(1) A pair of recesses formed so as to open to the joints on the floor portions of the left and right buildings built via the joints, and fixed to the pair of recesses, respectively. A pair of fixing metal fittings whose opposite joint side is an inclined guide surface, a joint plate covering the part of the pair of fixing metal fittings excluding the guide surface, and an upper portion of the guide surface fixed to both ends of the joint plate. An auxiliary end joint plate having an arcuate upper surface covering a part closer to the arc is pivotally supported at a part closer to a lower part of both ends of the joint plate covering an upper part of the auxiliary end joint plate so as to be rotatable, and a tip end thereof is connected to the guide. A pair of end joint plates, which are movable end joint plates that slide along the surface, and a pair of end joint plates, or the center joints attached to the pair of fixing brackets or the skeletons of the floor parts of the left and right buildings. Since the supporting rods attached to the central part of the toe are composed of at least two central supporting devices that are pivotally supported so that they can move up and down, if the size of the joint becomes narrow due to an earthquake, Both ends of the joint plate can be projected onto the floor surfaces of the left and right buildings, and both end portions of the joint plate and the floor surface can be covered with a pair of end joint plates whose upper surfaces are inclined surfaces. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the both ends of the upper portion of the joint plate formed into an acute angle as in the conventional case from protruding above the floor surface and becoming dangerous,
It is possible to ensure safety.

(2) According to the above (1), even if the size of the joint portion is widened and a gap is formed between both end portions of the joint plate and the guide surface, the pair of end joint plates at both end portions of the joint plate are formed. The upper surface of is an inclined surface, and safety can be secured.

(3) According to the above (1), since the pair of end joint plates are pivotally supported at the portions near the center of both ends of the joint plate, even if the end joint plates rotate, joints are jointed. The gap formed between the plate and the upper end can be reduced. Therefore, it can be used safely.
