【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、勝手口、玄関、浴
室、ベランダ等の引戸の下枠の排水機構に関するもの
で、特にステンレス製のレールを取付けた下枠の排水機
構に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来のステンレス製レールを取付けた下
枠の排水機構としては、例えば特開平7−127355
号公報に示すように、ステンレス製の下枠基材上に、そ
の一部を上方に膨曲して中空山形状のレール凸条部を形
成したステンレス製の表面板を溶接固定し、そのレール
凸条部にその前壁と後壁とを貫通する水抜き開口を設け
てレールの後方に浸入した水を排出するようにしたもの
が知られていた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記の下枠の排水機構
は、ステンレス板を折曲加工して形成した中空山形状の
レール凸条部に、その前壁と後壁とを貫通する水抜き開
口を設けたもので、加工技術の難しいステンレス板を加
工して構成しているため加工コストがかかり、またレー
ル凸条部を設けた表面板を下枠基材上に溶接固定してい
るため、レールが損傷した時に簡単に交換することがで
きない点が問題となっていた。そこで本発明は、前記の
問題点を解消して加工コストがかからず簡単に排水機構
が設けられて、またレールも容易に交換することができ
るようにしたステンレス製レールの下枠の排水機構を提
供することを目的としたものである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は前記目的を達成
するために、加工の容易な材料より成形した下枠本体の
表面板に、室外側仕切り片と室内側仕切り片とを、また
その室外側仕切り片と室内側仕切り片との間にレール取
付部を立設し、このレール取付部上に、ステンレス製の
レールを設けたレール基板を載置し、このレール基板を
ビスにより交換可能にレール取付部へ締着すると共に、
前記室外側仕切り片と前記レール取付部の脚部に水抜き
孔を穿設して、レール後方に浸入した水を外部に排出す
るように構成して加工コストを安く、レールの交換も容
易に行えるようなステンレス製レールの下枠の排水機構
としたものである。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に
示す実施例に基いて説明する。図1は、図3に示す本発
明の実施例の一つである勝手口の引戸の下枠に適用した
排水機構を示したものである。本発明のステンレス製レ
ールの下枠の排水機構は、勝手口、玄関、浴室、ベラン
ダ等の出入口における引戸の下枠に適用できるもので、
そのステンレス製レールを取付ける下枠1は下枠本体2
とレール基板10とから構成されている。下枠本体2
は、加工が比較的容易であるアルミ形材より押出成形さ
れたもので、室外側に僅かに傾斜した表面板5を有し、
その両端には、室外側には仕切片3、室内側には水切り
壁4が立設されており、また表面板5の中央寄りには大
略断面T字形のレール取付部6が、図2に示すように長
手方向に沿って表面板5と一体に設けられている。この
レール取付部6は、室外側寄りに後記のレール基板10
を取付けるビス孔が設けられており、また室内側は端部
が上方に屈曲して、載置されるレール基板10を側方よ
り支持するようになっている。そしてレール取付部6を
表面板5に一体に連結するところの脚部7には、図2に
示すように数個適所に水抜き孔8が穿設されていて、レ
ール11と室内側の水切り壁4の間に浸入した水を、仕
切片3の基部に穿設した水抜き孔9を通して室外に排出
するように構成されている。また室外側の仕切片3の先
端はL字形に屈曲して、その上部に載置されるレール基
板10を側方より支持するようになっている。そして仕
切片3の基部には、図1および図2に示すように水抜き
孔9が穿設されていて、レール取付部6の脚部7の水抜
き孔8より流れてきた水を室外に排出するようになって
いる。 【0006】レール基板10はステンレス板を折曲加工
して形成されたもので、その室内側端部には図1に示す
ように上方に中空山形状に屈曲して形成した引戸15の
レール11が、レール基板10の長手方向に沿って形成
されており、また室外側端部には2重に折曲して形成し
た網戸16のレール12が前記引戸15のレール11と
平行にレール基板10の長手方向に沿って形成されてい
る。そしてレール基板10の中央にはレール取付部6の
ビス孔に連通するビス孔14が設けられていてビス13
によりレール取付部6にビス止めして取付けられてお
り、レール11,12等が損傷した時にはビス13を取
外してレール基板10ごと新しいものと交換できるよう
になっている。なおレール11,12を設けたレール基
板10は図3に示すように下枠本体2よりは短くなって
いて、左右の竪枠17,17の近傍にレールのない部分
を夫々設けて、前述のレール取付部6の脚部7に設けた
水抜き孔8および仕切片3の基部に設けた水抜き孔9か
らの排水と共に、レール11と水切り壁4との間および
2本のレール間に浸入した水を図3の矢印のように下枠
本体2の両端部より排出するようになっている。 【0007】 【発明の効果】本発明は以上のような構成であって、ス
テンレス製のレールを設けたレール基板を、下枠本体
室外側仕切り片と室内側仕切り片との間の表面板に立設
したレール取付部に交換可能に取付けると共に、加工の
容易な材料より成形した下枠本体に立設した室外側仕切
り片とレール取付部の脚部に水抜き孔を穿設してレール
の後方に浸入した水を排出するようにしたもので、従来
のようにステンレス製のレールに直接水抜き孔を設けず
に、加工の容易な材料よりなるレール取付部に水抜き孔
を設けて排水するようにしたため、加工コストがかから
ずまた技術的にも容易に排水機構を設けることができ、
下枠の中央部付近の残り易い水の排出も簡単に行えるも
のであり、また水抜き孔等にごみが詰まってもレール基
板を取外して容易に掃除ができると共に、レールに損傷
が生じても新しいものと容易に交換できるものである等
多くの優れた効果を有している。
