に必要な高さ(A)を確保することができ、且つ、受枠
内面からの孔座金物の突出長さを(B)だけ短くするこ
とができる。

斜めに受枠内に嵌まり込むことがなく、しかも、鉄蓋を
受枠に対して摺動させることなく、鉄蓋を水平方向に回
転して開閉することができるといった効果を有すること
は勿論、蝶番金物が挿入される孔座金物の受枠内面から
の突出長さを短くすることができ、かくして、受枠の有
効口径を大きくすることができ、更に、蝶番金物の上部
に凸部を形成することによって、蝶番金物の球状部を確
実に下段球面座内に嵌め込むことができ、且つ、閉蓋後
の蝶番金物の揺動を防止することができるといった更な
る有用な効果がもたらされる。
