A flat gap g is temporarily created between d and the upper surface of the belt b. Since the conveyed product c is evenly placed on the flat belt b by the upper scraper d, the conveyed products c at the left and right ends of the belt b are likely to drop as the belt b advances. Further, the transported article c that has fallen to the floor and has been scattered must be cleaned.

This deteriorates the operating efficiency of the conveyor.

Here, the inclination angle of the sub scraper 8 is regulated to a predetermined angle by the stopper 13 provided at the lower portion of the guide bracket 12. In other words, in the auxiliary scraper 8, the rod 11 of the bottom portion 10 has the guide bracket 1

The push-up member 14 is composed of an elevating frame 16 provided with a plurality of flat rollers 15, and is vertically movable by a parallel link mechanism (not shown). According to this structure, the unloading of the scraper device 5 is turned ON-OFF by raising and lowering the push-up member 14 and raising and lowering the conveyor belt 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4 (FIGS. 6 to 8). .

When unloading the upper conveyed article 4, as shown in FIG. 3, the push-up member 14 is lifted to lift the conveyor belt 3 flat, and the upper surface of the belt 3 is pressed against the main scraper 7 and the auxiliary scraper 8. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the conveyed product 4 on the belt 3 is sorted right and left by the main scraper 7 formed in a triangular plate shape, and is unloaded to the bunker 6 via a chute (not shown). At this time, the conveyor belt 3 is pressed against the flat roller 15 of the push-up member 14 and is deformed into a flat shape to easily meander. However, the conveyor belt 3 is provided with trough-shaped guide rails 17 before and after the main and auxiliary scrapers 7 and 8. Guided by, the movement of the belt is stable.

Thus, a flat gap 18 is formed between the main scraper 7 and the upper surface of the belt 3. At the same time, the bottom portion 10 of the sub scraper 8 is lowered by its own weight, and the sub scraper 8 is inclined so that its left and right end portions come into contact with the left and right end portions of the upper surface of the belt 3 as shown in FIG. As a result, the conveyed product 4 that has passed through the main scraper 7 and is evenly distributed in the width direction of the belt 3 is unloaded by the auxiliary scraper 8 on which the conveyed products 4 mounted on the left and right end portions of the belt 3 are inclined. The conveyed article 4 placed on the central portion of the belt 3 is conveyed as it is. This is shown in FIG. Therefore, the conveyed article 4 on the belt 3 does not drop (spill over) as the belt 3 advances, and the labor for cleaning can be saved. Here, the surface of the sub scraper 8 near the bottom portion 10 corresponds to the guide surface in the claims.

When the central scraper device 5a is turned off during continuous conveyance of
The conveyed articles 4 placed on the left and right ends of the belt 3 are unloaded to the central bunker 6a by the auxiliary scraper 8 as shown in FIGS. Therefore, no spillage occurs between the center bunker 6a and the left end bunker 6b. Therefore, the scraper device 5 can be switched while the conveyed product 4 (coal) is continuously conveyed, and it is not necessary to cut the load 4 (conveyed product) every time the scraper device 5 is switched, unlike the conventional case. Transport efficiency is improved.

As shown in the figure, this modification is different from the previous embodiment only in that the auxiliary scraper 8 is of a vertically elevating type instead of a tilting type. The sub scraper 8 is an L-shaped member 1 arranged in the width direction of the belt 3.
The left and right ends of the L-shaped member 19 are vertically guided by the guide brackets 12 made of the L-shaped member that are erected on the left and right sides of the belt 3. It is designed to move up and down. A stopper 13 for preventing the auxiliary scraper from falling too much is provided at the bottom of the guide bracket 12 as in the previous embodiment, and prevents the auxiliary scraper 8 and the conveyor belt 3 from coming into contact with each other during unloading as shown in FIG. .
