Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rental product such as a disk, a videotape, a game software, and the like, which record music and images of a CD cassette housed in a case, for example. various sales withdrawal of products that are housed in and cases of <br/> theft prevention apparatus that kills in prevention. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a known means for preventing theft in a rental shop, if a storage case for rental goods is arranged on a shelf of the shop, there is no means for preventing the case from being opened. As a result, rental goods are extracted from the case and theft is stolen. [0003] Therefore, empty cases are arranged and displayed on the shelves of the shop, and the customer takes out the empty case of the desired rental product name displayed and brings it to the counter.
A store clerk in the counter takes out the displayed rental product of the empty case from the storage location and rents it out using a predetermined rental means. [0004] By adopting such means, since the customer does not directly touch the rental product, it is possible to prevent the rental product from being stolen. [0005] However, there is a problem that it takes a lot of trouble due to selection of rental items from a storage place by a store clerk, orderly storage, and the like, which makes it difficult to smoothly rent out, and requires a large storage place. On the other hand, the above-mentioned problem is solved by displaying a storage case for rental goods on a shelf of a shop, taking out desired rental goods displayed by the customer from the case, bringing it to a counter, and performing a rental procedure. Can be solved. However, since the customer directly obtains the rental product, the rental product is taken out of the store and is stolen. Therefore, in order to prevent theft, an anti-theft tag having a unique ID code (no power supply) is attached to an arbitrary position of the rental product, and a predetermined high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated at the entrance and exit of the shop. In advance, when the rental product passes through the entrance, the resonance circuit of the ID code resonates and transmits a unique ID code, and the high-frequency electromagnetic field is detected by modulating to detect the passage of the rental product. The store clerk monitors whether the item has been rented out or taken out without permission. [0009] However, if the ID code (tag) is not shielded in any way during the rental procedure at the counter, even if the rental product is rented out according to a predetermined procedure, it is taken out without permission. There was an inconvenience that was detected in the same way as [0010] For this reason, there is a problem that a troublesome work is required for the shield procedure and the cost is greatly increased due to the equipment for shielding. [0011] The above problem is not limited to the above-mentioned rental products, but similarly occurs even if a tag is used as an object to prevent theft of various items such as clothes, accessories, and daily necessities. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-382969 (filing date: November 1, 2000)
On day 0), the key member is inserted into the corresponding through-hole of the peripheral wall overlapping the inside and outside of the periphery of the closed box and the lid of the case, and the inserted key member prevents the case from being opened. There has been proposed an anti-theft device for preventing the removal of the device. [0013] The key member is provided with an anti-theft tag for preventing the stored goods from being taken out of the store together with the case. Further, on the opposing surface of the key member and the case, there is provided a locking means which is pushed back with the insertion of the key member and is brought into an engagement relationship with the end of the insertion. The mating relationship prevents the key member from being pulled out. Of course, the engagement of the locking means is released by inserting a release tool on the store side and pulling out the key member together with the release tool. According to the anti-theft device of the type described above, the facing surface between the inserted key member and the through hole of the case is straight. Then, a flat pointed tip is formed on the opposite surface of the straight line.
For example, it is possible to forcibly push the tip of a minus screwdriver while pushing it in, so that the pushed driver is rocked or tilted to apply breakage or force the key member to escape while strongly pushing the tip of the driver against the key member. be able to. Of course, there is a possibility that the engaging means at the tip of the driver may be damaged or the engagement may be released. Therefore, the product in the case is stolen. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a box having an opening for taking in and out of a product, and opening and closing the opening through an appropriate hinge to the box. A case is formed by a cover body that covers the case and a through hole is provided at a required position on the peripheral wall that overlaps or opposes the inside and outside of the periphery of the box body and the cover body. In the anti-theft device in which the key member is inserted and removed freely, a configuration is provided in which a continuous concave and convex portion which is fitted in a required range on an opposing peripheral edge of the key member opposite to the insertion direction and an open edge of the through hole is engaged. adopt. Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. [0023] In the implementation form of the invention, FIGS. 1 5
As shown in FIG. 1, a case A is formed by a box 2 having an opening 1 for taking in and out a product a, and a lid 4 provided to open and close the opening 1 through an appropriate hinge 3 in the box 2. On the peripheral edge of each main wall 5 of the box 2 and the lid 4, there are provided peripheral walls 6, 6 that overlap or face each other inside and outside. The hinge 3 is formed by providing the main wall 5 of the lid 4 via the half-cut hinge 3 on the lower peripheral wall 6 of the box 2 in the case shown in FIG. The lower end on the lower side is cut off from the lower end on both sides of the peripheral wall 6, and a half-cut hinge 3 is provided at the boundary between the lower side of the peripheral wall 6 and the main wall 5 on the box 2 side. Is flatly deployed), but the invention is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, the door may be opened by a hinge or a pin hinge of a fitting type of a hole and a protruding shaft. Further, through holes 7, 7 are provided at predetermined positions on both the peripheral walls 6, 6 of the box 2 and the lid 4, and the through holes 7, 7 are provided.
The key member 8 is inserted into the plug 7 so that it can be freely inserted and removed, and the inserted key member 8 prevents the lid 4 from being opened with respect to the box 2. The through holes 7, 7 of the peripheral walls 6, 6 are:
In the case shown, a long hole is formed on the inner peripheral wall 6 side, and the outer peripheral wall 6 is cut out from the opening edge of the lid 4 toward the main wall 5 and inserted into the inner surface of the main wall 5 on the lid 4 side. An L-shaped engaging piece 27 which serves as an insertion guide for the key member 8 and embraces both side edges of the key member 8 is provided so as to replace the elongated hole, but is not limited thereto. Then, the product a stored in the case A
(This product is not limited to the disc shown in the figure, and may be other various items such as lending and selling). The key member 8 is not limited to the plate-like body shown in the figure, but may be, for example, a square shaft. In short, the key member 8 is inserted into the through holes 7 to prevent the lid 4 from being opened from the box 2. Of course, the through holes 7, 7 are not limited to the peripheral wall 6 (the upper side of the peripheral walls 6, 6 in the drawing) which overlaps inside and outside, but are opposed to the opposing edges of the peripheral walls 6, 6 and the peripheral wall 6 (parallel shape). 2), a dovetail-shaped through-hole (both not shown) may be provided at the opposing edges (butting edges) of the protruding walls protruding from both main walls 5. The arrangement of the through holes 7, 7 is determined by the hinge 3 shown in FIG.
Is not limited to the position (on the upper side of the illustrated peripheral wall 6)
It may be provided on both sides of the peripheral wall 6. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
By providing the guide means 9 for the key member 8 to be inserted into the inner surface of the main wall 5 of the lid 4, the key member 8 can be smoothly inserted and removed. Further, a continuous concave / convex portion 10 which is fitted in a meshing manner is provided in a required range of the opposing peripheral edge of the key member 8 opposite to the insertion direction and the open edge of the through hole 7. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, even if the tip of the tool K such as a flathead screwdriver is pushed into the fitting portion between the through hole 7 and the key member 8, the tip of the tool K is
Pushing (piercing) is prevented by being caught by the uneven edge of the tool, and the peripheral wall 6 accompanying the piercing (passing of the fitting portion) of the tool K can be forcibly opened or the fitting portion is damaged. Can be prevented from being lost. If the length of protrusion, the depth of recess, and the width of the concave and convex portions of the uneven portion 10 are smaller than the length of the flat tip of the tool K, the piercing of the tool K can be more effectively performed. Become. [0036] Of course, the shape of the concave-convex portion 10 is not limited to FIG. 5, and a saw tooth, or may be a wave shape. Although the range of the uneven portion 10 provided on the opposing surface is provided on the entire circumference of the fitting portion in the drawing, it may be provided on a parallel long edge other than both ends of the fitting portion. [0038] Then, as the formation facing surface of the concave-convex portion 10, the plate surface of the key member 8 and the and through-hole 7 edges, the main wall 5 of the key member 8 and the case A, For example, the inner surface of the main wall 5 through-hole 7 from (opposite) overlap when fitted into the top and distal stepped portion of the key member 8 of the stepped portion which recessed downwardly it may be provided to both the lower surface. Further, the key member 8 is provided with an anti-theft tag 11 by, for example, a fixing means using an adhesive or an embedding means at the time of molding. As is well known, the tag 11 has a unique ID code (without a power supply). When the case A in which the key member 8 with the tag 11 has been inserted passes through the doorway of the store, the tag 11 has the above-mentioned structure. The resonance circuit of the ID code resonates and emits a unique ID code, which is detected by modulating the high frequency electromagnetic field to detect the passage of case A. The store clerk monitors whether or not the product has been taken out without permission and prevents theft (of the product a together with the case A). Next, means for collecting the key member 8 to the store side and engaging the inserted key member 8 with the case A will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, a flange 12 is provided at the end of the key member 8 so as to be fitted into the through hole 7 when the insertion of the key member 8 is completed. It is provided in both of the holes 7. The above-mentioned flange 12 is attached to the key member 8.
However, the flange 12 may protrude only on one side of the key member 8 on the side of the plate surface. At this time, the concave and convex portions 10 may be provided on the plate surface of the key member 8 having no flange 12. Since the width of the flange 12 (between the opposing main walls 5, 5) is large, the width between the main wall 5 of the through hole 7 of the outer peripheral wall 6 and the opening of the cover 4 is When the through hole 7 is formed by a long hole, the width is set so that the flange 12 fits therein.
When the through hole 7 is formed by the above-described notch,
It is preferable to fit the flange 12 into the notch. The key A is pushed back to the opposing surface of the case A and the key member 8 (in the drawing, on the inner surface of the main wall 5 of the box 2 and the plate surface of the key member 8). In addition, there is provided a locking means B which automatically engages with the end of insertion. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6, the locking means B is provided with a U-shaped slit 21 whose both ends face downward in the key member 8, and the inside of this slit 21 is covered with the lid 4 as shown in FIGS.
Locking claw 2 provided so as to obtain a restoring force by utilizing characteristics of a synthetic resin forming key member 8 by projecting in the direction of main wall 5.
2 and immediately before the end of the insertion of the key member 8, the locking claw 22 is pushed back by the edge of the through-hole 7, and the protruding end of the locking claw 22 that has been released after the insertion of the key member 8 is engaged. And the inner surface of the inner peripheral wall 6 as the engaging portion 23, but an engaging claw of another article may be attached to the key member 8 with an adhesive or the like. It can also be provided on the main wall 5 with a projection or the like. Of course, the number of the locking claws 22 is not limited to the two right and left portions as shown in the figure. The number may be freely determined and the engaging portion 23 may be provided on the lid 4 side. Then, after the opening 1 of the box 2 is closed by the lid 4, the key member 8 is inserted into the corresponding through holes 7, 7. With the insertion, the edge of the through hole 7 causes the locking claw 2
2 is pushed back, and with the end of insertion in which the through-hole 7 of the outer peripheral wall 6 is fitted, the locking claw 22 that has come off the edge of the through-hole 7 (with the passage through the through-hole 6) is restored (by releasing the push-back). 3, the engaging portion 23 and the locking claw 22 are engaged with each other as shown in FIG. This engagement prevents the key member 8 from being pulled out by anyone other than the clerk, and prevents the part a in the case A from being stolen. Next, the removal of the key member 8 by the shop using the release tool C will be described. As shown in FIGS.
A long hole 31 is provided just above the locking claw 12 and matches the through hole 7. A protruding piece 34 protruding from the plate 33 with the grip 32 is inserted into the long hole 31. When the pierced protruding piece 34 passes through the notch 35 facing inward from the center of the protruding end of the locking claw 22, the bottom edge of the notch 35 and the protruding end of the protruding piece 34 It is pushed back by contact with a tapered surface portion 36 provided on one side (locking claw 22 side) edge. Then, the locking claw 22 and the engaging portion 2 shown in FIG.
7, the key member 8 is pulled out when the release tool C is pulled in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Can be. The projecting piece 3 is driven by a restoring force acting on the locking claw 22 pushed back in accordance with the release of the engagement relationship of the locking claw 22.
Since the locking claw 22 is pressed against the key 4, the key member 8 can be pulled out together with the release tool C by the frictional force of the pressing. As shown in FIG. 8, a through-hole 37 is provided adjacent to the long hole 31 of the flange 12 so as to match with the through-hole 7, and a plate 33 is provided in the through-hole 37 and through-hole 7 as shown in FIG. Piercing a protruding piece 38 protruding from The protruding piece 38 has a U-shaped slit 39 whose both ends face downward, and the inside of this slit 39 is protruded toward the key member 8 to perform the same function as the locking claw 22. A hook 40 is provided. The key member 8 is provided with a recessed or through-hole engaging portion 41 into which the leading end of the engaging piece 40 is engaged when the projecting piece 38 is pierced. Of course, the key member 8 may be provided with a hooking piece 40, and the protruding piece 38 may be provided with a hooking portion 41. Then, during the piercing of the protruding piece 38, the locking piece 40 abutting on the key member 8 is pushed back, and the locking claw 22 is pressed.
When the engagement relationship between the engaging portion 23 and the engaging portion 23 is released, the engaging piece 40 and the engaging portion 41 match, so that the engaging portion
0 returns and fits into the engaging portion 41 (as shown in FIG. 8) to form an engaging relationship. Therefore, when the release tool C is pulled out, the key member 8 is also pulled out without fail. The extracted key member 8 is left at the store and reused, and the collected case A of the key member 8 is used as a sales case or a rental case. Since the case A does not include the key member 8 with the tag 11, the case A does not need to be shielded. Incidentally, as shown in FIGS.
1 and a piece 42 protruding from the peripheral wall 6 is fitted inside the periphery of the through window 37, and the above-mentioned uneven portion 10 is provided on a surface of the piece 42 that faces the open hole of the elongated hole 31 or the through window 37. This uneven part 1
0 are engaged in a meshing manner, and the same effect as described above (the tool K
) May be exerted. Although the projecting piece 34 for releasing the engagement with the releasing tool C and the projecting piece 38 having the pull-out hooking piece 40 for the key member 8 are provided side by side, the case A and the key member 8 are locked. When the means B is not provided, the key member 8 can be pulled out by a dedicated pulling tool (not shown) having a projecting piece with a hooking piece. Of course, when the piece 42 is fitted into the long hole 31 or the through window 37, a gap is provided to allow the protrusion 34 and the protrusion 38 to pass through. According to the antitheft device of the present invention, the case is opened or damaged using a tool by the engagement of the concave and convex portions provided on the surface of the case where the key member to be inserted faces the through hole of the case. To prevent theft of stored goods.
