2. Description of the Related Art Since a long time ago, the mirror opening using a sake barrel has been practiced as a ritual that has been formed in the Japanese tradition, customs, and sake culture. In modern times, it is well known that it is performed as a central ritual at the beginning of work of a company, at the beginning of entertainment, or at a seat for celebration. However, a well-known place is a wooden barrel with a mallet.
It is a so-called ritual of opening a mirror, which is to hit (end plate). The liquor barrel used to open the mirror has been converted from an unopened liquor barrel into an opened liquor barrel for opening the mirror. This is not generally known as the setup performed during the ritual of opening the mirror.

[0003] Conventionally, a general method of converting a liquor barrel into a liquor barrel for opening a mirror is as follows. In general, the soda barrel used for opening the mirror is mainly a so-called kotaru, which is covered with something such as a makeup, and when opening the mirror, the kotaru barrel is first opened to expose the sake barrel.

Next, a plurality of bamboo casks, which are vertically arranged on the barrel of the liquor barrel, are tapped downward by using, for example, a metal fitting and a mallet, and the respective caskets are lowered by a predetermined amount evenly. By loosening the hoop of the main body, the pressure contact between the plurality of body plates constituting the barrel of the barrel main body is loosened, and the binding to the mirror lid fitted inside the upper opening of the barrel main body is loosened.

Next, for example, using a spatula-shaped metal fitting,
After inserting the tip of the metal fitting between the upper opening edge of the barrel body and the mirror lid that closes the upper portion of the barrel body, by turning up the end plate with the upper opening edge of the barrel body as a fulcrum, from the barrel body Remove the mirror lid. In addition, the end plate is constructed by fitting a joint made of bamboo straw between the plurality of plate plates and connecting the plate plates together to form a single plate. Or the state where only the center plate is separated.

Next, the disassembled mirror lids are arranged in a mirror-opened state at the upper opening of the barrel body. In addition, the opened dolls will be arranged to look good. The sake barrel for mirror opening is formed by the above thing, and mirror opening is completed by hitting a mallet in this state.

However, in the work of loosening the rattle, if the liquor is loosened too much, the liquor inside will leak out from between the body plates constituting the barrel main body, and if the looseness is small, the mirror lid cannot be removed. It does not mean that you just need to loosen it, but it takes time and experience, and it also requires skill to hit the hoop from above with a mallet and metal fittings. Not everyone can do it easily.

Further, it is not easy to open the stopper for removing the mirror lid from the barrel body because it requires time and experience. Therefore, for those involved in hotels and inns that handle many barrel opening of sake barrels, those involved in the event sponsorship, and those involved in companies that refrain from opening barrels of sake barrels, there is no shortage of technology or Workshops and workshops are held to prevent failure.

A characteristic configuration of a liquor barrel for opening a mirror according to claim 1 of the present invention comprises a barrel main body and a mirror lid for sealing an upper opening of the barrel main body, and constitutes the mirror lid. At least one of the plurality of assembled plates is composed of a plurality of divided plate parts along a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the assembled plate, and both adjacent divided plate parts in the longitudinal direction are joined together. At least one of the end faces is formed with a notch capable of exposing a groove opening toward the barrel main body, and further, the split plate portion and another adjoining plate portion are hermetically joined only by a rattling force. There is a point.

According to the above-mentioned characteristic structure, the split plate portion is struck from above the mirror lid with a mallet or the like, so that the struck split plate portion is unsealed from the other assembled plate. As a result of the split plate portion coming off the mirror lid and falling into the barrel, it is possible to produce a mirror opening such as opening the mirror lid.

Therefore, it is necessary to remodel the liquor barrel into a barrel-opening liquor barrel through conventional preparations such as loosing the rattle and opening the liquor barrel as in the past, and those who have no experience Although there is a concern that liquor in the barrel will leak out when such a modification is made, in the mirror barrel sake barrel of the present invention, since the barrel itself is configured as a mirror barrel sake barrel, experience and There is no need to perform a remodeling work that requires skill, and since there is no such remodeling, there is no concern that liquor in the barrel will leak out, and anyone can easily open the mirror without requiring experience or skill.

Also, after the mirror cover in the open state is once removed from the barrel main body, the split plate portion is replaced with a new assembly plate to form the mirror cover so that it can be simply put on the upper opening of the barrel main body. You can also open the mirror by placing it and striking the mirror lid in this mounted state with a mallet, etc. Can be produced, and can be used properly according to the situation.

According to the above-mentioned characteristic structure, the split plate portion is struck by using a mallet or the like to open the mirror lid in a state in which the struck split plate portion breaks and breaks along the break guiding groove. Therefore, the effect of opening the mirror can be further enhanced.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a characteristic configuration of a liquor barrel for opening a mirror, wherein a plurality of dividing plate parts constituting the assembly plate are formed in a series of taper shapes in which a lateral width becomes larger toward one end in a diameter direction of the mirror cover. There is a point.

According to the above characteristic construction, since the barrel is fastened to join the mirror lid to the upper opening of the barrel body, the split plate portion and the assembly plate are joined as the fastening force of the ratchet is increased. Since the taper structure increases the adhesion of the parts, the liquor etc. stored in the barrel does not exude to the outside, and the split plate part and the assembly plate are joined only by pressure welding. Therefore, by striking the split plate portion from above the mirror lid, the split plate portion can be easily slid off from between the assembly plates, which has the advantage of easily opening the mirror.

According to the above characteristic structure, the lid material of the barrel is
Cedar wood is mainly used, and since the joint edge (tree mouth) of the dividing plate is grainy and the surface roughness is rough, the surface roughness is eliminated through time-consuming precision cutting, and the joint portion is eliminated. By interposing a sealing material such as Japanese paper, non-woven fabric, synthetic resin sheet, paint, adhesive material, adhesive material, etc. in the place where it is necessary to prevent the sake in the barrel from oozing out, It is possible to increase the joint density between the joint ends so that the liquor in the liquor barrel does not seep out from the joint, and the split plate part has a slightly rough surface at the joint ends. Since it is possible to sufficiently prevent the exudation, the manufacturing process can be facilitated and the quality of the wine barrel can be improved.

Further, the peripheral edge of the mirror lid 5 is formed in a tapered shape over the entire circumference. This is a shape in which when the ratchet 6 is tightened, the peripheral edge of the mirror lid 5 bites into the dogleg-shaped concave groove 1C formed on the inner peripheral surface of the body portion 3 to form a highly airtight liquor barrel. There is. Reference numeral 7 in the figure denotes a stopper of the mirror lid 5. Further, the cedar material, which is the material for the mirror-opening sake barrel 1, has a plate thickness of about 20 mm, which does not leak even in the sake barrel 1 of this embodiment, when the plate thickness is thin, the sake inside penetrates and leaks out. Has been done.
