【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、バックアップ材が一体
的に取り付けられた内水切板に係り、特に中空押出成形
板を縦置き配列して形成される壁面の横目地内に使用さ
れる内水切板に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、中空押出成形板を縦置き配列して
形成される壁面の横目地内には、所定形状に折り曲げら
れた内水切板とバックアップ材とを夫々別々の作業によ
って取り付け、更に該バックアップ材の表側にシーリン
グ材を積層することによって壁面の横目地の目地構造を
構成していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】然るに、前述の従来の
公知技術の場合には、内水切板とバックアップ材とが夫
々別々になっているので、これ等を別々に横目地内にセ
ットして取り付け固定しなければならず、作業が煩雑で
あり、かつ施行に熟練を要するなどの問題点があった。
また、中空押出成形板の中空内に浸入して来た雨水が、
内水切板或いはバックアップ材が設けられた壁面の横目
地の裏側部分で溜めてしまうので、この部分に種々のト
ラブルが発生する等の問題があった。
【0004】本発明に係るバックアップ材付内水切板
は、前述の従来の問題点に鑑み開発した全く新しい技術
であって、特に中空押出成形板を配列して形成される横
目地内に簡単な作業で取り付けることが出来、しかも中
空押出成形板の中空内に浸入して来た雨水の滞留を確実
に解消することが出来る全く新しい技術を提供するもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係るバックアッ
プ材付水切板は、前述の従来の問題点を根本的に改善し
た技術であって、その要旨は、中空押出成形板を縦置き
配列したとき上下の中空押出成形板の間に形成される横
目地内に配置される内水切板であって、上下の中空押出
板の下に形成される横目地に対向した下部垂直起立片の
前面にバックアップ材を一体的に取付固定すると共に該
バックアップ材に下部垂直起立片に沿って水抜き穴を形
成したことを特徴としたバックアップ材付内水切板であ
る。

【作用】本発明に係るバックアップ材付水切板は、前述
の如く、中空押出整形板を縦置き配列したときに横方向
に形成される横目地内に配置されす内水切板の下部垂直
起立片の前面にバックアップ材を一体的に取付固定する
と共に該バックアップ材に水抜き穴を形成したので、中
空押出成形板の中空内に浸入してきた雨水を、バックア
ップ材に形成した水抜き穴を介して下方に排水すること
が出来る。従って、横目地の内部に雨水が滞留すること
を防止出来る。

【実施例】図により本発明に係るバックアップ材付内水
切板の一実施例を具体的に説明すると、図1は本発明に
係るバックアップ材付内水切板の要部の斜視図、図2は
図1のバックアップ材付内水切板を横目地の裏側に配置
して取り付けた状態の縦断面説明図、図3は図2の要部
の拡大説明図である。
【0010】図1乃至図3に於いて、1は内水切板であ
って、特に図3に明らかな如く、中空押出成形板2の下
部背面及び下面に当接することが出来、この中空押出成
形板2の下部の水切を可能としている。3はバックアッ
プ材であって、前記内水切板1の下部垂直起立片1aの
前面に一体的に取付固定されている。このバックアップ
材3には、所定の間隔を保って複数個の水抜き穴4が穿
設されている。
【0011】図2及び図3に於いて、5は梁であって、
その上下には定規アングル6が取り付けられている。縦
方向に配列された中空押出成形板2は、壁面を形成する
と共に、両者間に横目地7を形成している。上下に配列
された中空押出成形板2は自重受金具8、イナズマ金具
9、受金具10、ボルト11等を介して前記定規アング
ル6に取付固定されている。また、中空押出成形板2の
上縁には、内水切板1の下端を挿入し得る切欠部2aが
穿設されている。更に12は床板であって、梁5上に載
置されている。底板12と中空押出成形板2との間に
は、ロックウール材13及びモルタル14が夫々充填さ
れている。
【0012】本発明に係るバックアップ材付内水切板の
施工に当たっては、特に第3図に示す如く、内水切板1
を自重受金具8上に載置すると共に、内水切板1の下端
を下方の中空押出成形板2の切欠部2aに挿入し、かつ
予め内水切板1の下部垂直起立片1aの前面に取り付け
られたバックアップ材3を横目地7の裏側に配設する。
次に、上方の中空押出成形板2を自重受金具8及び内水
切板1上に載置し、更に上下の中空押出成形板2と及び
バックアップ材3とによって囲まれた空間部分にシーリ
ング材15を充填して横目地を構成することが出来る。
【0013】本発明に於いては、前述の如く、バックア
ップ材3が内水切板1に一体的に取付固定されているの
で、内水切り板1を横目地7の裏側部分に配置すること
によって、バックアップ材3も同時に横目地7の裏側所
定位置に配設することが出来る。従って、横目地7の構
成作業を極めて容易にすることが出来、かつバックアッ
プ材3を安定し状態で固定することが出来、これによっ
てバックアップ材3がズレることを防止出来る。
【0014】また、本発明に於いては、前述の如く、内
水切板1に予め取り付けられたバックアップ材3の所定
位置に複数個の水抜き穴4を穿設したので、上方の中空
押出成形板1の中空内に浸入して来た雨水を、このバッ
クアップ材3の水抜き穴4を介して下方に流下せしめる
ことが出来る。従って、横目地7に雨水が滞留して種々
のトラブルが発生することを防止出来る。

【発明の効果】本発明に係るバックアップ材付内水切板
は、前述の構造と作用とを有するので、次のような多大
な効果を有している。
【0016】(1)内水切板にバックアップ材が一体的
に取付固定されているので、内水切板の設置と同時にバ
ックアップ材を設置することが出来る。(2)従って施
工作業を容易にすると共に、極めて短時間で施工を実施
することが出来る。
【0017】(3)施工作業時或いは一旦施工を施した
後に、バックアップ材がズレることを防止出来る。
(4)バックアップ材には予め水抜き穴を穿設したの
で、中空押出成形板1の中空内に浸入してきた雨水をこ
の水抜き穴の作用によって、確実に排水することが出来
る。(5)従って、横目地内に雨水が滞留してトラブル
