the side of the tightening piece 4 provided with the through hole 13 penetrating the tightening bolt 5. The first band pieces 1, 1 (tightening receiving pieces 4, 4), that is, the arm D, are fastened by the tightening bolt 5 and the tightening nut 5 'screwed to the bolt 5.
When the pole band A assembled with the above means is fastened to the electric pole D, the protruding edge 18 comes into contact with the peripheral surface of the electric pole D (pressure contact).
Then, the contact area of the first band piece 1, that is, the mounting band A, with the power pole D is reduced by the contact of the protruding edge 18 partially protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the first band piece with the power pole D,
(Peripheral surface of utility pole D of pole band A due to reduction of contact area)
The contact resistance with respect to As shown in FIG. 4, the cable c is connected between the electric poles D and D by using an insulator supported on an insulator arm 7 attached to the electric pole D using a pole band A. When the cable c is stretched, wind pressure sometimes acts on the cable c. Assuming that the long span portion a and the short span portion b between the utility poles D, D are adjacent to each other (in most cases, such a relationship), the span portions a, b
Since the strength of the wind pressure applied to the cable c portion is generated between the cables and the long span portion a-side cable c portion is strongly affected by the wind pressure, the power pole D constituting the span portion a follows the action of the wind pressure. The assembled mounting band A moves (rotates) along the circumference of the telephone pole D, the arm 7 changes its direction as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 4, and the span a and the span b respond to the wind pressure. Thus, the cable c is kept in a stretched state in which the equilibrium is maintained. Since the present invention has the above-described configuration,
It is possible to provide a pole band in which the contact area with the telephone pole peripheral surface is made as small as possible. As a result, when wind pressure acts on the cable, the cable can move (rotate) along the telephone pole peripheral side so as to follow the wind pressure. Therefore, the spans between the power poles of the cable are balanced with respect to the wind pressure, and the cable can be stretched as a whole, which is hardly affected by the wind pressure.
In addition, by forming the protruding edge with a ridge extending along the height direction of the utility pole, it is difficult to penetrate the utility pole, and the contact resistance with the utility pole due to a narrow contact width in the circumferential direction of the utility pole is further reduced. , And the movement in the direction along the periphery of the utility pole when the wind pressure acts can be performed smoothly.
