複数枚収納する包装箱に関するものである。
【従来の技術】
【0002】従来、複数枚のブラウン管用パネルを包装
箱内に立てかけて収納する場合、パネル有効面の微細な
傷を防ぐため、外装箱(段ボール製)の中に対向する2
枚の樹脂製間仕切り材を収納し、この間仕切り材で各パ
ネルの両端を保持しているが、外装箱の中央が開き気味
になり、中央のパネルを充分に保持できない欠点があっ
た。

に、外装箱(11)の中央に段ボール製の仕切り材(1

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来のものは、パ

箱における中央部の開きを無くし、中央部のパネルをも
十分に保持でき、しかも、間仕切り材の破損を著減させ
て通い箱として長期に亘って使用できるブラウン管用包
装箱を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するた
め、本発明は、矩形箱状の外装箱と、コ字形に折り曲げ
可能な3面で構成され、コ字形に折り曲げた際、対向す
る2面にパネルの周縁部と当接してパネルを立てかけ状
態で支持する凸部をパネルの周縁部の幅と略等しい間隔
で複数個並設した形状を有し、全体を樹脂真空成型品で
構成した2枚の間仕切り材とからなり、この2枚の間仕
切り材を外装箱内にコ字形に折り曲げてそれぞれの中央
の面を背中合わせで、この背中合わせ部が外装箱の中央
部を仕切る状態で収納したものである。

【作用】本発明における2枚の間仕切り材は、従来のよ
うなスリット状の溝がないため、破損する恐れが少な
い。しかも、2枚の間仕切り材は、外装箱内にコ字形に
折り曲げてそれぞれの中央の面を背中合わせで、この背
中合わせ部が外装箱の中央部を仕切る状態で収納したか
ら、外装箱の中央部の開きを防止できる。そして、複数
枚のパネルを、コ字形に折り曲げた間仕切り材の対向す
る2面に、パネルの周縁部の幅と略等しい間隔で並設し
た複数個の凸部によって、立てかけ状態で、パネル表面
の保護すべき部位(有効面)に一切の物を接触させるこ
となく、外装箱内に収納保持させることができる。

用意し、外装箱(1)内にコ字形に折り曲げてそれぞれ
の中央の面(2b)(2b)を背中合わせで、この背中
合わせ部が外装箱(1)の中央部を仕切る状態で収納す
る。

付随して延長形成されている。

(4)を包装する要領を説明する。先ず、外装箱(1)
内にパッド(3)を収納し、次に、2枚の間仕切り材
