Field of the Invention The present invention uses a water extract or an organic solvent extract of rice to prevent hair loss, promote hair growth, promote hair growth, and prevent dandruff. And a hair restorer having a hair restorer effect. 2. Description of the Related Art Hair growth needs have been apparent for the past ten years, and the hair growth agent market has been increasing year by year. At present, the market scale is expected to be 500, and the number of products is said to be 150. However, most of them have blood circulation promotion such as vitamin E and derivatives, nicotinic acid, benzyl ester,
It only mixes chemicals such as those with local irritation, such as cantarstin kianfur and nonylate vanillylamide. That is, at present, hair growth agents make a difference in products by changing the mixing ratio of these. [0003] In an aging society,
It is believed that the demand for hair growth agents will further increase in the future. However, there is great expectation for a higher hair-growth effect, and most consumers feel that the hair-growth effect of current products is not enough. [0004] On the other hand, current hair restorers are mixed with chemical substances isolated from the natural world, so that there are concerns about side effects due to long-term use. Recently, there are some that contain traditionally used assembly extracts or Chinese herbal medicines, but they have little effect by themselves, they are only mixed with conventional chemical-based products. so,
No solution has been made. That is, there is a long-awaited need for a hair restorer that uses a safe, preferably safe, natural product and has a higher hair restorer effect. [0005] The present inventor has been studying various plant components, mainly rice, which is a staple food, from the viewpoint of combining animals and plants. In the process, when a rice extract was applied to the head, it was found that a hair restorer having a hair restorer effect such as prevention of hair loss, promotion of hair growth, promotion of hair growth, and prevention of dandruff was obtained. Was completed. [0006] That is, the present invention relates to a hair restorer characterized in that it contains a water extract or an organic solvent extract of rice as it is or contains it, and extracts rice with water (including acid and alkali extraction). Alternatively, by extracting with an organic solvent such as alcohol, a very excellent hair restorer exhibiting the above effects can be obtained simply and inexpensively and completely safely. [0007] In the case of performing extraction, first, rice is pulverized or pulverized, so that the surface area is increased, so that the efficiency is much higher. This method may be performed by a general method using a crusher or a rice mill. It is not necessary to grind, but in this case, it takes a long time to decompose and extract the rice tissue. [0008] In the water extraction, rice is added to ground or powdered rice. The rice may be brown rice or white rice. However, there is almost no effect on the so-called red bran (generally used as a bran bag) contained in the 90 to 100% site. The amount of water is efficiently extracted in a 2 to 5 times amount, but may be appropriately selected depending on the yield, workability, purpose of final use, and the like. Thereafter, the mixture is heated, and the extraction is completed when the mixture becomes a boiling state. After completion of the extraction, squeezing and filtration are performed according to the purpose of use to obtain a clear extract. The extraction may be performed by adding hot water from the beginning. As for the extraction temperature at the time of water extraction, the active ingredient in the extract has not been elucidated, but since it is stable to heat, a high temperature is efficient, but a low temperature is the same if it is kept for a long time. However, 4
When the temperature is lower than 0 ° C., it is necessary to make the pH acidic or alkaline or to add a preservative. The extraction time may be several minutes in the case of boiling extraction, but in the case of a medium temperature lower than that, it takes several hours to one day and night. In the case of low temperature, it takes several days to one month, depending on the grinding state of rice. However, also in this case, it is more effective to heat at the end as much as possible. In the case of water extraction, the most problematic is the gelatinization phenomenon. If it becomes glue-like, not only does the extraction efficiency deteriorate, but it becomes extremely difficult in actual work. In order to prevent this, the reaction may be carried out by adding amylase or acidification with hydrochloric acid or the like to cut the starch. By using this method, the problem can be solved sufficiently and there is no practical problem at all. It is effective to perform acid extraction or alkali extraction, probably because the active ingredient in the extract is stable to acids and alkalis. In the case of water extraction, it is much more effective to perform pretreatment with an acid or alkali, or to perform pretreatment by reacting with an enzyme (eg, amylase or the like) that acts on rice tissue to perform extraction. This seems to be because the pretreatment makes it easier to extract the active ingredient. Even if the aqueous extract obtained by the above method was further subjected to alcohol fermentation, the effect was not changed at all. That is, if rice is extracted by the above method, the effect can be obtained no matter what kind of processing is performed thereafter. Further, it has been found that an extract having this effect can be extracted by organic solvent extraction. This is extremely effective not only in elucidating the active ingredient, but also in extracting the active ingredient into conch and blending the active ingredient with one that is insoluble in water. In this case, it is preferable to pulverize or powder as much as possible. The organic solvent may be a common organic solvent such as alcohol and acetone, but those having skin irritation should be completely free from skin irritation since the solvent must be completely removed after extraction. [0013] Rice is eaten every day as a staple food, and it is too close to the concept of using it as a remedy for such hair growth and the like, and it was unexpected. Other than eating, it has been used in rice bran bags, sake, shochu, vinegar, etc., but no idea or method of extracting rice has been adopted. This is considered to be due to the fact that rice is paste-like as a characteristic of rice when it is to be extracted by heating, which was very difficult with the conventional concept. Therefore, in the present invention, organic solvent extraction, acid, alkali extraction and the like are used, and in the case of water extraction, an amylase or the like is allowed to act to facilitate the extraction, so that the object can be achieved. is there. [0014] A very excellent hair restorer can be obtained only after the extraction operation is sufficiently performed in this manner. The specific effects thereof will be described based on test results. First, in order to examine the hair loss preventing effect, the present invention product was applied daily after hair washing using 10 panelists with a lot of hair loss, the hair loss remaining on the filter cloth at the time of daily hair washing was collected, and the hair loss was measured for one day. The results are shown in Table 1. The measurement period is
One week before the application and 4 weeks after the application, the daily average was calculated every week, and the data was described. [Table 1] Note 1 The product of the present invention was manufactured according to Example 1. Note 2 The number of hair loss is the total number of the final hair and the total hair. Note 3 The number of hair loss is the average value of 10 panelists. As can be seen from Table 1, although there is some variation depending on the panel, it was found that a clear hair loss preventing effect was obtained from about two weeks after application of the product of the present invention. In the fourth week, a clear effect was obtained for all ten panelists. This tendency was more pronounced in people with more hair loss. In other words, a person with a lot of hair loss had a clear hair loss prevention effect as early as the first week. In general, it is said that the average number of hair loss per person per day is about 260 in total, including the final hair and the hair growth. In other words, when the product of the present invention was applied, the hair loss settled to almost the average value in the fourth week, and from this,
It can be said that there is a very remarkable hair loss prevention effect. Next, in order to confirm the promotion of hair growth and hair growth, a tricogram by pulling out 110 hairs was used for 5 normal panelists and 10 panelists with many hair loss.
Table 2 shows the average of panelists when the product of the present invention was applied and when it was not applied. [Table 2] Note 1 The product of the present invention was manufactured according to Example 1. Note 2 The trigram of this test was performed three times for each individual. Note 3 Numerical values are telogen rates based on tricograms. As can be seen from Table 2, the rest period when the product of the present invention was applied was lower than that when the product was not applied.
There is not much difference in normal panelists,
In the panelists with a lot of hair loss, the effect was remarkable for all. Although there are differences among individuals, the effect was more pronounced in people with more hair loss. In particular, in the panelists with a lot of hair loss, the rest period rate in the area where no hair was applied was 42%.
Some fell to 0.5%. As described above, it was found that the application of the product of the present invention reduced the resting rate of the tricogram, indicating that the product of the present invention has a hair growth promoting effect and a hair growth promoting effect. It was proven. Further, when ten panelists with a lot of hair loss to which the product of the present invention was applied were asked for their sensory findings, it was determined that all of them had no dandruff. Furthermore, although the hair loss of the forehead did not stop even if any medicine was applied, it was supposed that the hair loss was clearly suppressed by applying the present invention. Not only that, but it was said that hairs like downy hair had grown where they had been bald. As described above, it was proved that the product of the present invention was clearly effective in actual use. The criterion is based on the dermatological diagnosis and treatment system, Vol. Thus, the product of the present invention was proved to be very safe. As is clear from the above analytical data, rice is extracted with water or with an organic solvent,
It has been found that a very excellent hair restorer having an effect of preventing hair loss, promoting hair growth, promoting hair growth and preventing dandruff can be obtained simply and completely safely. Until now, rice has been a staple food, and its production methods and uses in new fields other than food have hardly been developed. In addition, rice has been a staple food and its safety has been proven. That is, the present invention not only has found a safe hair restorer having a very excellent effect, but also has found a new use application which is said to be overproduction of rice. It is very meaningful that the consumption can be increased. Next, the present invention will be described with reference to embodiments. Example 1 15 kg of white rice was pulverized well, 45 liters of warm water at 60 ° C. and 50 g of liquefied enzyme were added thereto, and the mixture was stirred well. afterwards,
Gradually raise the temperature and extract by boiling for 5 minutes.
Cooled to ° C. Then, it was squeezed with a squeezing machine to obtain 41 liters of the product of the present invention and 16 kg of residue. Example 2 1 kg of white rice was pulverized well, 5 liters of 0.1% aqueous hydrochloric acid was added, stirred well, and allowed to stand for 6 hours. Then, it was squeezed with a squeezing machine to separate 4.6 liters of the squeezed liquid and 1.2 kg of residue. This pressed solution was neutralized with 1N NaOH to obtain 4.7 liters of the product of the present invention. Example 3 1 kg of white rice was pulverized well, 3 liters of 95% alcohol was added, and the mixture was stirred well and allowed to stand. Four days later, the mixture was squeezed with a squeezing machine to obtain 2.5 liters of a squeezed liquid and 1.2 kg of a residue. 500 ml of water was added to 1 liter of the squeezed liquid and the alcohol was completely removed by a rotary evaporator to obtain 480 ml of the product of the present invention.
