【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、室内側部と室外側
部とに熱が伝わらないようにした断熱開きドアに関す
る。

【従来の技術】断熱開きドアとしては、断熱形材を方向
枠組みした断熱ドア枠に断熱扉をヒンジによって開閉自
在に取付けたものが知られている。
【0003】一方、開きドアとしてはドア枠を構成する
下枠を、その上面が段差のない平坦であるフラット下枠
としたものが知られ、このフラット下枠を用いた開きド
アであれば車いす等の出入りがスムーズになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前述のようにフラット
下枠を用いた開きドアであると、下枠上面と扉下部との
間の水密が不十分となるので、例えば扉下部に下横水密
材を上下動自在に取付け、扉を閉じた時に下横水密材が
下方に移動して下枠上面に圧接するようにしている。
【0005】このために、断熱開きドアにおいてフラッ
ト下枠を用いると、断熱扉下部に下横水密材を上下動自
在に取付けることになるが、断熱扉の下部に下横水密材
を取付けることは困難であるし、下枠に下横水密材を上
下動自在に取付けると、その下横水密材の取付けのため
に断熱性が低下することがある。
【0006】そこで、本発明は前述の課題を解決できる
ようにした断熱開きドアを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上面が段差の
ない平坦なフラット下枠を用いた断熱ドア枠と、この断
熱ドア枠に開閉自在に取付けた断熱扉とで断熱開きドア
とし、前記断熱扉を、断熱性に優れた扉本体の下部に樹
脂製の下部框を備えたものとし、この下部框に外ケース
を取付け、この外ケースに内ケースを上下動自在に設
け、この内ケースに下横水密材を取付けて下横水密材を
上下動自在とし、断熱扉を閉じると下横水密材が下枠上
面に圧接するようにしたことを特徴とする断熱開きドア
である。

【作 用】本発明によれば、断熱扉を閉じると下横水
密材が下枠の上面に圧接するので、フラット下枠を用い
た断熱開きドアにおいて扉下部と下枠上面との間を水密
できるし、室内側部と室外側部とで熱が伝わることを下
横水密材で防止できる。
【0009】また、扉本体の下部に設けた樹脂製の下部
框に外ケースを設け、この外ケースに上下動自在に設け
た内ケースに下横水密材を取付けてあるから、下横水密
材の取付部において室内側部と室外側部とに熱が伝わる
ことを、樹脂製の下部框で防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】図1と図2に示すように、上枠1
と下枠2と左右の縦枠3を方形枠組みしてドア枠4とし
てある。前記上枠1、縦枠3は室内側部材1a,3aと
室外側部材1b,3bを断熱材1c,3cで連結した断
熱形材であり、これによって断熱ドア枠を構成してい
る。下枠2の上面2aは段差のない平坦であってフラッ
ト下枠としてある。
【0011】扉5は金属で内向コ字状の芯材10を方形
枠組みして骨組体11とし、その骨組体11に樹脂製の
取付枠材12を介して室内側面材13、室外側面材14
を取付け、それらで囲まれた空間に断熱材15を充填発
泡して固化して扉本体16としてある。この扉本体16
の下部に樹脂製の下部框17が取付けてある。
【0012】前記下部框17は上横板17a、下横板1
7b、室内側縦板17c、室外側縦板17dで矩形断面
中空形状であり、その上横板17aに突片18が一体的
に設けてある。上横板17aがビス19で芯材10に固
着されて上横板17aが室内側面材13、室外側面材1
4の下縁部を取付枠材12に押しつけている。
【0013】このようであるから、断熱性に優れた扉本
体16の下部に樹脂製の下部框17を簡単に、しかも強
固に取付けて断熱扉5とすることができる。
【0014】断熱扉5の左右端部には図2に示すように
金属製の吊元側エッジ材20と金属製の召合せ側エッジ
材21が取付けてある。
【0015】前記下部框17には下横水密材30が上下
動自在に取付けてある。具体的には下横板17bの開口
部31より外ケース32を下部框17に挿入してビス3
3で固定する。この外ケ−ス32に内ケース34を上下
動自在に挿入し、内ケース34の長手方向中間部に板ば
ね35を連結し、この板ばね35の長手方向一端部を外
ケース32に連結し、他端部をロッド36に連結する。
【0016】前記ロッド36は図2に示すように板ばね
35の弾力で吊元側エッジ材20よりも一方の縦枠3側
に突出し、扉5を閉じると一方の縦枠3にロッド36が
当接して押し込まれ、それによって板ばね35が下方に
たわんで内ケース34とともに下横水密材30が下方に
移動して下枠2の上面2aに圧接する。
