Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a fall prevention fitting for preventing a lighting fixture mounted in a tunnel from falling. 2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 1, an illuminating lamp 20 installed in a tunnel T is corroded by the influence of automobile exhaust gas, deicing agent and the like with the passage of time. In some cases, a hole may be formed in the side surface of the main body, or the welded portion of the lighting fixture mounting plate 30 may come off, and some may be on the verge of falling. One of the troublesome cases is that the lighting fixture mounting plate 30 comes off due to corrosion. This is because the spot welding portion between the lighting fixture 20 and the mounting plate 30 is
It is difficult to check the state of installation from the front side, and the number of lighting fixtures 20 per tunnel is enormous, requiring a considerable amount of time for inspection. is there. Conventionally, in order to prevent the tunnel lighting device 20 from dropping, a means has been adopted in which the lighting device 20 is bound to a mounting bracket 40 with a 2 mm colored iron wire (not shown). Therefore, in this conventional technique, it is necessary to remove the color iron wire every time when the bulb replacement of the lighting fixture 20 or the insulation inspection is performed. This work is considerably time-consuming and causes a reduction in work efficiency.
Moreover, the color iron wire once removed has a habit and is bent in a complicated manner, so that it is difficult to use it again, which has led to an increase in the maintenance cost of the lighting fixture 20. A problem to be solved is a conventional tunnel lighting fixture 2 using a color iron wire.
It is necessary to remove the fall prevention means of 0 every time the light bulb of the lighting device 20 is replaced, and the colored iron wire cannot be used again, so that the work efficiency is lowered and the maintenance cost of the lighting device 20 is increased. It is the cause of. A description will be given with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The present invention is a thin plate-shaped tunnel lighting fixture fall prevention 10 for preventing the lighting fixture 20 attached to the inside of the tunnel T from dropping, from the front end of the main body 11 abutting on the upper or lower surface of the lighting fixture 20. A support portion 13 that supports a portion of the front end of the lighting device 20 that does not interfere with the opening / closing position of the lid 22 of the lighting device 20 is vertically suspended, and a mounting plate for the lighting device 20 is provided from the rear end of the main body 11. The mounting portion 12 has a mounting hole 14 corresponding to the mounting hole 31 of the mounting plate 30, and the mounting portion 12 to be fastened to the mounting bracket 40 together with the mounting plate 30 is provided upright at right angles. . DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A fall prevention metal fitting 10 for a tunnel lighting device according to the present embodiment is a thin plate having a thickness of about 2 mm, and is attached to each of two locations on an upper surface and a lower surface of each lighting device 20. is there. Each fall prevention fitting 10 is a lighting fixture 2
From the front end of the main body 11 abutting on the upper surface or the lower surface of the lighting device 20, a support portion 13 that supports a portion at the front end of the lighting device 20 that does not interfere with the opening / closing posture of the cover 22 of the lighting device 20 is vertically suspended ( Or standing), and from the rear end of the main body portion 11, overlaps with the mounting plate 30 of the illumination lamp 20, and the mounting hole 3 of the mounting plate 30
The mounting portion 12 has an assembling hole 14 corresponding to the mounting plate 1, and the mounting portion 12 to be fastened to the mounting bracket 40 together with the mounting plate 30 is provided upright (or hanging down) in the perpendicular direction. The lighting device 20 supported by the lighting device fall prevention fitting 10 according to the present embodiment has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is provided on the front surface of the lighting device body 21 from the lighting device body 21.
A lid 22 having a slightly shorter length and width is connected by a hinge 23, and the lower end thereof is pivotally opened forward with the hinge 23 as a fulcrum. Therefore, a portion where the lid 22 is not formed is formed at the four end portions on the front surface of the lamp body 21, and this portion is to be supported by the support portion 13 of the fall prevention fitting 10. A notch 15 is formed in the support portion 13 and the front half of the main body 11 continuous with the support portion 13 in order to avoid interference with the hinge 23. The width is set narrower than the comparison. The operation will be described. When the lighting fixture fall prevention fitting 10 of the present invention is mounted on the upper surface of the lighting fixture 20, the assembling part 12 is attached to the mounting plate 30 of the lighting fixture 20.
With the main body 11 abutting on the upper surface of the illuminating lamp 20, and the supporting portion 13 supporting the upper end of the front surface of the illuminating lamp 20 so as to be pressed down, the assembling portion 12 is overlapped on the upper surface.
The bolt 60 is inserted through the mounting hole 14 of the mounting plate 30, the mounting hole 31 of the mounting plate 30, and the bracket hole (not shown) formed in the mounting bracket 40 and tightened with the nut 61, and the fall prevention metal fitting 10 is mounted on the mounting bracket 40. Fixed to. When the fall prevention fitting 10 is attached to the lower surface of the lighting device 20, the same operation is performed as described above, and the support portion 13 supports the lower end of the front surface of the lighting device 20. As a result, for example, even if the welding portion between the lighting fixture 20 and the mounting plate 30 is corroded and the lighting fixture 20 comes off the mounting plate 30, the lighting fixture 20 is held down by the fall prevention metal fitting 10 from above. Since it is inserted and supported so as to be supported from below, its fall is reliably prevented. Further, when replacing the light bulb of the lighting fixture 20 or conducting an insulation test, the fall prevention fitting 10 is mounted at a position which does not interfere with the opening / closing posture of the cover 22 of the lighting fixture 20. You do not need to move anything. Therefore, work efficiency such as replacement work of the light bulb is greatly improved. Further, unlike the conventional colored iron wire, the fall-prevention metal fitting 10 can be reused.
Maintenance costs can be reduced. Furthermore, since the mounting of the fall prevention fitting 10 uses the already formed bracket hole for mounting the mounting plate 30, it is not necessary to take any new means for mounting. Therefore, it is easy to install, and also contributes to a reduction in the maintenance cost of the lighting fixture 20. Incidentally, the inventor of the present invention considers that the following items are necessary as conditions required for the fall prevention fitting 10. (B) Danger to traffic vehicles due to falling can be avoided reliably (improved safety). (B) The defective lighting fixture can be easily identified from the front side (easily inspected). (C) Compatible with various types of tunnel lighting equipment (versatile). (D) It can be reused, extending the life of the lighting equipment comprehensively (reducing overall maintenance costs). Tunnel lighting fixture fall prevention fitting 1 of the present invention
To see if 0 satisfies these conditions,
The present inventor has proposed various lighting devices (180W, 135W, 90W).
W, 55W). As a result, it was confirmed that all of the above four conditions were satisfied in the case of each lighting device 20. According to the present invention, the tunnel lighting device 20 is mounted separately from the mounting plate 30 of the tunnel lighting device 20.
Since the front end of the lighting device 20 is supported, for example, even if the welding portion between the lighting device 20 and the mounting plate 30 is corroded and the lighting device 20 comes off the mounting plate 30, it can be reliably prevented from falling. The fall prevention fitting 10 is used for the lighting fixture 2.
0 does not interfere with the opening / closing posture of the lid 22. Therefore, when replacing the light bulb of the lighting fixture 20 or performing insulation inspection, it is not necessary to move the fall prevention fitting 10 at all, and therefore, the replacement of the light bulb is required. Work efficiency such as work is greatly improved. Further, since the fall prevention fitting 10 can be reused, the maintenance cost of the illumination lamp 20 can be reduced comprehensively. Further, since the mounting of the fall prevention fitting 10 uses the already formed bracket hole for mounting the mounting plate 30, there is no need to take any new means for mounting. Therefore, the mounting is easy, and the maintenance cost of the lighting device 20 is reduced.
