操作できる窓枠のレール構造として、出願人は、窓枠の
レール構造を特願平11−174197号(図3参照)
で開示している。
【0003】この窓枠のレール構造は、左右移動案内溝
32と、その左右移動案内溝32の両翼に扉33を収容
する引き込み溝34a ,34b が設けられ、中央に断面
台形のピラー35が設けられたものである。
【0004】上記窓枠のレール構造では、扉33を窓枠
31に収容するときは、扉33の上下に設けたローラー
36が、引き込み溝34a ,34b に転がり込むように
し、扉33を行き違い状態にして片側を開放するとき
は、扉33を斜め前方に押し出すようにしてローラー3

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来の窓枠のレー
ル構造では、扉を行き違い状態にして片側を開放するに
は、扉を斜め前方に押し出し、扉に設けたローラーを左
右移動案内溝に位置させてから左または右に移動せねば
ならず、また、扉を収容するときは、扉を窓枠の端に移
動し、次に斜め手前に引きつけるような操作をせねばな
らず非常に面倒である。
【0006】上記の状況に鑑みこの発明は、扉に左右方
向の力を加えるだけで扉を斜め前方に押し出す操作(ま
たは斜め手前に引きつける操作)と左右に移動させる操
作が自動的・連続的にスムーズに行えるようにした窓枠
のレール構造を提供することを課題とする。
【0007】上記課題を解決するためにこの発明は、窓
枠1の下側上面と上側下面に左右移動案内溝2を設け、
その両端部分から各二本、斜め外向きに、続いて上記左
右移動案内溝2と平行に引き込み溝4a,4b,4
a’,4b’を延設し、上記引き込み溝4aの外側壁上
面に傾斜突起7aを設け、上記引き込み溝4a’の外側
壁上面に左右移動案内溝2と平行に一部を切り欠いた
(切り欠き9)傾斜突起7bを設け、扉3の上下面に上
記左右移動案内溝2と引き込み溝4a,4b,4a’,
4b’に嵌るローラー6a,6bを設け、両ローラー6
a,6bの間に、上記引き込み溝4a,4b,4a’,
4b’と同様の傾斜角でもって誘導片8a,8bを設け
てなるもので、上記誘導片8aは、傾斜突起7aに対応
し引き込み溝4aと同方向に傾斜し、誘導片8aは、傾
斜突起7bに対応し引き込み溝4a’と同方向に傾斜
し、傾斜突起7bの切り欠きは、扉3が移動するときの
上記誘導片8aの通路となり、扉3が左に移動すると誘
導片8aが傾斜突起7aに突き当たって矢印Yaのベク
トル分力でローラー6a,6bと共に扉3が引き込み溝
4a,4bに誘導され、扉3が右に移動すると矢印Yb
のベクトル分力でローラー6a,6bと共に扉3が左右
移動案内溝2に戻り右に移動し、誘導片8aは切り欠き
9を経て誘導片8bが傾斜突起7bに突き当たり、矢印
Ycのベクトル分力でローラー6a,6bと共に扉3が
引き込み溝4a’,4b’に誘導されるようにしたもの
である。
【0008】上記の如く構成するこの発明によれば、扉
に左右方向の力を加えるだけで、扉を斜め前方に押し出
す操作(または斜め手前に引きつける操作)と左右に移
動させる操作が自動的・連続的にスムーズに行うことが
できるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】次にこの発明に係る実施の形態を
図1、図2を参照しながら説明する。窓枠1の下側に左
右移動案内溝2が設けられ、その両端に各二本の引き込
み溝4a ,4b 、4a',4b'が斜め外側に向けて延び、
その終端は左右移動案内溝2と平行になっている。

クトル分力によって矢印Yc の方向に力が働き、ローラ
