【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、フィードチェーン
に対向して前記フィードチェーンとともに穀稈を挟持搬
送する挟持レールを、搬送穀稈の量の変化に対応可能に
上下移動自在に設け、扱胴の回転に伴って脱穀処理物を
後方に移送させる送塵弁を、前記扱胴の回転方向となす
角度を変更調節可能に扱室内に設けてある脱穀装置に関
する。

【従来の技術】従来、扱室内壁に角度調節可能に送塵弁
を設け、この送塵弁の手動での角度調節によって扱胴で
扱がれた脱穀処理物の後方への搬送具合、つまりは扱胴
の単位回転当りの後方への移送距離を変更できるように
されたものがある。
【0003】この構成により、扱室に送られてくる単位
時間当りの穀稈量が少ないときには送塵弁の角度を小に
して後方への搬送分力も小にし、扱室での扱き処理物を
適度に扱室内に滞留させて扱胴の負荷トルクが低過ぎる
ことのないようにするとともに、単位時間当りの穀稈量
が多いときには送塵弁の角度を大にして後方への搬送分
力を大きくし、搬送能力を上げて扱室内で処理物が詰ま
ることのないように、かつ、扱胴の負荷トルクが高くな
り過ぎないようにして、供給量に応じた良好な脱穀を可
能にしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、上記従来の
構成によれば、前記送塵弁を手動で操作するよう構成し
てあるために操作に手間がかかっていた。特開平6-2924
46号公報に開示されているように、前記送塵弁の角度操
作部材を、制御手段と、これに制御される電動モータと
で自動操作するよう構成したものも提案されているが、
この構成では、制御手段や電動モータに費用がかかり製
作コストが高くなる。
【0005】本発明の目的は、送塵弁の角度調節の操作
に手間がかからず、しかも安価に製作できる脱穀装置を
提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
〔構成〕本発明の特徴構成は、冒頭に記載した脱穀装置
において、前記挟持レールと、前記送塵弁の角度操作部
材とを機械的に連係して、前記挟持レールが後退変位す
るに伴って前記送塵弁の角度が大になるよう構成してあ
ることにある。
【0007】〔作用〕上記の構成によれば、挟持レール
が後退変位するに伴って前記送塵弁の角度が大になるよ
うに、挟持レールと、前記送塵弁の角度操作部材とを機
械的に連係してあるから、作業者が送塵弁を操作する必
要がなく、また、電動モータ等で操作する場合に比べ
て、安価に製作できる。
【0008】〔効果〕従って、送塵弁の角度調節の操作
に手間がかからず、しかも製作コストを低廉化できる脱
穀装置を提供することができた。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面
に基づいて説明する。図3に示すように、脱穀部Aと選
別部Bと回収部Cとを備えて脱穀装置を構成してある。
【0010】前記脱穀部Aは、扱室1内に扱胴2を軸架
すると共に、扱胴2の下側に沿って受網3を張設したも
ので、複数の輪体9にチェーン10を巻回して構成した
フィードチェーン4と、これに上方から対向する挟持レ
ール7とによって挾持搬送されてきた穀稈を扱胴2によ
って扱き処理し、その処理物を前記選別部B上に漏下供
給するよう構成してある。
【0011】図1,図2に示すように前記挟持レール7
は、複数のレール部材11をピン15で上下に腰折れ自
在に連結し、各レール部材11に連結した縦ロッド16
を、上部側のケース26に固定したレール支持部材17
に上下摺動自在に設けるとともに、各縦ロッド16に、
各レール部材11を下降付勢するスプリング18を付設
して、搬送穀稈の量の変化に対応可能に構成してある。

回転に伴って脱穀処理物を後方へ移送させる送塵弁20
を、前記扱胴2の回転方向となす角度θを変更調節可能
に扱室1の天板8の下面8aに設けてある。前記送塵弁
20は扱室入口側と出口側にそれぞれ位置する固定送塵
弁20Bと、両固定送塵弁20Bの間に配置された多数
の可動送塵弁20Aとからなり、この多数の可動送塵弁
20Aの角度θを可変して、脱穀処理物を後方に移送誘
導するよう構成してある。
【0013】詳述すると、各可動送塵弁20Aの長手方
向中間部に形成した連結用上辺部の一端側を、天板8
と、前記両固定送塵弁20B間にわたる第1連結板21
とに縦支点軸19を介して揺動可能に枢支するととも
に、各可動送塵弁20Aの前記連結用上辺部の他端側
を、前記第1連結板21に沿う第2連結板22(角度操
作部材の一例)に枢支連結して、第2連結板22の長手
方向への移動で、各可動送塵弁20Aが平行状態で一体
作動可能に構成してある。
