2. Description of the Related Art Ankle inversion sprain occurs when the ankle Fn is twisted as shown in FIG. That is, this occurs when the bottom of the foot is forcibly twisted strongly inward with the ankle Fn stretched. A protector when the ankle Fn is damaged by such a varus sprain is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-24088.

On the other hand, the ankle inversion sprain prevention tool is attached at the time of playing to prevent the inversion sprain in advance, and for example, those shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 are commercially available. As shown in FIG. 8, in this conventional preventive tool, a substantially cylindrical tubular member 100 having elasticity for tightening an ankle, a plate-shaped member 101 made of a resin plate, and an upper portion of the plate-shaped member 101 are tubular. Tape-shaped band (fixing member) fixed to the belt-shaped member 100
It is equipped with 102. The preventive device prevents the varus sprain (rotation in the direction of arrow A) by the taping effect of the tightening force of the tubular member 100 and the plate-shaped member 101 acting like a protruding rod. Further, a band-shaped non-stretchable tape member 103 shown in FIG. 9 is sewn to the tubular member 100 on the outer side of the foot of the tubular member 100, and the material on the outer side of the tubular member 100 extends vertically. By preventing this, the joint action with the plate-like member 101 is intended to further prevent the inversion sprain.

However, in the prior art, although the tape member 103 can prevent the outer material itself of the tubular member 100 from vertically extending, the tape member 103 is arranged along the outer ankle. And therefore,
Since the tape member 103 bends up and down, that is, since there is play in the tape member 103, even if the tape member 103 rotates in the direction of arrow A, the tape member 103 that has meandered only changes to a linear shape. Cannot be sufficiently suppressed from being twisted in the direction of arrow A. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an ankle varus anti-twisting device having a high effect of preventing varus spraining.

In the present invention, while pulling the tape member, the tape member is rotated to the outside of the foot of the tubular member to bond the tape member to the surface of the tubular member. When mounting this tape member, the tape member tightens the tubular member from the outside, so that if the ankle is twisted inward, the sole of the foot does not rotate inward, as shown by arrow B in FIG. , Drag that pulls the outside of the foot upwards works.

Next, a method for mounting the present preventive tool will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 3, after wearing the tubular member 1, the tubular member 1 is pulled while pulling the joint portion 17 in the circumferential direction.
The ankle Fn is fastened by the tubular member 1 by being joined to the surface of the and closing the opening / closing portion 16. Next, the sole 42 of the tape member 4 of FIG. 4 is joined to the sole of the tubular member 1 of FIG. 2, and then the first tightening tape 43 is attached to the outside of the step of the foot. 5 through the front of the outer ankle Fc, and further through the bending portion of the upper part of the instep Fd of the foot,

In the present preventive tool thus mounted, first, the tubular member 1 tightens the entire ankle, thereby preventing rotation of the sole of the foot. Further, the plate-like member 2 functions like a protruding rod, and prevents the sole of the foot from rotating inward.
Further, by pulling the tape member 4 of FIG. 2 which is separate from the tubular member 1 and joining it to the surface of the tubular member 1,
Since the tubular member 1 is tightened so as to be pulled upward from below, the sole of the foot is prevented from rotating inward. That is, when the sole of the foot tries to rotate inward, the inside of the foot contracts up and down and the outside of the foot extends up and down, but the plate-like member 2 of FIG. 1 prevents the inside of the foot from contracting up and down. At the same time, the tape member 4 prevents the outside of the foot from extending vertically. As described above, in the present preventive tool, the contraction preventing effect of the plate-shaped member 2 and the elongation preventing effect of the tape member 4 cooperate with each other to exert an extremely excellent anti-rotation force. improves.

In particular, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the tape member 4 is bifurcated and the soles are pulled up from the bottom by the fastening tape portions 43 and 44 which are divided into front and rear. Since the ankle is tightened, the anti-stretch resistance is stable. Therefore, not only the effect of preventing the inversion sprain is further enhanced, but also the reliability of the prevention is improved.

Further, in this embodiment, since the length of the tape member 4 is set so as to reach the inside of the foot, the fixation force of the ankle and the drag force for preventing the elongation are increased, so that the effect of preventing the inversion sprain is further enhanced. .

Further, the present preventive tool only needs to be able to apply a vertical pulling force to the tubular member 1 by the tape member 4.
Therefore, a part of the sole 42 of the tape member 4 of FIG. 4 may be sewn to the sole of the tubular member 1. Also,
The tape member 4 may be divided at the sole portion 42, and the divided sole portion 42 may be sewn to the sole portion of the tubular member 1.
That is, the tape member 4 may be connected not to the lower portion of the plate-shaped member 2 but to the sole portion of the tubular member 1.

By the way, since the plate-shaped member 101 of FIG. 8 has a long maximum width W at the upper part, the plate-shaped member 101 comes into contact with the front and rear upper parts of the ankle, which hinders play (exercise). On the other hand, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Since the maximum width W is short, the plate member 2 does not interfere with play. Moreover, since the plate-shaped member 2 has a small curvature, the shape of the plate-shaped member 2 approaches a flat plate, so that the cost of the mold is also low.

While the plate-shaped member 2 needs to have a function of a protruding rod, the maximum width W is reduced, so that the plate-shaped member 2 tends to buckle up and down. The buckling of the plate member 2 can be prevented by increasing the Young's modulus of the plate member 2.

As described above, according to the present invention,
In addition to the function of the plate-shaped member as a bar, the tape member that can be bonded to the surface of the tubular member is provided, so that the inside of the foot shrinks when the foot sole tries to rotate inward. In addition to the rigidity, the outside of the foot is prevented from stretching by the tensile force of the tape member. That is, the present preventer prevents the inward rotation of the foot by the cooperation of the plate-like member preventing the inner contraction of the foot and the tape member preventing the outer expansion of the foot. Therefore, the effect of preventing the inversion sprain is improved.

Further, if the tape member is set so as to rotate to the inner side via the outer side of the foot, the tensile (stretching prevention) resistance of the tape member is increased, so that the effect of preventing the inversion sprain is further improved.

If the tip of the tape member is bifurcated, the tape member can be wound around the ankle, and the balance of tensile (stretching) resistance is improved.
The effect of preventing inversion sprains is further enhanced.
