用することにより治そうとする。薬自体が病気や怪我を
治す訳ではなく、人間が持つ自然治癒力の手助けをする
に過ぎない。要はいかに自然治癒力を増大させるかであ
る。湯治をするにしても場所・湯治期間等の繁雑さが、
いざという場合思うように利用できないという欠点があ
った。

の維持をはかり、人間が生まれながらにして有する自然
治癒力の開発を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、砂利を敷き詰めその下に埋設したゴム管で全体を温
め一定の温度に維持し同時に、室内も一定の温度及び湿
度を維持する。利用者は砂利の上に浴衣、Tシャツ等を
身に付け横たわることにより、身体の副交感神経が刺激
されリラクゼーションに導かれる。低温タイプの熱を利
用しているので、温泉に似た温感を楽しむことができ
る。遠赤外線効果として、身体内部の調整機能を刺激
し、平衡失調状態を矯正し、自律神経を正常に働かせ
る。発刊作用により、汗と一緒に老廃物を体外に排出す

態を説明すると、図1は建物A内の床面の断面図を示
