Field of the Invention The present invention perforates a paper bundle such as a sheet of paper or synthetic resin by relative movement between a base and a cutting blade. The present invention relates to a sheet bundle perforation binding device that is bound by a binding device. 2. Description of the Related Art As an example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-218197
This will be described below with reference to Japanese Patent Publication No. A support is vertically fixed on the upper surface behind the base, and a handle is rotatably supported on the support. Further, a perforation blade that moves up and down by rotation of the handle is fixed inside the support,
A cushion is disposed at the lower end position of the drilling blade to protect the cutting blade. Further, a cutout portion is formed in a part of the upper surface of the base so as to cover the base, and a document mounting table having a contact wall at a rear portion is slidably disposed in a longitudinal direction. Next, the operation will be described. First, a bundle of paper for perforating a state where the document table is pulled out is placed on the upper surface of the document table. Next, the document table is pushed in, and the handle is rotated to pierce the sheet bundle. The perforation is completed when the tip of the perforation blade slightly bites into the cushion. After the perforation is completed, the handle is rotated in the reverse direction to remove the perforation blade from the paper bundle, and then the document table is pulled out again. [0004] In the above-mentioned prior art, most of the drilled chips are pushed into the hollow holes of the drilling blades, pass therethrough and are discharged to the outside. To 3
Some sheets may remain near the bottom of the perforated paper bundle. If the paper is removed from the document table in such a state, the chips will fall from the paper bundle due to the reaction of the removal operation, etc.
The surroundings would be dirty. Also, if chips are dropped on the upper surface of the document table or the base, the chips will penetrate and accumulate between the document table and the base, not only making the slide of the document table worse, but also forcibly. Sometimes caused poor sliding. Further, when the paper bundle W is bound by the binding pin A and the washer member B, the chips D remaining in the perforation of the paper bundle W are drawn into the washer member B as shown in FIG. A and the washer member B make the fitting uncertain. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to vertically move a cutting blade configured to push chips from a hole into the cutting blade at the rear of an upper surface of a base. , A slide base for mounting the paper bundle on the upper surface of the base is slidably disposed, a washer member is fitted into a recess on the upper surface of the base, and the perforation of the paper bundle and the washer member are performed. In the paper bundle perforating and binding device in which the binding pin is inserted and the binding is performed,
It is characterized in that the formation of the discharge Deana the cutting blade lowered position in front of the base. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS At the rear of the upper surface of a base 1, a side panel 3 on which an elevating shaft 2 is vertically movable is fixed. A pressing lever 4 for vertically moving the elevating shaft 2 is attached to the side panel 3 so as to be rotatable about a shaft 5. On the other hand, a long hole 6 is formed in the elevating shaft 2, and an engaging pin 7 fixed to the pressing lever 4 is fitted in the long hole 6.
When the pressing lever 4 is rotated by the engagement between the elongated hole 6 and the engaging pin 7, the elevating shaft 2 can be moved up and down. Further, a protrusion 2a for pressing a pressing rod, which will be described later, is formed at an intermediate portion of the elevating shaft 2, and a hollow cutting blade N is detachably attached below the elevating shaft 2 by a screw M or the like. I have. A slide base 8 for mounting a paper bundle is mounted on the upper surface of the base 1 so as to be slidable in the forward and backward directions. The rear end of the slide base 8 has an L-shape to align the rear ends of the paper bundle. It is formed in a shape. Further, a pressing unit 10 for pressing the binding pin A of the binding tool via a bracket or the like is integrally formed with the bracket behind the base 1, but may be attached with a screw or the like. . Next, the pressing unit 10 will be described. On both sides of the pressing unit 10, pressing bars 12, 13 which can be opened and closed by operating a lever 11 are arranged. The pressing rods 12, 13 are urged upward by elastic members 14, 15, and are arranged to be vertically movable. Further, a paper presser 16 is fixed to the rear of the slide base 8, and preferably, the paper presser 16 is fixed.
Is coated thinly with a rubber material or the like to prevent the paper bundle from slipping. A cutting blade 1 made of plastic is located on the upper surface of the base 1 at a position where the cutting blade N is lowered.
7 is removably arranged. An inclined surface 17a is formed in front of the blade receiving member 17 so as not to be scratched at a corner when the sheet bundle is placed. A discharge hole 18 for discharging chips is formed in front of the blade receiver 17, and an edge portion 1 is formed in front of the discharge hole 18 so that the chips are caught when the paper bundle is pulled out.
8a are formed. 19 is a washer member B for the binding device
A slot 20 is formed in front of the recess 19 so that the lower end of the binding pin A can easily come off when the binding pin A is attached. Next, the operation will be described. Before placing the sheet bundle on the slide base 8, the washer member B fitted to the binding pin A of the binding tool is inserted into the recess 19 formed in the base 1. After inserting the washer member B, the paper bundle W is placed on the slide base 8 and the pressing lever 4 is rotated to pierce. When the lever 11 is lifted up after the perforation is completed, the chips are pushed into the hollow cutting blade N, but some lowermost chips D ′ may remain in the perforations 21 as they are. The sheet bundle W is advanced with the slide base 8. The chips D ′ remaining in the perforations 21 of the paper bundle W during the forward movement of the slide base 8 are moved by a slight vibration due to the movement of the discharge holes 1.
Fall to 8. Here, the swarf D that does not fall under its own weight falls down to the edge portion 18a. Next, the binding pin A is inserted into the perforated hole with the slide base 8 fully advanced. Next, the lever 11 is moved to the left in the drawing, and the pressing rods 12, 13 are expanded right and left. By this expanding operation, the pressing rods 12 and 13 are positioned above the binding pins A. Here, the pressing lever 4 is again rotated to lower the elevating shaft 2. Then, the projection 2a formed on the elevating shaft 2 presses the heads of the pressing rods 12 and 13 by the lowering operation of the elevating shaft 2, and the binding pin A is fitted to the washer member B. This completes the binding operation. Lever 11 after binding work
To the right to close the pressing rods 12, 13. This completes the binding operation. When removing the bound paper bundle W from the slide base 8, the lower end of the binding pin A can be easily removed without loosely fitting the long hole 20 to the base 1. At the time of the above-mentioned binding operation, since the sheet bundle is advanced from the time of punching, the sheet bundle is not punched again even if the punching blade moves down. According to the present invention, a cutting blade is provided at the rear of the upper surface of the base so as to be able to vertically move cutting chips into the cutting blade, and a paper bundle is placed on the upper surface of the base. The slide base to be placed is slidably disposed, a washer member is fitted into the recess on the upper surface of the base, the perforation of the paper bundle is matched with the washer member, and a binding pin is inserted and bound. In the bundle perforation binding device, a discharge hole is formed for discharging chips that have not been pushed into the cutting blade of the chips drilled in front of the cutting blade lowering position, so that the chips are disposed between the slide base and the base. The binding operation can be performed reliably without accumulating, and the slide base can be slid smoothly.
