2. Description of the Related Art A V-cut decorative board is made by laminating a veneer base paper with an adhesive on the surface of a wood base material such as plywood, particle board, and MDF. The surface on the material side is cut into a comb shape or a V groove and is bent into a desired shape for use. Conventionally, as a decorative paper base paper used for a V-cut decorative board, a vinyl chloride resin film excellent in designability, processability, and especially bending processability has been mainly used. Specifically, after a printing layer is formed on a semi-hard PVC film having a color shielding property, a transparent semi-hard PVC film is heat-laminated on the print layer and the transparent PVC film surface is embossed. Examples include a doubling PVC film and a wiping PVC film in which ink is filled in the embossed recesses. However, PVC film has environmental issues such as industrial waste treatment problem (hydrogen chloride is generated when it burns), and there is a demand not to use PVC film from the viewpoint of product image. Material development is required.

On the other hand, it has been reported that a V-cut decorative sheet, which is a relatively inexpensive base sheet for decorative boards, is biodegradable without producing toxic gas even if it is burned. . For example, (1) JP-A-56-44652 discloses a general paper (made of cellulose fiber) or a paper obtained by mixing a small amount of shoe skin fiber with cellulose fiber to a solution excluding the emulsion type. There is a description that a base paper having an elongation rate of 4% or more, which is obtained by impregnating 25% by weight or more of a synthetic resin (urethane resin, polyamide resin, acrylic resin) in the shape of paper into the paper, is used. In addition, (2) JP-A-6-344509
In the gazette, thin paper with a basis weight of 100 to 160 g / m 2
It is described that a base paper impregnated with 50 to 200 g / m 2 of ethyl vinyl acetate, polyvinyl acetate, epoxy resin or the like and having a breaking elongation of 3 to 10% and a breaking strength of 3 to 8 kgf / cm is used. Further, in the above (1) and (2), when the V-cut processing is applied, the corners (folded surface) do not break or crack, so that a specific elongation rate or the like is set on the decorative sheet base paper. The setting is achieved by the amount of impregnated resin. However, no example has been reported in which the paper itself before resin impregnation was examined.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the present invention, the paper before resin impregnation (hereinafter referred to as “base paper”), in particular, the length-weighted average fiber length of the fibrous material in the base paper, is examined to examine the print quality suitability, It is an object of the present invention to provide a decorative paper and a decorative board which can be provided at a low cost while imparting the designability of 1. and satisfying the bending workability.

Means for Solving the Problems That is, according to the present invention, a single luster base paper is prepared by using a Yankee dryer in which 25 to 45% of the whole fiber is blended with a length-weighted average fiber length of 2 mm or more of natural pulp. 1 selected from acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate emulsion, and synthetic rubber emulsion
It is a base paper for decorative board, characterized in that it is impregnated with an emulsion type thermoplastic resin consisting of one or two or more kinds of resin emulsion mixed solution and subjected to a smoothing treatment. In addition,
The “length-weighted average fiber length” is the value of the length and the number of fibers present in a certain pulp suspension measured by a fiber length distribution measuring instrument manufactured by Kajaani Co., calculated by the formula 1. .

If the length-weighted average fiber length of 2 mm or more is less than 25% of the total fiber quality, cracks or cracks are likely to occur during bending. Further, the composition can be increased to such an extent that the delamination strength and the shielding property are not deteriorated.

In order to obtain a base paper in which 25% or more of the whole fiber is blended with a length-weighted average fiber length of 2 mm or more,
The so-called N material made of coniferous wood is blended,
It can be obtained by blending bast pulp such as gumpi and hemp, or blending pulp that comprises stems forming a stem such as Manila hemp. The mixing ratio is appropriately adjusted depending on the cutting state in the beating of each pulp and the type of material to be mixed.

The base paper used in the present invention is produced by using a Yankee dryer. When the Yankee dryer is not used, the smoothness after the impregnation is not sufficiently developed and the printability becomes poor. It is not preferable because it runs short.

The base paper obtained above is then impregnated with resin. The type of impregnating resin used is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include one or two or more resin emulsion mixed solutions selected from acrylic emulsions, vinyl acetate emulsions, and synthetic rubber emulsions. Acrylics are preferred from the viewpoint of light resistance. As the impregnation amount, a larger amount is preferable from the viewpoint of strength, but since the rough surface of the back surface is lost and the adhesiveness is affected or the blocking resistance is deteriorated, it is usually in the range of 10 to 40% by weight. Used. Further, in order to improve printability, a smoothing process such as normal super calendering is performed. If the bending suitability is particularly aimed at, from the viewpoint of breakage, a higher basis weight is preferable, but the cost per unit area is disadvantageous. The basis weight of the decorative sheet base paper obtained in the present invention is 120 g / m 2 or less, and since it has sufficient V-bending workability, it is also advantageous in terms of cost. These veneer base papers are usually used after being printed and then subjected to a urethane coat or the like depending on the application. Then, it is attached to a base material such as plywood, particle board, and MDF via an adhesive to form a decorative board.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described below with reference to examples. still,
The physical properties and characteristics of the decorative board base paper in this example were evaluated as follows. Smoothness: Oken type smoothness was measured. Print quality suitability: Two-color wood grain pattern printing was carried out using a gravure printing machine (Pulf Master manufactured by Sansho Seiki Co., Ltd.), and the misdots were visually evaluated (5 step evaluation; 5 is good). Bending workability (V-cut workability): A test piece is bonded to a plywood (method similar to the above), and a V-groove bit (blade angle 9
After making a V-groove on the plywood side using a router equipped with 2 °), it was bent and visually inspected for breaks or cracks at the corners. (Good is good) Fiber length (length-weighted average fiber length): A fiber length distribution measuring instrument (FS-200) manufactured by Kayani Co., Ltd. was used. The measured values of the length and the number of fibers present in a given pulp suspension were calculated by the formula 1.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The decorative board base paper of the present invention has good design properties such as print quality suitability and bending suitability, and an inexpensive V-cut decorative board can be obtained. In particular, when the length-weighted average fiber length of the natural pulp is 2 mm or more to 25% or more of the whole fiber, the bending workability is improved (Example 1, Comparative Example 1). Further, by making a paper with a paper machine equipped with a Yankee dryer, the smoothness is good and the printability is excellent (Comparative Example 3). However, it is not preferable to add synthetic fiber to the fibrous material in the base paper in terms of deterioration of printability and reduction of shielding property (Comparative Example 2). Further, from Example 2, it is possible to obtain a product having good designability such as print quality suitability and satisfying bending workability even if the impregnation rate is low.
