【従来の技術】筆記具のクリップは、筆記具にとって機
能上も外観デザイン上も重要な部品であるが、取付構造
が簡単であり、かつ、がたつきがなくて確実に取り付け
られることが要請される。しかし、この2つの要請は相
反する性質を有し、両者を完全に満足することはなかな
か困難である。
【0003】クリップ取付用の補助部品が不要で構造が
簡単なクリップ取付構造として、例えば、図4に示すも
のが知られ、広く実用化されている。かかるクリップ取
付構造のクリップ2は、弾性に富んだ金属板で成形され
るが、図5に示すように、尾端側に箱型の取付部22が
形成され、取付部22から先端側に圧接片23が延びて
いる。そして、取付部22の尾端側に段部24が形成さ
れている。従って、取付部22のうち、段部24から下
の部分が軸体1の角孔11に挿入される部分である。

を、図6に示すように、軸体1の角孔11に挿入する
が、このとき、クリップ2先端の球部21が軸体1の表
面に圧接してクリップ2が反った状態で挿入される。そ

クリップ取付構造において、クリップ2の段部24が小
さいと段部24と角孔11の縁部のひっかかりが弱く、
クリップ2が外れることがあるので段部24はある程度
大きくする必要がある。しかし一方で、段部24を大き
くすると、取付部22の軸体1の角孔11内に挿入され
る部分が大きくなるので、図6に示す取付工程におい
て、クリップ2を大きく反らせる必要がある。従って、
取付作業が非常に困難であり、かつ大きく反ったクリッ
プ2が変形してしまうことがある。
【0006】また、軸体1が合成樹脂製の場合は、肉厚
が大きいので、この場合もクリップ2の取付部22の軸
体1の角孔11内に挿入される部分が大きくなり、前記
の問題点が生じる。従って、かかるクリップ取付構造の
軸体1は肉厚の小さな金属製に限られる不具合がある。
更には、クリップ2の尾端面26が軸体1の周面に当接
するので、尾端面26の端縁を軸体1の周面に沿う形状
に加工する工程も必要になり、また、どうして尾端面2

上好ましくない。

【課題を解決するための手段】かかる目的を達成するた
めに、本発明の筆記具のクリップ取付構造は、尾端開口
縁に切欠き部が形成され、尾端近傍に角孔が形成された
軸体と、先端に軸体の表面に圧接する球部を有するとと
もに、尾端側に角孔に挿入される箱型の取付部を有し、
取付部から先端側に延びて軸体の内面に圧接する圧接片
と尾端に切欠き部に嵌め込まれる係止片が形成されたク
リップと、軸体の尾端開口に嵌着されて切欠き部に嵌め
込まれた係止片を固定する頭冠とで構成する。

【発明の実施の形態】以下に、図面に基づいて本発明の
実施の形態を具体的に説明する。クリップ2は金属板で
成形されるが、図1に示すように、その尾端側に箱型の
取付部22が形成され、取付部22から先端側に圧接片

止片27が連設されており、係止片27と取付部22の
