【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、躯体に竪樋を取り付け
る際に使用される竪樋支持具に関し、特に、外径の異な
る竪樋に対してフレキシブルに対応できる竪樋支持具に
関する。

【従来の技術】従来の竪樋支持具にあっては、例えば実
開昭55−69535号記載の雨樋控金具(以下、竪樋
支持具)で開示されているように、円弧状の竪樋支持部
の二分割した端縁に複数の係止部を設け、これにより円
弧の内径を変化させて外径の異なる竪樋にフレキシブル
に対応させたものがある。また、略円弧状の竪樋支持部
に弾性力を持たせたものがある(実公昭51−3468
号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記竪
樋支持具おいて、前者にあっては、内径を小さくすると
内部形状も変化してしまうので竪樋を安定的に保持でき
ないという課題と、締め過ぎることにより竪樋を変形さ
せてしまうという課題があった。また、後者にあって
は、基本的な内部形状が略円形であるため、一つの外径
の竪樋にはフィットするが、外径の異なる竪樋を支持す
る際には支持具自体に多くの歪みを残したままであり竪
樋に変形を生じさせてしまう課題があった。
【0004】したがって、本発明は上記従来品の課題を
解決すべく発明された竪樋支持具であって、本発明の目
的とするところは、外径の異なる竪樋に対してフレキシ
ブルに対応できる一方、竪樋を変形させることなく安定
的に保持させることができる竪樋支持具を提供すること
にある。

【課題を解決する手段】本発明は上記に鑑み発明された
ものであって、基端部と先端部とに略半分に分割され全
体で略円弧状に形成された合成樹脂製竪樋支持部と、該
竪樋支持部の基端部に配設された躯体取付部とを有する
竪樋支持具において、上記基端部と先端部の各々の端縁
に該端縁同士を互いに係合させる係合部とヒンジ部をそ
れぞれ設け、該係合部には互いに係合する係合突起と係
合孔をそれぞれ1ないし複数個設け、さらに、上記ヒン
ジ部の一方には該ヒンジ部の支点を設け、該ヒンジ部の
他方には該支点を複数箇所で安定的に位置固定すると共
に該支点のそれぞれの位置固定部間の摺動を自在にする
支点保持部を設けたことを特徴とする竪樋支持具であ
る。
【0006】ここで、上記係合部とヒンジ部は、対とな
って互いに係合するものであれば適宜選択でき、いずれ
が基端部、先端部のいずれかに配設されてもよい。な
お、この係合部とヒンジ部の数は、対応させる竪樋の形
状に合わせて適宜設定できるものであるが、竪樋支持具
自体の弾性力との関係から2〜3個程度であるのが好ま
しい。
【0007】上記係合部は、一方に凹部である係合孔、
他方に凸部である係合突起を設けたものである。この形
状を採用したのは施工の簡単さや低コストの点から採用
したものであり、他の採用できる手段としては、ボルト
とナットでの係合手段、接着剤や面接着テープ等による
接着による係合手段などもあるのは勿論のことである。
また、当該係合部を複数設けることにより、いずれかの
係合突起をいずれかの係合孔に係合させることができ
る。
【0008】上記ヒンジ部は支点と支点保持部からなる
ものであり、いずれが基端部、先端部のいずれかに配設
されていてもよい。また、上記支点保持部が該支点を複
数箇所で安定的に位置固定すると共に該支点のそれぞれ
の位置固定部間の摺動を自在にするように形成されてい
る。この位置固定部間の摺動を自在にするための構成と
しては、当該位置固定部同士の間で上記支点を辛うじて
摺動させることができる程度の幅を有するスリットを設
けることにより達成できるものである。
【0009】なお、上記竪樋支持部の基端部に配設され
た躯体取付部は、該竪樋支持部を躯体に取り付けられる
ことのできるものであれば、適宜選択して使用できるも
のであり、例えば、金属製や合成樹脂製などの釘やビス
もしくはボルトとナットなどや、これらに取付用の曲折
された板等の媒体を介したものなどがある。
【0010】また、上記基端部は、大きい方の竪樋を支
持する際、該基端部を自身の弾性力により開口させなけ
ればならない。しかしながら、基端部自体を略半円状に
形成してあるため、上記従来技術の課題のような竪樋を
変形させるまでの押圧力を与えないものである。

【作用】本発明は、竪樋支持具の基端部と先端部の係合
部材を係合部とヒンジ部で形成し、該係合部を1ないし
複数箇所設け、該ヒンジ部を複数カ所設け、先端部の両
端を同じ距離分延長させ常に先端部の中心部分を竪樋の
中心部分に当接させ、さらに、基端部を自身の弾性力に
よって開口させ、これにより外径の異なる竪樋であって
も安定支持させることができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例について詳
細に説明する。図1は本発明に係る竪樋支持具の一実施
例を示す説明図である。
【0013】本実施例に示す竪樋支持具は、基端部2と
先端部3とに略半分に分割され全体で略円弧状に形成さ
れた合成樹脂製竪樋支持部1と、該竪樋支持部1の基端
部に配設された躯体取付部6で主要部が形成されてい
る。
【0014】上記基端部2と上記先端部3の各々の端縁
には、該端縁同士を互いに係合させる係合部4とヒンジ
部5が設けられている。また、該係合部4には互いに係
合する係合突起41と2個の係合孔42、42が設けら
れている。さらに、上記ヒンジ部5の一方(先端部3の
端部)には該ヒンジ部5の支点51が設けられ、該ヒン
ジ部5の他方(基端部2の端部)には該支点51を2箇
所で安定的に位置固定すると共にこの位置固定部間の摺
動を自在にする支点保持部52が設けられている。

点51を支点として先端部3を開閉自在にする一方、係
合部4で安定的に係合させることができるため、外径p
の竪樋を安定的に支持することができる。

あっては、先端部3Aを回動させ、支点51Aのように
支点を先端部側に摺動させる一方、竪樋(図示省略)を

を安定的に支持できる。なお、このとき、基端部2A
